Description
The present invention relates to disposable diapers, and more particularly to disposable diapers that can be easily cross-fastened with fastening tape.
Conventionally, in order to fit a disposable diaper to the wearer and prevent leakage, the upper fastening tape and the lower fastening tape formed by separating the fastening tape in the vertical direction are crossed in a substantially X shape to form a target sheet. The technique of engaging is known. (Patent Document 1)
Further, in order to obtain a good wearing feeling of the disposable diaper, the stretching force of the elastic elastic member provided on the ventral side of the fastening tape is set to be larger than the stretching force of the elastic elastic member provided on the back side of the fastening tape. The technology is known. (Patent Document 2)
Furthermore, in order to prevent the wearer's legs and abdomen from being tightened by the fastening tape, elastic elastic members provided on the dorsal and ventral sides of the fastening tape having no locking portion are intermittently provided. The technique of fixing to the fastening tape is known. (Patent Document 3)
However, in the technique of
In the technique of
Similarly, in the technique of
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to easily form the upper fastening tape located on the upper side of the fastening tape and the lower fastening tape located on the lower side of the fastening tape into a substantially X shape without the wearer being aware of it. The challenge is to provide a disposable diaper with a fastening tape that can be crossed and engaged with the target sheet, the next challenge is to have the upper and lower fastening tapes with a given stretch margin. The purpose is to provide disposable diapers with fastening tape that can be locked to the target sheet.
The dorsal and ventral fastening tapes separated vertically can be stretched into a cross state and locked to the target sheet with a predetermined stretch margin without the wearer's consciousness.

An elastic telescopic member formed from the main body portion between the two, and extending in the left-right direction at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction, is provided on the main body portion, and is provided on the dorsal side of a portion of the main body portion adjacent to the base portion. A first easy stretchable region that stretches with a smaller stretching force than the other part is formed, and a second easy stretchable region that stretches with a smaller stretching force than the other parts is formed on the ventral side of the part adjacent to the base of the main body. A first boundary line formed and extending the first easily stretchable region in a plan view in the front-rear direction and a second boundary line extending outward in the width direction from the dorsal end of the first boundary line. , The second easily stretchable region is formed in a triangular shape partitioned by a third boundary line extending toward the dorsal side from the ventral end of the first boundary line toward the outside in the width direction. From the fourth boundary line extending in the anteroposterior direction, the fifth boundary line extending outward in the width direction from the ventral end of the fourth boundary line, and the dorsal end of the fourth boundary line. It is formed in a triangular shape divided by a sixth boundary line extending toward the ventral side toward the outside in the width direction, and a cut portion extending in the width direction is formed in the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the main body portion. The fastening tape is divided into an upper fastening tape and a lower fastening tape at the cutting portion, and the length of the first boundary line in the front-rear direction is defined as the length of the tab portion of the upper fastening tape in the tab portion in the front-rear direction. It is formed longer than the triangle, and the length of the fourth boundary line in the anteroposterior direction is formed longer than the length of the tab portion of the lower fastening tape in the tab portion in the anteroposterior direction, and the first boundary line and the upper fastening tape are formed. The tab portion of the upper fastening tape is formed from the dorsal edge of the upper fastening tape toward the ventral side, and the tab portion of the fourth boundary line and the lower fastening tape is formed from the ventral edge of the lower fastening tape to the dorsal side. The intersection angle θ1 between the third boundary line and the dorsal end of the main body is formed at 30 to 60 degrees, and the intersection angle θ2 between the sixth boundary line and the ventral end of the main body is formed. Is characterized by being formed at 30 to 60 degrees.
In the first configuration, the second means forms a first difficult-to-stretch region that extends with a larger stretching force than the other portions on the dorsal side of the portion adjacent to the cut portion, and the portion adjacent to the cut portion. It is characterized by forming a second difficult stretchable region on the ventral side of the body, which stretches with a larger stretching force than other parts.
According to the first means, a fastening tape extending in the width direction is provided on the back side of the exterior sheet, and the fastening tape is attached to a base portion fixed to the exterior sheet, a tab portion having a locking portion, and a base portion. It is formed from the main body part between the tab part and the main body part, and an elastic elastic member extending in the left-right direction at a predetermined interval in the front-rear direction is provided on the main body part. A first easy stretchable region that stretches with a smaller stretching force than other parts is formed, and a second easy stretchable region that stretches with a smaller stretching force than other parts is formed on the ventral side of the part adjacent to the base of the main body. Since it was formed, when the tab portion of the upper fastening tape located on the upper side of the fastening tape is extended toward the outside in the width direction, the upper fastening tape is inclined downward and extended, and is positioned on the lower side of the fastening tape. When the tab portion of the lower fastening tape is extended outward in the width direction, the lower fastening tape is inclined and extended toward the upper side, and the upper fastening tape and the lower fastening tape are crossed in a substantially X shape. It can be easily engaged with the ventral side of the exterior sheet to reduce the work load. Further, the upper fastening tape and the lower fastening tape can be locked to the ventral side of the exterior sheet with a predetermined stretch margin.
A first boundary line extending in the front-rear direction, a second boundary line extending outward from the dorsal end of the first boundary line in the width direction, and a first boundary line extending the first easily stretchable region in a plan view. It is formed in a triangular shape that is partitioned by a third boundary line that extends toward the dorsal side from the ventral end of the wall toward the outside in the width direction, and the second easily stretchable region extends in the anteroposterior direction in a plan view. The fourth boundary line, the fifth boundary line extending outward in the width direction from the ventral end of the fourth boundary line, and the ventral side toward the outside in the width direction from the dorsal end of the fourth boundary line. Since it was formed into a triangular shape partitioned by a sixth boundary line extending toward, the upper fastening tape is more inclined toward the lower side and extended, and the lower fastening tape is more inclined toward the upper side. Can be extended.
The length of the first boundary line in the front-rear direction is formed longer than the length of the tab portion of the upper fastening tape in the tab portion in the front-rear direction, and the length of the fourth boundary line in the front-rear direction is set to the lower length in the tab portion. The tab portion of the side fastening tape is formed longer than the length in the anteroposterior direction, and the first boundary line and the tab portion of the upper fastening tape are formed from the dorsal edge of the upper fastening tape toward the ventral side. 4 The boundary line and the tab portion of the lower fastening tape are formed from the ventral edge of the lower fastening tape toward the dorsal side, and the intersection angle θ1 between the third boundary line and the dorsal end portion of the main body portion is set. Since it was formed at 30 to 60 degrees and the intersection angle θ2 between the sixth boundary line and the ventral end of the main body was formed at 30 to 60 degrees, the upper fastening tape was formed regardless of the position where the tab portion was gripped. When the tab portion is extended outward in the width direction, the upper fastening tape is inclined downward and extended, and when the tab portion of the lower fastening tape is extended outward in the width direction, the lower fastening tape is extended. It can be tilted upward and extended.
A cut portion extending in the width direction was formed in the middle portion in the front-rear direction of the main body, and the fastening tape was divided into an upper fastening tape and a lower fastening tape at the cut portion. The upper fastening tape can be more efficiently tilted and extended toward the lower side, and the lower fastening tape can be more efficiently tilted and extended toward the upper side.
According to the second means, in addition to the effect of the first means, a first difficult-to-stretch region is formed on the dorsal side of the portion adjacent to the cut portion to extend with a larger stretching force than the other portions, and the cut portion is formed. Since a second difficult stretch region is formed on the ventral side of the adjacent site with a larger stretching force than the other sites, the upper fastening tape is more efficiently inclined and extended toward the lower side to extend the lower side. The fastening tape can be tilted upward and extended more efficiently.
