Description
Claims (4)
- 長手方向に内部空間を有するバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディの内部空間にスライド移動可能に備えられ、外縁に前記バルブボディの内壁に気密に摺動する複数の突起部が形成されるバルブ部材と、
バルブボディ100の一端部に着脱可能に結合されるノズル部が備えられ、前記ノズル部が開放された状態で前記バルブボディ100の内部空間と連通する液化ガス容器と,
前記バルブボディから露出する前記バルブ部材の他端部に備えられる操作ノブと、
前記バルブボディの下部側に結合され、他端部が閉鎖され、長手方向に内部空間を有するシリンダボディと、
前記シリンダボディの内部空間に気密に接触しながらスライド移動可能に 移動するピストンヘッドと前記ピストンヘッドから延長するピストンロッドが備えられるピストン部材と、
前記シリンダボディの一端部に着脱可能に結合され、前記ピストンロッドに接触または凹溝結合される注射液ピストンロッドを備える注射液ユニットと、
前記液化ガス容器から噴出されたガスの充填および前記操作ノブの押し操作によって前記バルブボディの内部空間とシリンダボディの内部空間および外気側とを選択的に連通および閉鎖させてピストン部材を進退動作させるガス流路形成手段と、を含んで、
前記バルブボディとシリンダボディとは、ハウジングによってカバーされて一体化され、
前記バルブ部材は、一端から他端に中心部に沿って長手方向に所定長さの長溝が形成され、他端部が前記バルブボディの外側に延びて備えられ、
前記バルブ部材の外縁に形成される突起部は、中央部から半径方向外側に突出する複数の第1延長フランジ部と、前記液化ガス容器に対向する端部の一端部に半径方向外側に突出する複数の第2延長フランジ部と、前記第1延長フランジ部と第2延長フランジ部それぞれによって形成される装着溝に備えられ、前記バルブボディの内面に滑り接触しながら気密性を維持するための滑りシール部材とを含んでなることを特徴とする
無針無痛注射装置。 - 前記ガス流路形成手段は、
前記バルブボディの内部空間と外気側とを連通させる第1連通穴と、
前記バルブボディの内部空間とバルブ部材の長溝との間を連通させるように前記バルブ部材に形成される第2連通穴と、
前記バルブボディの中央部の他側に形成され、前記バルブ部材のスライド移動に伴って前記第1延長フランジ部を基準とした前記バルブボディの他側の内部空間と連通または閉鎖関係をなすように形成される第1開閉連通路と、
前記バルブボディの中央部の一側に形成され、前記バルブ部材のスライド移動に伴って前記第1延長フランジ部を基準とした前記バルブボディの一側の内部空間と前記第1連通穴とが連通または閉鎖関係をなすように形成される第2開閉連通路と、
前記第1開閉連通路とシリンダボディの他側の内部空間とを連通させるように前記シリンダボディに形成される流入連通路と、
前記第2開閉連通路とシリンダボディの一側の内部空間とを連通させるように前記シリンダボディとバルブボディに形成される排出連通路とを含むことを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の無針無痛注射装置。 - 前記ピストン部材は、前記シリンダボディの内壁に接触しながらスライド移動するピストンロッドと、前記ピストンロッドから延びるピストンヘッドと、前記ピストンヘッドの外縁に備えられ、前記シリンダボディの内面に滑り接触しながら気密性を維持するための
滑りシール部材とを含み、
前記注射液ユニットは、注射液ピストンロッドを有する注射器と、一端部は前記注射器が結合され、他端部は前記シリンダボディに着脱可能に結合される注射器結合部を有するロッド保護キャップとを含み、
前記シリンダボディと前記ロッド保護キャップとは、バヨネットマウント(bayonet mounting)結合方式で結合されるように構成されることを特徴とする
請求項1に記載の無針無痛注射装置。 - 前記ピストン部材は、前記ピストンヘッドの両面の少なくとも一面の端に備えられるクッション部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする
