画像処理装置。 - 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記基準ボリューム画像を前記心臓領域の仮想非造影ボリューム画像の形で有する前記ボリューム画像データを受信するように構成され、前記造影ボリューム画像及び前記仮想非造影ボリューム画像が、単一のスペクトラルCT取得シーケンスにおいて得られる同一のスペクトラル心臓CTデータセットに基づくものである、請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルを少なくとも前記ボリューム画像データにおける前記造影ボリューム画像に基づいて生成するように構成される、請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記冠動脈血流を、前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルと非画像化接続血管構造との間の境界をモデル化するための境界条件モデルを考慮に入れることによりシミュレーションするように構成される、請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記境界条件モデルを各冠動脈出口の断面積に基づくものである前記非画像化接続血管構造の流体力学的抵抗を考慮に入れて決定するように構成される、請求項4に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記ボリューム画像データにおける心筋給血領域を前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルにおける各冠動脈に関して決定するように構成される、請求項1に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、各冠動脈に関する前記心筋給血領域を、前記ボリューム画像データを前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルに関係付けるボロノイ図を計算することにより決定するように構成される、請求項6に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、各冠動脈に関する前記心筋給血領域を、前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデル及び/又は前記ボリューム画像データを用いて汎用給血モデルを特定の被検者に位置合わせすることにより決定するように構成される、請求項6に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記少なくとも1つの時点における心筋の少なくとも1つのボクセルにおける造影剤の量を、該少なくとも1つのボクセルが属する前記心筋給血領域に対応する冠動脈における前記冠動脈血流のシミュレーションによる血流に基づいて、且つ、血液拡散モデルに基づいて計算するように構成される、請求項6に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記少なくとも1つのボクセル及び前記少なくとも1つの時点に関して、画像ボクセル値を、該少なくとも1つの時点における前記少なくとも1つのボクセル内の造影剤の量を示すボクセル値を前記基準ボリューム画像の画像ボクセル値に加算することにより計算するように構成される、請求項9に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記プロセッサ回路は更に、前記灌流画像を、該灌流画像と前記少なくとも1つの計算されたボクセルを有する画像との間の画像距離尺度、及び、前記灌流画像の画像品質尺度を表す正則化項の結合を反復的に最小化することにより合成するように構成される、請求項10に記載の画像処理装置。
- ボクセルで構成されたスペクトラルコンピュータトモグラフィボリューム画像データを受信するステップであって、前記ボリューム画像データは被検者身体内の心臓領域の造影ボリューム画像及び該心臓領域の基準ボリューム画像を有し、前記造影ボリューム画像が前記被検者の冠動脈生体構造に関する生体構造情報を伝達するステップと、
前記ボリューム画像データに基づいて三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルを生成する又は入力として受信するステップと、
前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルに基づいて冠動脈血流をシミュレーションするステップと、
異なる時点における組織内の血液分布を表す灌流画像の時間系列を、前記冠動脈血流のシミュレーションによって、且つ、前記基準ボリューム画像を灌流合成のための参照として使用して生成するステップと、
を有する、ボリューム画像処理のための方法。 - 1以上の実行可能な命令を記憶する非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、少なくとも1つのプロセッサにより実行された場合に、該少なくとも1つのプロセッサに、
ボクセルで構成されたスペクトラルコンピュータトモグラフィボリューム画像データを受信するステップであって、前記ボリューム画像データは被検者身体内の心臓領域の造影ボリューム画像及び該心臓領域の基準ボリューム画像を有し、前記造影ボリューム画像が前記被検者の冠動脈生体構造に関する生体構造情報を伝達するステップと、
前記ボリューム画像データに基づいて三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルを生成する又は入力として受信するステップと、
前記三次元冠動脈ツリーモデルに基づいて冠動脈血流をシミュレーションするステップと、
異なる時点における組織内の血液分布を表す灌流画像の時間系列を、前記冠動脈血流のシミュレーションによって、且つ、前記基準ボリューム画像を灌流合成のための参照として使用して生成するステップと、
を有する、ボリューム画像処理のための方法を実行させる、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。 - 前記仮想非造影ボリューム画像は、静脈内造影剤が血流内に導入された前記被検者のスキャンに基づく、請求項2に記載の画像処理装置。
- 前記受信するステップは、前記基準ボリューム画像を前記心臓領域の仮想非造影ボリューム画像の形で有する前記ボリューム画像データを受信するステップを有し、
前記造影ボリューム画像及び前記仮想非造影ボリューム画像が、単一のスペクトラルCT取得シーケンスにおいて得られる同一のスペクトラル心臓CTデータセットに基づくものであり、
前記仮想非造影ボリューム画像は、静脈内造影剤が血流内に導入された前記被検者のスキャンに基づく、請求項12に記載の方法。
