Description
The present invention relates to a wind direction changing diffuser capable of changing the direction of air blown into a room, and an air conditioning system using such an outlet.
Anemo-type and universal outlets are distributed as conventional products for diffusers that are air-conditioning ceiling outlets and play a role in diffusing airflow to the surroundings. There is no way to fine-tune the wind direction of the airflow blown out in the anemo type, but the universal outlet has wings for adjusting the wind direction in the x-axis and y-axis directions, as long as it is within a limited range. The wind direction can be changed continuously.
However, there is a problem that the universal outlet and the conventionally proposed one are not suitable for applications of blowing airflow in a plurality of directions other than the two axes.
Therefore, when an outlet is installed at a place where airflow in a plurality of directions is required, for example, at a corner or an end of a room, it is necessary to use a dedicated one for each place. This is a rectangular outlet divided into four by two diagonal lines (or divided into four in a rice field shape), select a louver to supply airflow in the intended direction, and select each section. It's like fitting it in and using it.
Therefore, it is necessary to select an appropriate outlet for each installation position in the room, and it lacks flexibility even when changing the layout of furniture and seats for workers in the air-conditioned space. There was a problem.

Further, the wind direction changing diffuser according to the present invention is characterized in that the shape of the plurality of compartments is triangular.
Further, the wind direction changing diffuser according to the present invention is characterized in that the hole diameter d and pitch p of the upper punching metal and the hole diameter d and pitch p of the lower punching metal are the same.
Further, the wind direction changing diffuser according to the present invention has the following equation (3) when the slide distance from the state where the hole of the upper punching metal and the hole of the lower punching metal are exactly aligned is x. ).
Further, the air conditioning system according to the present invention is characterized in that the wind direction changing diffuser described in any of the above is used.
In the wind direction changing diffuser according to the present invention, the upper punching metal and the lower punching metal can be slid while being in contact with each other, and according to such a wind direction changing diffuser according to the present invention, the punching metal can be slid. By simply doing so, the airflow can be blown out in any direction, and it becomes possible to flexibly respond to changes in the layout such as furniture and the seats of workers in the air-conditioned space.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating the principle of the wind
The wind
In the wind
FIG. 1A shows a state in which the
In the wind
Further, in the wind
For example, assuming a first section and a second section different from this, by changing the method of shifting the punching metal in the first section and the method of shifting the punching metal in the second section, each section Therefore, it is possible to blow out airflow in different directions.
In the present embodiment, the upper punching
Further, in the present embodiment, the number of compartments is set to 4, so that airflows in four different directions can be blown out at the maximum. However, in the wind
FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of an outlet to which the wind
As a specific mechanism, the upper punching
FIG. 1C is a diagram showing a punching metal used in the wind
Further, in order to keep the slide width constant and to make the wind speed of the airflow blown out regardless of the slide direction when the
In the wind
Hereinafter, a method of adjusting the direction of the airflow blown out by the wind
In FIG. 3, from the state where the
With the above settings, as shown in the figure, it is possible to blow out the wind
In FIG. 4, from the state where the
With such a setting, as shown in the figure, it is possible to blow out from the entire surface of the wind
Further, in FIG. 5, the lower
With such a setting, as shown in the figure, the lower
As described above, in the wind
Hereinafter, the effect of the wind
The wind
The area SH per hole when two 60 ° zigzag-arranged punched metals (hole diameter d, pitch p, plate thickness t) are offset by x [mm] and overlapped is calculated by the following equation (1). Further, the opening rate PR (Performation Ratio) at that time can be obtained by the following equation (2), respectively.
FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an outline of an experimental configuration of the wind
The square duct is made of plastic corrugated cardboard having a thickness of 5 mm and has an internal cross-sectional dimension of 200 × 200 mm. The rear stage of the rectifying grid is the airflow outlet, which has an opening of the same size as the duct. Two punching metals are provided on top of each other in this opening, and by changing the type and the relationship of the displacement between the punching metals, the influential factors related to the wind
At this time, the blown air is re-supplied to the laboratory. Further, about 500 mm upstream from the outlet, a T-type thermocouple for temperature measurement and a pressure measurement port on the high pressure side by a manometer (manostar gauge: Yamamoto Denki Kogyo Co., Ltd.) were inserted from the duct side wall. The low-pressure side measurement port of the manometer was opened indoors, and the static pressure loss due to the air outlet equipped with the wind
Taft was used to measure the angle of the airflow blown from the wind
About the relationship between the amount of air blown and the blowing angle ・ About the relationship between the slide distance and the blowing angle
The relationship of θ [°] when the amount of air blown by the blower fan Q [m 3 / h] was changed was verified. Q in the experiment was changed in increments of 50 m 3 / h in the range of 200 to 600 m 3 / h at x = 0. Further, the upstream punching metal was shifted so that the slide distance was in the range of 0 to 5 mm in 1 mm increments.
