Description
現在の頭部フレーム(又は頭部バンド)は、診療所、脳卒中センター、及び/又は救急部署で使用されるように設計されている。殆どのデザインは、頭部バンドの手法に従って行われ、典型的には患者が使用中に着座位置の状態で、プローブ/頭部の位置合わせが、患者の頭部にバンドを固定することにより主に実施されている。
これは、緊急治療室(ER)/病院用の設定では有利であるが、救急医療サービス(EMS)用の設定で最良の解決策とは言えない。
また、一定強度の1つ以上のビームを血栓に向けた状態で複数の治療ビームを提供するような「ブラインド(blind)療法」アプローチは、健全な脳組織を不必要に治療するような意図しない副作用を有している。
相補的な、関連するバージョンでは、直前に述べた撮像装置及び/又は力測定装置について、コンピュータ可読媒体、又は代替的な一時的な、伝搬信号は、本明細書で提案する構成態様の一部である。
Claims (8)
- 医療患者の頭部用に構成された頭部フレームであって、当該頭部フレームは:
撮像、治療、又は撮像及び治療の両方のために構成されたプローブのプローブ用サポートであって、該プローブ用サポートは前記プローブのためのホルダーを含み、前記プローブ用サポートは、前記ホルダーを患者の頭部に取り付けずに当該頭部フレームに載せた前記頭部の重量が、前記プローブを前記患者の頭部に接する所定の位置に維持するように構成される、プローブ用サポートと;
患者の頸部に少なくとも部分的に接触し、前記患者の頸部にサポートを提供するように構成されている頸部サポートと;を備えており、
前記プローブ用サポートは、前記頭部の第1の側に第1のプローブを保持するための第1の直立構造の第1の上端にある第1の開口部と、前記頭部の反対側に第2のプローブを保持するための第2の直立構造の第2の上端にある第2の開口部とを含み、
前記プローブ用サポートは、前記第1の直立構造と前記第2の直立構造との間で前記患者の後頭部を包み込むような構成を有し、前記頸部サポートは、前記プローブ用サポートに取り付け可能であり、前記プローブ用サポートから分離可能である、

請求項1に記載の頭部フレーム。 - 前記プローブ用サポート、前記頸部サポート、又はこれらの組合せによって少なくとも部分的にコンフォーマルなサポートが提供され、前記コンフォーマルなサポートは、前記頭部の後面の形状に従うように配置されるように構成される、
請求項1に記載の頭部フレーム。 - 前記頭部の両側面に関して、前記頭部フレームが鏡像対称性を有するように構成される、
請求項1に記載の頭部フレーム。 - 請求項1に記載の頭部フレームと、プローブを頭部の側頭骨ウィンドウに位置決めするための電動式アセンブリとを有する撮像装置であって、該装置は、自動的に且つユーザの医療介入の必要なしに、前記プローブによって提供される閉ループ撮像ガイダンスの実行中に前記位置決めを行うように構成される、
