Description
The present invention relates to a heating device that raises the temperature of air by mixing the air sucked into the housing from the suction port with the combustion exhaust gas generated by the combustion means, and blows out the raised air from the outlet.
Heating devices such as gas fan heaters and oil fan heaters use a hot air circulation system that mixes the indoor air sucked into the housing with the combustion exhaust gas of the combustion means and blows it out into the room. It is the best heating equipment for heating the whole.
As such a heating device, the present applicant proposes a hot air heating device described in
Conventionally, in a hot air heating device having such a configuration, the filter is clogged with dust and the amount of air sucked from the suction port gradually decreases, or dust enters the housing and the convection fan. There is a problem that the air flow inside the housing deteriorates due to the accumulation of dust on the fin surface, and the temperature inside the housing gradually rises during use. Therefore, in such a hot air heating device, when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor for the main body exceeds the first threshold value, the control means turns on the filter cleaning lamp of the display unit, and it is necessary to clean the filter. I try to inform the user that there is something.
Further, in the hot air heating device having the above configuration, when the filter cleaning lamp is lit but the filter is continued to be used without cleaning, or all or one of the filters and the outlets are used. If the part is closed by a curtain or the like, the inside of the housing may become abnormally overheated, which may cause a malfunction of the equipment. Therefore, in the hot air heating device, when the temperature measured by the temperature sensor for the main body exceeds the second threshold value higher than the first threshold value, the control means automatically stops the device, resulting in a failure of the device. In addition to preventing this, the display unit displays the fact that the device has been automatically stopped, and informs the user that the device has stopped due to abnormal overheating.
In addition, even though the temperature inside the housing has reached the first threshold, if the operation is continued while maintaining the maximum combustion amount of the combustor, the temperature of the hot air blown out gradually rises, and the warm air is blown out. The problem that the floor surface where the heating device is installed is exposed to high temperature warm air and discolors, or when the user cannot clean the filter immediately, the temperature inside the housing immediately reaches the second threshold and the device However, there was a problem that it automatically stopped due to abnormal overheating. Therefore, in order to solve such a problem, in the heating operation device, the control means reduces the maximum combustion amount of the combustor at the same time as turning on the filter cleaning lamp.
The problems of the hot air heating device as described in
As shown in FIG. 8, in the above-mentioned hot air heating device, when the normal heating operation is performed, the operation is performed at the maximum combustion amount (4.07 kW in this example) until the room temperature reaches the target set temperature, and the room is operated. After the temperature reaches the target set temperature, the operation is performed so that the room temperature is maintained at the target set temperature while gradually reducing the amount of combustion.
However, in the above-mentioned hot air heating device, as described above, minute dust that could not be completely removed by the filter invades into the housing and accumulates on the convection fan depending on the usage condition (for example, integrated operation time). In some cases, the temperature inside the housing rises due to deterioration of the air flow in the housing, exceeds the first threshold value, and the filter cleaning lamp lights up.
In this case, as shown in FIG. 9, the maximum combustion amount of the combustor is reduced (in this example, 4.07 kW to 2.87 kW), and the operation is performed in a state where the original performance is not exhibited. The room temperature must be raised to the target set temperature. In addition, even if the user stops the operation and cleans the filter, the cause of the temperature rise inside the housing is not eliminated. Therefore, when the operation is restarted, the temperature inside the housing immediately rises. The filter cleaning lamp will continue to light beyond one threshold.
Further, when the filter cleaning lamp is turned on immediately after the start of operation and the heating device is continued to be used, the temperature inside the housing immediately reaches the second threshold value as shown in FIG. The device will automatically stop due to abnormal overheating at a timing unexpected by the user before the room temperature rises and reaches the target set temperature.
Such a problem is that when the filter cleaning lamp comes on, the filter cleaning lamp comes on even though the user needs to request disassembly and cleaning to remove the dust inside the housing. Even in this state, the heating operation is performed with the maximum combustion amount lowered until the temperature inside the housing reaches the second threshold value, so the user said that the heating performance deteriorated because the device became old. It is caused by the inability to recognize and properly recognize the necessity of inspection of equipment such as disassembly and cleaning.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to inform the user of the necessity of inspecting the device while suppressing the cost without requiring the addition of a new sensor or the like. The point is to provide a heating device that can be used.
The characteristic configuration of the heating device according to the present invention for achieving the above object is that a combustion means for burning fuel and a combustion exhaust gas generated by the combustion means are filtered inside a housing having a suction port and an outlet. It is a heating device equipped with an air flow means for blowing out air from an outlet to a space to be heated together with air sucked from a suction port through a heating device.
Control means to control the operation and
An inspection notification means for notifying the necessity of inspection regarding the heating device , and
It is provided with an internal temperature measuring means for measuring the internal temperature of the housing .
The control means is
Based on the integrated operation time of the heating device, which is information on the usage status of the heating device, and the internal temperature measured by the internal temperature measuring means, it is determined whether or not the operation start condition of the inspection notification means is satisfied. Then, when the integrated operation time reaches a preset time and the internal temperature measured by the internal temperature measuring means reaches the preset inspection notification means operating temperature, the operation start condition is satisfied. The point is to make a determination and perform a process including operating the inspection notification means.
According to the above-mentioned feature configuration, the control means determines whether or not the operation start condition is satisfied based on the information regarding the usage status of the device, and if it is determined that the operation start condition is satisfied, the control means activates the inspection notification means. Generally, the case where the device needs to be inspected is the case where the integrated operation time of the device is long or the total number of times of use is large. By determining whether or not the operation start condition is satisfied based on the information, the inspection notification means can be activated when the device needs to be inspected. Further, the information regarding the usage status of the device is stored in, for example, a storage unit of the control means, or can be acquired by an appropriate communication means, and can be acquired without providing a new sensor or the like. Therefore, the user can know the necessity of inspection of the device while suppressing the cost without adding a new sensor or the like.
Further, according to the above-mentioned feature configuration, when determining whether or not the operation start condition is satisfied, the device is used because it is based on the internal temperature measured by the internal temperature measuring means in addition to the information on the usage status of the device. It is possible to more accurately determine whether or not the operation start condition is satisfied, as compared with the case where the determination is based only on the information about the situation. In addition, the user can know whether or not the device needs to be inspected while suppressing the cost without providing a new sensor or the like which has not existed in the past.
Further, the further characteristic configuration of the heating device according to the present invention further includes a filter cleaning notification means for notifying the necessity of cleaning of the filter.
The control means is
It is determined whether or not the internal temperature measured by the internal temperature measuring means has reached the preset filter cleaning notification means operating temperature, and it is determined that the measured internal temperature has reached the filter cleaning notification means operating temperature. In that case, the filter cleaning notification means is activated to activate the filter cleaning notification means.
The inspection notification means operating temperature is higher than the filter cleaning notification means operating temperature.
According to the above-mentioned feature configuration, the control means determines whether or not the internal temperature of the housing has reached the filter cleaning notification means operating temperature, and if it is determined that the temperature has reached the filter cleaning notification means, the filter cleaning notification means is activated. The user can know the necessity of cleaning the filter by checking the operating status of the filter cleaning notification means.
Further, in the above characteristic configuration, the operating temperature of the inspection notification means is higher than the operating temperature of the filter cleaning notification means. Therefore, according to the above-mentioned feature configuration, the internal temperature of the housing is inspected and notified while the filter cleaning notification means is operating even though the user confirms the operation status of the filter notification means and cleans the filter. When the operating temperature of the means is reached (that is, when the temperature inside the housing rises due to the accumulation of dust in the housing), the control means activates the inspection notification means for inspection by the user. It is possible to check the operating status of the notification means and know whether or not the device needs to be inspected.
[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, the
The
The
The
On the back surface of the

