Description
The present invention relates to a measurement recommended spot presentation method for presenting recommended measurement spots for growth parameters used for the lodging risk diagnosis of crops cultivated in a field, a lodging risk diagnosis method, and an information providing device.
The lodging of crops cultivated in the field (for example, rice) not only leads to deterioration of crop quality and disease, but also makes it difficult to cut by machine. For this reason, it is important for those engaged in agriculture in the field (hereinafter, also referred to as agricultural workers) to avoid the lodging of crops. For example, for crops that are prone to lodging, a lodging risk diagnosis is performed, and by changing the future fertilization amount and fertilization timing according to the diagnosis result (obtained lodging risk), the degree of progress of crop growth is adjusted and the crop falls. Can be reduced. The above-mentioned lodging risk diagnosis can be performed by measuring growth parameters such as the plant height of the crop and comparing it with the growing guidelines (prepared by the agricultural experimental station for each crop and each variety). However, it takes time and effort to measure the growth parameters required for the lodging risk diagnosis.
On the other hand, in recent years, with the development of remote sensing technology, it is necessary to calculate the growth parameters (for example, plant height) and growth index (for example, NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index)) of crops from the data taken by the camera. Is becoming possible (see, for example,
By the way, although a high correlation can be obtained between the calculated value of the growth parameter by calculation and the measured value of the growth parameter, there is a difference between the calculated value and the measured value depending on the crop and variety, and the absolute growth parameter is absolute. At present, the value has not reached the level at which it can be calculated accurately. Therefore, in order to accurately diagnose the risk of lodging, it is still necessary to actually measure the growth parameters.
However, as described above, it takes time and effort to actually measure the growth parameters. Therefore, for example, a method of minimizing the measurement of the growth parameter by selecting a region (measurement strain) for measuring the growth parameter in the field can be considered. However, if the measurement strain is selected incorrectly at this time, the error from the average of the measured growth parameters in the entire field becomes large, and it is difficult to accurately diagnose the lodging risk based on the measured values of the growth parameters. It becomes. Therefore, there is a need for a technique that enables accurate diagnosis of lodging risk with the minimum necessary measurement of growth parameters. However, such a technique has not yet been proposed.
For example, if the growth of the crop is unstable and the growth state is uneven in the region where the growth parameter is measured, the error from the average of the measured growth parameter becomes large depending on the location in the region, and the above There is concern that the accuracy of lodging risk diagnosis based on growth parameters will decrease. Therefore, it is desirable to take this point into consideration so that accurate implementation of the lodging risk diagnosis can be realized.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object thereof is to present to a user a region suitable for measuring growth parameters in a field as a measurement recommended spot, which is necessary. By measuring the minimum growth parameters, the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed accurately, and the measurement recommended spots with stable growth can be presented to the user to improve the accuracy of the lodging risk diagnosis based on the measured growth parameters. The purpose is to provide a method for presenting recommended spots for measuring growth parameters, a method for diagnosing the risk of lodging, and an information providing device.
The measurement recommended spot presentation method according to one aspect of the present invention is a measurement recommended spot presentation method for growth parameters used for diagnosing the lodging risk of crops cultivated in a field, and was obtained by photographing the field from the sky. Based on the growth index calculation step of obtaining a growth index indicating the growth degree of the crop for each pixel of the field image based on the data of the field image, and the growth index for each pixel, the growth index is A measurement recommendation that specifies one of the plurality of standard areas as the recommended measurement spot based on the standard area specifying step of specifying a plurality of standard areas within the standard range and at least the area of each of the plurality of standard areas. It includes a spot specifying step and an information output step of outputting information indicating the specified measurement recommended spot.
The lodging risk diagnosis method according to another aspect of the present invention is a lodging risk diagnosis method including the above-mentioned measurement recommended spot presentation method, and the growth parameter actually measured at the measurement recommended spot in the field is input. At that time, the lodging risk diagnosis step of diagnosing the lodging risk of the crop is included based on the table showing the relationship between the growth parameter and the lodging risk for the crop.
