側溝ブロックに上蓋ブロックを閉蓋した状態で側溝用金具の露出面と上蓋用金具の露出面とを上下当接接合状態になるように構成し、
しかも、側溝用金具は、両金具を連結する連結ボルトと、連結ボルトの基部に設けた雄ネジ摺動体と、雄ネジ摺動体を収納して、雄ネジ摺動体に立設した連結ボルトを筒体長手方向の長手切欠部分を介してスライド可能とした雌ネジ筒体とからなり、