Based on the experimental results, FIG. 9 shows x on the horizontal axis and θ on the vertical axis. It was confirmed that the change in θ due to the difference in the slide distance x is not affected by the difference in the amount of air blown.
No significant difference is observed in θ between x = 0 and x = 1, but it can be confirmed that θ rises linearly in the range of x = 1 to 5. Since there is no influence due to the difference in the air volume, the average value of θ for each x measured at the same air volume is taken, and linear approximation is performed in the range of x = 1 to 5, as shown in FIG. In the range of x = 1 to 5, increasing the slide distance by 1 mm resulted in a linear increase in θ by about 8.3 °.
Hereinafter, a linear approximation formula of y = ax + b is shown in some graphs including FIG. 10, but in this approximation formula, a and b are constants, and x is simply a value on the horizontal axis. Further, y simply indicates the value on the vertical axis. Further, in the graph, R 2 indicates (). (← Mr. Kondo, please give me a supplement.)
About the influence of the difference between the front and back of the punching metal on the blowing angle θ
In the punching metal, the shape of the sheared surface of the punch hole is as shown in FIG. 11 depending on the punching direction. Dripping occurs in the punch holes on the punch side in the punching process of the punching metal, and bounce occurs in the punch holes on the die side. The punching metal surface on the punch side was defined as "front (front)" and the die side was defined as "back (back)", and the front and back of the two punching metals were changed for the experiment.
The setting conditions in the table of upstream and downstream punching metals are described as follows.
(A, B) = (plane facing upstream of the punching metal device provided on the upstream side, surface facing upstream of the punching metal device provided on the downstream side)
* A and B can be either front (front) or back (back).
Therefore, under such a notation, the installation conditions of the punching metal in the standard experiment in which the back surface of the punching metal is directed toward the upstream side of the device on both the upstream side and the downstream side are (back, back).
FIG. 12 is a diagram showing the relationship between the slide distance x and the blowout angle θ. In the measurement of the blowing angle, the air volume was set to be constant at 350 m 3 / h. In FIG. 12, the solid line shows a linear approximation in the range of x = 1 to 5, as in the case of FIG.
The magnitude relationship of the inclination is (back, back)> (front, back) ≒ (back, front)> (front, front), and the size relationship of the intercept is (front, front)> (front, back) ≒ (back, front) )> (Back, back), and the slope was positive and the intercept was negative. In (front, back) and (back, front), θ at x = 1 was almost the same as the value at x = 0, as in the reference experiment (back, back), but in (front, front), x. The result was that θ at = 1 was larger.
However, since the inclination is small in (front, front), θ at x = 3 to 5 has an angle similar to the condition of (front, back) (back, front). Since the slope of (back, back) is large, the difference in θ from the other three conditions gradually increases as x increases, and when x = 5, a difference in θ is observed by about 3 to 4 °.
From the above examination, it was confirmed that the front and back sides of the punching metal have a slight effect on the blowing angle. On the other hand, the wind
About the influence of the difference in the displacement direction of the punching metal with respect to the hole arrangement on the wind
When a punching metal having a 60 ° zigzag arrangement that is generally distributed is applied to the wind
Therefore, in FIGS. 13 (A) and 13 (B), the behavior of the air flow formed when the punching metal on the upstream side was similarly slid and blown was compared. The front and back of the punching metal were (back, back), and the air volume was Q = 350 m 3 / h. Further, in the installation example shown in FIG. 13 (A) used in the experiment so far, it was possible to slide up to about 6.4 mm, so that the upstream punching metal could be slid with a margin of x = 1 to 5. However, in the 90 ° rotation installation row shown in FIG. 13B, when the slide distance is x> 5, the other hole may be caught and the hole shape may be significantly different from the intended one (see FIG. 15). ). Therefore, in order to avoid such a situation, the range of the slide distance is set to x = 0 to 4 in the 90 ° rotation installation row, and a margin of 1 mm is provided to the edge of the next hole.
FIG. 16 is a diagram showing the relationship between the slide distance x and the blowing angle θ in each installation example. In FIG. 16, a linear approximation is performed as in FIG. 10 except for the result of x = 0. The 90 ° rotation installation row had a slightly larger section than the standard installation example, but no significant difference was observed in the tendency, and the result was that the slide distance increased by 1 mm, resulting in an increase of 8.4 °. From this, it can be determined that the difference in the displacement direction of the punching metal with respect to the hole arrangement does not significantly affect the performance of the wind
About the effect of the difference in the thickness of the punching metal on the static pressure loss
It has been reported that even if the hole diameter and pitch are the same, the resistance coefficient differs due to the difference in the plate thickness of the punching metal. Therefore, we investigated the effect of the difference on the static pressure drop for punching metals with the same hole diameter and the same pitch but different plate thickness.
検証実験で用いたパンチングメタルは表1掲載中のd10_p15_t1、d10_p15_t2、d10_p15_t3、d6_p9_t0.6、d6_p9_t1.2、d6_p9_t1.8の計6種類である。 The punching metals used in the verification experiment are d10_p15_t1, d10_p15_t2, d10_p15_t3, d6_p9_t0.6, d6_p9_t1.2, and d6_p9_t1.8, which are listed in Table 1, for a total of six types.
In Table 1, d, p, and t indicate the hole diameter, the hole pitch, and the plate thickness of the punching metal in mm, respectively. Further, in the table, t / d indicates a numerical value obtained by dividing the plate thickness t by the hole diameter d, and PR indicates the opening rate in% units. Further, if the name of the punching metal sample is, for example, d10_p15_t1, it indicates that the hole diameter d of the punching metal hole of the sample is 10 mm, the pitch p is 15 mm, and the plate thickness t is 1 mm. There is.
特にd10_p15_3、d6_p9_t=1.8のΔPの減少効果が著しい。 First, the relationship between the air flow rate Q and the static pressure loss ΔP is shown in FIGS. 17 and 18. Although some reversal is observed, it can be confirmed from all the figures that ΔP basically decreases at the same Q and x as the plate thickness t increases. In particular, the effect of reducing ΔP of d10_p15_3 and d6_p9_t = 1.8 is remarkable. However, it is possible that d10_p15_t3 has a large gap between the two plates, which alleviates the static pressure loss.
検証実験で用いたパンチングメタルは表1掲載中のd6_p9t_0.6、d10_p15_t_1、d20_p30_t_2(相似比6:10:20,開孔率はいずれも同一)の3種類である。
From the above, it can be determined that the larger the plate thickness, the smaller the resistance of the punching metal having the same hole diameter and pitch. This is consistent with the tendency shown by the results of conventional studies on a single piece of punching metal.
Comparison of static pressure drop ΔP when using punching metal with similar dimensions
Next, the static pressure drop ΔP when three types of punching metals having similar relationships with each other in terms of hole diameter d, pitch p, and plate thickness t are used in this mechanism will be verified. There are three types of punching metals used in the verification experiment: d6_p9t_0.6, d10_p15_t_1, and d20_p30_t_2 (similarity ratio 6: 10: 20, opening ratio is the same) shown in Table 1. FIG. 19 shows the relationship between the air flow rate Q and ΔP when these punching metals are used in the wind
表1中のサンプル名称d6_p9_t0.6、d6_p9_t1、d6_p9_t2、d10_p15_t1、d10_p15_t2、d10_p15_t3、d20_p30_t2のパンチングメタルを本発明に係る風向変更ディフューザー10に使用し、パンチングメタルの孔径d、厚比t/dが吹出角度θに与える影響を検証した。
When punching metal having a similar opening rate is used for the wind
About the influence of the difference in the hole diameter, pitch, and plate thickness of the punching metal on the wind
The punching metal of the sample names d6_p9_t0.6, d6_p9_t1, d6_p9_t2, d10_p15_t1, d10_p15_t2, d10_p15_t3, d20_p30_t2 in Table 1 is used for the wind
Hereinafter, in the linear approximation formula of y = ax + b shown in FIG. 20, x indicates a value on the horizontal axis and y simply indicates a value on the vertical axis, where a and b are constants. That is, the value of x in the linear approximation formula indicates the value of the relative slide distance (x / d).
For all punching metals, a strong correlation was observed between x / d (or x) and θ, showing a tendency for linear monotonous increase.
FIG. 21 shows the relationship of the inclination C (inclination of each figure in FIG. 20) between x / d and θ with the thickness ratio t / d on the horizontal axis. Here, all the results obtained so far are used for the plot.
When the t / d is 0.1 and the punching metal is installed (back, back), C has a value of 83.0 to 86.5, which does not depend on the hole diameter. Even if it is t / d, when it is installed at (back, front), (front, back), (front, front), C is smaller than when it is (back, back), 72.0 respectively. , 72.3, 67.2.
On the other hand, when t / d is 0.17 or more, C becomes 110 to 135.5, and it does not depend largely on t / d. Therefore, paying attention only to the installation conditions (back, back), the solid line in the figure is the exponential curve showing the relationship between t / d and C obtained by the least squares method. From the above, the following equation (3) was estimated as an equation showing the relationship between the relative slide distance x / d and the blowout angle θ.
From the above findings, in designing the wind
