Description

The present invention relates to a vehicle lower structure.

Air-conditioning ducts and electrical components may be placed in the space under the seat of an automobile. For example, Patent Document 1 has a structure in which a battery (5) and an air conditioning duct (13) for sending air conditioning air to the feet of the rear seats are arranged in a space under the front seat (2). It has been disclosed. In the structure, the battery (5) is arranged between the second cross member (6) and the third cross member (7) and inside the side sill (14) at a distance from the side sill (14). .. The air conditioning duct (13) has an introduction duct portion (13A), a first duct portion (13B), a second duct portion (13C), and a third duct portion (13D). The introduction duct portion (13A) extends from the front of the vehicle to the front seat (2) side. The first duct portion (13B) extends outward in the vehicle width direction along the upper surface of the second cross member (6). The second duct portion (13C) is arranged between the battery (5) and the side sill (14) and extends to the rear of the vehicle. The third duct portion (13D) extends inward in the vehicle width direction along the upper surface of the third cross member (7). Due to such an arrangement, when a large load is input from the side surface of the vehicle and the side sill (14) is deformed to the indoor side, a part of the load transmitted from the side sill (14) to the battery (5) due to the deformation of the air conditioning duct (13). Is absorbed and the deformation of the battery (5) is suppressed.

Since the portion of the air conditioning duct 7 other than the end portion of the third duct portion 73 is arranged between the first cross member 4 and the second cross member 5 and below the upper surfaces 41 and 51 thereof. It is possible to prevent the feet of the occupants in the back seat from coming into contact with each other.

Further, an engaging portion 77 extending in a columnar shape toward the rear of the vehicle is provided at an end portion of the third duct portion 73 away from the second duct portion 72. The engaging portion 77 is fitted into the engaging hole 93 provided in the surface 92 near the first cross member 4 of the seat bracket 9 described above. As a result, the outlet 78 is positioned at a predetermined position.

As shown in FIG. 6, a flexible portion 76 capable of bending inward in the vehicle width direction is provided in the front half portion of the second duct portion 72. The flexible portion 76 is formed in a bellows shape in which peaks and valleys are alternately provided in the front-rear direction of the vehicle. Further, in this example, in order to make the flexible portion 76 more likely to bend inward in the vehicle width direction, the dimension of the flexible portion 76 in the vehicle width direction is reduced and the dimension in the height direction is increased. Specifically, the dimension of the flexible portion 76 in the height direction is about 2 to 3 times the dimension in the vehicle width direction.

When assembling the air conditioning duct 7 to the vehicle body, it is necessary to fit the engaging portion 77 into the engaging hole 93 with the connecting portion 70 inserted into the hole 40 of the first cross member 4. When the flexible portion 76 is not provided in the air conditioning duct 7, the operator performs work such as fitting the engaging portion 77 into the engaging hole 93 while bending the air conditioning duct 7 by applying a strong force. It must be necessary and may damage the air conditioning duct 7 or peripheral parts. In this respect, in this example, since the flexible portion 76 described above is provided, when the air conditioning duct 7 is assembled to the vehicle body, the flexible portion 76 can be easily assembled while being bent. The bent flexible portion 76 is elastically restored after the air conditioning duct 7 is assembled to the vehicle body, and returns to the original state.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a portion of the first duct portion 71 near the second duct 72 is located between the low back portion 74 adjacent to the first cross member 4 and the low back portion 74 and the electrical component 11. However, a high-back portion 75 having a height dimension larger than that of the low-back portion 74 is provided. The upper surface of the high back portion 75 is arranged at a position higher than the upper surface of the low back portion 74. The low back portion 74 is positioned between the first cross member 4 and the electrical component 11. The high back portion 75 is positioned between the floor panel 2 and the electrical component 11, that is, below the electrical component 11. A wire harness 8 is arranged above the low back portion 74 and between the first cross member 4 and the high back portion 75 along the vehicle width direction.

As described above, the first duct portion 71 is provided with the low back portion 74 to secure the wiring space for the wire harness 8. Further, the cross-sectional area of the flow path is secured by providing the tall portion 75 (adjusted so that the cross-sectional area of the flow path is not partially reduced).

As described above, in the vehicle lower structure 1, the first cross member 4 is provided with a hole 40 for passing the air conditioning ducts 7 and 13, and the air conditioning duct 7 is arranged so as to bypass the electrical component 11. With such a configuration, the seat bracket 9 can be attached to the upper surface 41 of the first cross member 4 and the upper surface 51 of the second cross member 5, and the attachment structure of the seat 6 can be simplified. Further, after securing the required air volume (cross-sectional area of the flow path) of the air conditioning duct 7 in the limited space under the seat, parts such as the air conditioning duct 7, electrical components 11, and wire harness 8 can be arranged. The space under the seat can be used effectively.

In the above-described embodiment, the vehicle lower structure 1 in which various parts are arranged in the space between the driver's seat and the floor panel 2 and the space between the passenger seat and the floor panel 2 has been described. However, the vehicle lower structure of the present invention may be a structure in which an electrical component and an air conditioning duct are arranged between at least one seat and a floor panel. The vehicle undercarriage structure of the present invention can also be applied to the space between the rear seats and the floor panel.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the first cross member 4 is arranged in front of the second cross member 5, but in the present invention, even if the first cross member is arranged behind the second cross member. good. In that case, the air conditioning duct is configured to send air conditioning air from the rear of the vehicle to the front.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned examples merely show typical embodiments of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to these examples. That is, it can be variously modified and carried out within a range that does not deviate from the gist of the present invention. As long as the configuration of the present invention is still provided even by such a modification, it is, of course, included in the category of the present invention.