The information providing device according to still another aspect of the present invention sets a growth index indicating the degree of growth of crops cultivated in the field based on the data of the field image acquired by photographing the field from the sky. A growth index calculation unit obtained for each pixel of the field image, a standard region identification unit that specifies a plurality of standard regions in which the growth index is within the standard range based on the growth index for each pixel, and at least the above-mentioned A measurement recommended spot identification unit that identifies any of the plurality of standard regions as a measurement recommended spot that recommends measurement of the growth parameter used for the lodging risk diagnosis of the crop based on the area of each of the plurality of standard regions. It is provided with an information output unit that outputs information indicating the specified measurement recommended spot.
Since the recommended measurement spot is specified from a plurality of standard areas where the growth index is within the standard range in the field and the information on the recommended measurement spot is output, the user (for example, an agricultural worker) is output. Based on the above information, it is possible to clearly recognize the above recommended measurement spots suitable for measuring growth parameters in the field. As a result, the user only needs to measure the growth parameters in the area corresponding to the recommended measurement spot in the field (not the entire field), and the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed by measuring the minimum necessary growth parameters. It will be possible. Further, since the lodging risk diagnosis based on the measured value of the growth parameter is possible, the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed more accurately than the case where the lodging risk diagnosis is performed based on the calculated value. Further, since the recommended measurement spot is specified based on at least the area of each standard region, it is possible to present the region with stable growth to the user as the recommended measurement spot. As a result, growth parameters close to the average can be measured at any location within the recommended measurement spots, and the accuracy of lodging risk diagnosis based on the measured growth parameters can be improved.

In this embodiment, NDVI is used as the growth index. NDVI is a growth index showing the distribution status and activity of vegetation, and is used to obtain image data Rv (for example, R) of a visible image and image data Ri of a near-infrared image included in the imaging data acquired by the
NDVI以外の指標としては、例えば、RVI(Ratio Vegetation Index;比植生指数、RVI=Ri/Rv)、DVI(Difference Vegetation Index;差植生指数、DVI=Ri-Rv)、TVI(Transformed Vegetation Index、TVI=NDVI0.5+0.5)、またはIPVI(Infrared Percentage Vegetation Index、IPVI=Ri/(Ri+Rv)=(NDVI+1)/2)等が挙げられる。
The growth
Next, the growth
Next, the standard
Here, the "standard range" of NDVI is the median value (or average value) of NDVI when the range of measured values of NDVI (range from the minimum value to the maximum value) is divided into a plurality of predetermined widths. The range to be included can be considered. For example, in the growth map of FIG. 6, since NDVI has a distribution of 0.50 to 0.75, the range of 0.60 to 0.65 including the median value of NDVI (0.625) is the “standard range”. Can be.
Subsequently, the measurement recommended
Here, the area of the standard area S corresponds to the number of pixels constituting the standard area S. Therefore, the measurement recommended
The information indicating the measurement recommended spot Srec specified in S4-4 (for example, the data of the growth map including the measurement recommended spot Srec) is output by the information output unit 37 (S4-5; information output step). The above information is transmitted to the
When the user confirms the measurement recommended spot Srec, the user enters the area corresponding to the measurement recommended spot Srec in the field FD, where the growth parameter of the crop FD is measured. For example, by using a tape measure or a ruler, the user can measure the plant height as a growth parameter of the crop PL. At this time, the user may also measure the leaf color (SPAD value) of the crop PL as a growth parameter using a chlorophyll meter, and further count the number of stems per 1 m 2 and use this number of stems as a growth parameter. It may be acquired at the same time.
When the user inputs the measured growth parameter information to the
When the input of the growth parameter is accepted in S5, the lodging
Finally, the fertilizer application design
FIG. 7 shows an example of the display screen of the
Further, the user can switch the map to be displayed on the
The information shown on the display screen of FIG. 7 can be output from the
From the next year onward, the steps from S3 in FIG. 5 may be performed to perform lodging risk diagnosis and fertilization design based on the diagnosis.
