Abstract
Description
整流器と蓄電池を備えた直流電源システムにおいて、前記整流器と前記蓄電池を基地局毎に監視制御する制御部をもち、複数の基地局の蓄電池を連携して充放電することによりデマンドレスポンスに応答することを特徴とする直流電源システム又は電力制御方法。
項目1の直流電源システムであり、整流器の出力電圧を調整することで、蓄電池の充放電量を調節することを特徴とする直流電源システム又は電力制御方法。
項目1の直流電源システムであり、整流器情報と蓄電池情報から基地局毎にデマンドレスポンスへの応答可能量を計算することで災害時のバックアップ容量を確保することを特徴とする直流電源システム又は電力制御方法。
項目1の直流電源システムであり、デマンドレスポンスの発動時間中において、基地局全体の制御量と要請量を比較することで、不足したときにはデマンドレスポンスに参加予定のない基地局を追加で充放電することで補正することを特徴とする直流電源システム又は電力制御方法。
整流器と蓄電池を備えた直流電源システムにおいて、前記整流器と前記蓄電池を基地局毎に監視制御する制御部をもち、複数の基地局の蓄電池を連携して充放電することによりデマンドレスポンスに応答し、発動時間を越えて余剰に充放電が想定される基地局を別の発動時間帯でも活用することを特徴とする直流電源システム又は電力制御方法。

Claims (9)
- デマンドレスポンス(DR)要請に応えるための充放電の制御対象として一又は複数の蓄電池が決定された後に、前記DR要請に応えるための充放電の基準を満たせないことが検知された場合、少なくとも、
前記制御対象ではない蓄電池を活用する第一制御と
前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記第二制御は、前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を、前記DR要請に応える期間のうち当該蓄電池の活用が予定されていない期間に活用する、
蓄電池制御装置。 - デマンドレスポンス(DR)要請に応えるための充放電の制御対象として一又は複数の蓄電池が決定された後に、前記DR要請に応えるための充放電の基準を満たせないことが検知された場合、少なくとも、
前記制御対象ではない蓄電池を活用する第一制御と
前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第一制御よりも前記第二制御を優先して行う、
蓄電池制御装置。 - デマンドレスポンス(DR)要請に応えるための充放電の制御対象として一又は複数の蓄電池が決定された後に、前記DR要請に応えるための充放電の基準を満たせないことが検知された場合、少なくとも、
前記制御対象ではない蓄電池を活用する第一制御と
前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第二制御で前記基準を満たせるか否かを判定し、判定結果に基づいた制御を行う、

前記基準を満たせると判定した場合、前記第二制御を行う、又は、
前記基準を満たせないと判定した場合、前記第一制御と前記第二制御とを行う若しくは前記第一制御を行う、
請求項3に記載の蓄電池制御装置。 - デマンドレスポンス(DR)要請に応えるための充放電の制御対象として一又は複数の蓄電池が決定された後に、前記DR要請に応えるための充放電の基準を満たせないことが検知された場合、少なくとも、
前記制御対象ではない蓄電池を活用する第一制御と
前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第二制御よりも前記第一制御を優先して行う、
蓄電池制御装置。 - デマンドレスポンス(DR)要請に応えるための充放電の制御対象として一又は複数の蓄電池が決定された後に、前記DR要請に応えるための充放電の基準を満たせないことが検知された場合、少なくとも、
前記制御対象ではない蓄電池を活用する第一制御と
前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、前記第一制御で前記基準を満たせるか否かを判定し、判定結果に基づいた制御を行う、

前記制御対象の蓄電池のうち前記DR要請に応えた後も充放電の余力がある蓄電池を活用する第二制御と
のいずれか一方を行う制御部を備え、
前記制御部は、少なくとも前記第一制御と前記第二制御とのいずれか一方において、前記DR要請に応える蓄電池全体で前記基準を満たせる蓄電池を選択し、選択した蓄電池を活用する、