The run / stop switch S5 is a switch for instructing the start and stop of the operation. When the user presses the operation / stop switch S5 while the
The control means 80 is a device configured by using an electric circuit unit having an arithmetic processing function such as a microcomputer and an information storage function such as a semiconductor memory, and when receiving an execution instruction of operation in a normal mode. The minimum is based on the temperature difference between the air temperature measured by the
The set target temperature when the control means 80 operates in the normal mode can be set by the user by operating the temperature / time setting switch (temperature setting switch) S4. For example, the control means 80 displays the set target temperature or the initial value input by the user on the set room

An internal temperature sensor 2 for measuring the internal temperature is provided inside the

Therefore, in the
Further, in the storage unit (not shown) included in the control means 80, the cumulative operation time of the
In the present embodiment, it is determined that the blinking start condition is satisfied when the integrated operating time reaches a predetermined integrated operating time (9600 hours in this example), and the integrated lighting number of the

In

In
In
In
In

As described above, in the

In the second embodiment, when it is determined that the blinking start condition is satisfied, the integrated operation time reaches a predetermined set integrated operation time (9600 hours in this example), and the temperature sensor 2 for the main body is measured. This is the case where the temperature reaches a third threshold value higher than the first threshold value and lower than the second threshold value (an example of “inspection notification means operating temperature”). As described above, the set integrated operation time can be appropriately set. Further, the third threshold value can be appropriately changed for each combustion amount of the
Specifically, first, the control means 80 performs an operation start process when the operation / stop switch S5 is "on". The content of this operation start process is the same as that of the first embodiment.

In

In
In
In
In
In

As described above, even in the