[3. effect〕
As described above, in the present embodiment, the measurement recommended spot Srec for which the measurement of the growth parameter is recommended is specified from the plurality of standard regions S in which the NDVI is within the standard range (S4-4), and the measurement is specified. Information indicating the measurement recommended spot Srec is output (S4-5). As a result, the user can clearly recognize the measurement recommended spot Srec suitable for the measurement of the growth parameter based on the output information. Therefore, in carrying out the lodging risk diagnosis, the user only needs to measure the growth parameter in the region corresponding to the measurement recommended spot Srec in the field FD, and the growth parameter does not need to be measured at many points in the field FD. I'm done. As a result, it becomes possible to carry out a lodging risk diagnosis by measuring the minimum necessary growth parameters by the user. In addition, since the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed based on the actually measured growth parameter values (measured values), the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed more accurately than, for example, when the lodging risk diagnosis is performed based on the calculated values. can.
Further, since the measurement recommended spot Srec is specified based on the area of each standard region S, it is possible to present the region with stable growth to the user as the measurement recommended spot Srec. As a result, the growth parameters close to the average can be measured at any place in the region corresponding to the recommended measurement spot Srec in the field FD, and the accuracy of the lodging risk diagnosis based on the measured growth parameters can be improved.
Further, in S4-4, since the standard region having the largest area among the plurality of standard regions S is specified as the measurement recommended spot Srec, the standard region S whose growth is stable over the widest range is the measurement recommended spot Srec. Can be specified as. As a result, in the region corresponding to the recommended measurement spot Srec in the field FD, the growth parameters close to the average can be reliably measured, and the accuracy of the lodging risk diagnosis based on the measured growth parameters can be reliably improved.
In particular, in S4-3, a plurality of standard areas S are specified by specifying a plurality of areas where the NDVI is within the standard range in the growth map, and in S4-4, the number of pixels in the plurality of areas is large. By identifying the largest area, the standard area S with the largest area is specified. Thereby, the standard region S having the largest area can be accurately specified, and the recommended measurement spot can be accurately specified.
Further, in S4-5, by transmitting the information indicating the measurement recommended spot Srec to the
Further, in S4-5, by displaying the information indicating the measurement recommended spot Srec on the
Further, in S6, when the growth parameter actually measured at the recommended measurement spot is input via the
In addition, the growth parameter includes the plant height of the crop PL. In this case, when the measured value of the plant height of the crop PL is input as the growth parameter, the lodging risk diagnosis can be automatically performed based on the above-mentioned lodging risk diagnosis table.
Here, the growth parameter may further include at least one of the leaf color and the number of stems of the crop PL. In this case, since the lodging risk diagnosis can be performed in consideration of not only the plant height but also at least one of the leaf color and the number of stems, the accuracy of the lodging risk diagnosis can be further improved. For example, when the plant height of the measured crop PL is 58 cm, the SPAD value indicating the leaf color is 43, and the number of stems is 550 / m 2 , when the lodging risk diagnosis table shown in FIG. 3 is used, only the plant height is used. The diagnosis result of the lodging risk based on is "1", but the diagnosis result of the lodging risk based on the leaf color and the number of stems is "2". In this case, the overall lodging risk is set to, for example, the maximum value of "2", and the diagnostic accuracy can be improved as compared with the case where the lodging risk diagnosis is performed based only on the plant height.
The user may directly perform the lodging risk diagnosis in S6. For example, the user may diagnose the risk of lodging by comparing the measured growth parameters with the growth guidelines and the like. Then, the user himself / herself may change the fertilization design according to the diagnosis result. From this, it can be said that the
[4. Modification example]
FIG. 8 schematically shows an example of a field image. In S4-3 of FIG. 5, a plurality of areas where the NDVI is within the standard range in the growth map and a corresponding area in the field image may be specified as a plurality of standard areas S. In this case, in the field image, the standard area S having the largest area (the largest number of pixels) among the plurality of standard areas S is specified as the measurement recommended spot Srec, and the information indicating the specified measurement recommended spot Srec (for example, the field). Image data) can be output to the outside. Therefore, even in such a form, the user can clearly recognize the measurement recommended spot Risk suitable for the measurement of the growth parameter based on the output above information, so that the measurement recommended spot Risk can be clearly recognized in the field FD. It is possible to carry out a lodging risk diagnosis by measuring the minimum necessary growth parameters in the area corresponding to.
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram schematically showing a modified example of the method for specifying the measurement recommended spot Srec. In S4-4 of FIG. 5, the measurement recommended spot Srec is based on the area of each of the plurality of standard areas S and the distance d from the center of each standard area S to the image edge corresponding to the ridge of the field FD. May be specified. As shown in FIG. 9, the above image edge refers to the edge of the growth map when considering a plurality of standard regions S in the growth map, and the field in which the plurality of standard regions S are shown in FIG. When thinking in terms of an image, it refers to the edge of the field image. Further, the center of each standard area S is considered to be the intersection of the long axis and the short axis of each standard area S, the intersection of two diagonal lines of a quadrangle circumscribed by each standard area S, the center of gravity of each standard area S, and the like. be able to. Further, since the image edge portion is composed of four sides, there are four distances d from the standard region S to the image edge portion for each side. Here, the distance d refers to the minimum distance among the four distances to each of the four sides, but is the distance to a predetermined side (for example, a side corresponding to an easily accessible ridge). May be good.
The shorter the distance d, the closer the region corresponding to the standard region S in the field FD is to the ridge of the field FD. Therefore, by specifying the measurement recommended spot Srec based on the area and distance d of each standard region S, the region where the growth is stable in the field FD and the region near the ridge is specified as the measurement recommended spot Srec. Can be done. Since the user can easily enter the above-mentioned area near the ridge from the ridge, it is possible to quickly measure the growth parameters. In addition, the risk of trampling the surrounding crop PL is reduced as compared with the case of entering the center of the field away from the ridge and measuring the growth parameters.
Further, in S4-4, an evaluation value E obtained by dividing the area of the standard area S by the distance d is calculated for each of the plurality of standard areas S, and the measurement recommended spot Srec is specified based on the calculated evaluation value E. You may. Specifically, in S4-3, a plurality of standard areas S are specified by specifying a plurality of areas in which the NDVI is within the standard range in the growth map, and in S4-4, each of the above-mentioned multiple areas is specified. The value obtained by dividing the number of pixels of the above by the number of pixels from the center of each area to the edge of the growth map may be calculated as the evaluation value E, and the recommended measurement spot Srec may be specified based on the calculated evaluation value E. ..
The evaluation value E becomes larger as the area of the standard region S is larger and as the distance d is shorter. Therefore, by specifying the measurement recommended spot Srec based on the evaluation value E (for example, by specifying the standard region S having the largest evaluation value E as the measurement recommended spot Srec), the growth is stable in the field FD, and the growth is stable. , The area near the ridge can be reliably identified as the recommended measurement spot Srec. This ensures that the user can enter the region and quickly measure the growth parameters.
When specifying the measurement recommended spot Srec based on the area of each standard area S, the measurement recommended spot Srec may be specified in consideration of the aspect ratio of each standard area S. For example, the standard region S having the aspect ratio closest to 1 may be specified as the measurement recommended spot Srec. Further, since the growth may be unstable in the region too close to the ridge, the standard region in which the distance d to the image edge corresponding to the ridge is a certain value or less among the plurality of standard regions S. S may be excluded and the measurement recommended spot Srec may be specified from the remaining standard area S.
The obtained growth map (NDVI image) may be converted into a plant height map and output as needed. As mentioned above, there is a correlation between NDVI and plant height, but it differs depending on the crop and variety. For example, FIG. 10 is a graph showing the correlation between NDVI and plant height for a certain variety of a certain crop PL. By actually measuring the plant height of the crop PL in the region where the NDVI is different in the field FD, the linear equation (y = ax + b) shown in FIG. 10 can be obtained. Once the straight line is obtained, the growth map shown in FIG. 6 can be converted into the plant height map shown in FIG. In this case, the user can also diagnose the risk of lodging by looking at the output plant height map. From the same viewpoint, the growth map (NDVI image) may be converted into a leaf color map or a stem number map and output.
