Description
The present invention relates to a component detection sensor.
Conventionally, for example, an infrared moisture meter that measures the amount of water by utilizing the absorption of infrared rays by water is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
By the way, in the bathroom, for example, if a soap component remains in addition to water on a wall surface or a floor surface, mold is likely to occur due to the soap component. That is, if the soap component can be detected, it becomes possible to identify a portion where mold is likely to occur.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a component detection sensor capable of detecting a soap component.
In order to achieve the above object, the component detection sensor according to one aspect of the present invention receives a light emitting unit that irradiates light toward an object while scanning and a light emitting unit that irradiates light from the light emitting unit and reflects the object. The light receiving unit is provided with a light receiving unit that converts into an electric signal and measures, and a calculation unit that detects a component contained in the object based on the measurement result of the light receiving unit. The light receiving unit is a carbon compound that is one of the components. Light in the first wavelength band whose absorption by the component is larger than the first predetermined value, absorption by water, which is one of the components, is less than or equal to the second predetermined value, and absorption by the carbon compound component is less than or equal to the first predetermined value. The light in a certain second wavelength band and the light in the third wavelength band whose absorption by moisture is larger than the second predetermined value are measured, and the calculation unit determines the first measurement result for the light in the first wavelength band by the light receiving unit. , Detect the amount of carbon compound component by comparing with the second measurement result for the light of the second wavelength band, and compare the third measurement result and the second measurement result for the light of the third wavelength band by the light receiving part. The water content is detected, and the content concentration of the carbon compound component with respect to water is calculated based on the amount of the carbon compound component and the water content.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a component detection sensor capable of detecting a soap component.

The

By controlling the rotation angles of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the

In the present embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the
The
[Case]
The
A plurality of openings are provided on the outer wall of the
[Light emitting part]
The
The
The
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing an absorption spectrum of lauric acid. Lauric acid is a surfactant component that is one of the soap components. The surfactant component is also a kind of carbon compound component. That is, in the present embodiment, the soap component is detected by detecting lauric acid, which is one of the carbon compound components. As shown in FIG. 7, lauric acid has absorption peaks at wavelengths of about 1200 nm and about 1750 nm. Therefore, as the first wavelength band forming the first detection light, a wavelength band in which the absorbance of lauric acid is higher than the first predetermined value is selected. That is, it can be said that the first wavelength band is a wavelength band that is easily absorbed by lauric acid. The absorbance used as the first predetermined value is, for example, 0.25. For example, the first wavelength band is a wavelength band including at least one of 1200 nm and 1750 nm.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing an absorption spectrum of water. As shown in FIG. 8, water has absorption peaks at wavelengths of about 1450 nm and about 1940 nm. Therefore, as the third wavelength band forming the second detection light, a wavelength band in which the absorbance of water is higher than the second predetermined value is selected. That is, it can be said that the third wavelength band is a wavelength band that is easily absorbed by moisture. The absorbance used as the second predetermined value is, for example, 0.3. For example, the third wavelength band is a wavelength band including at least one of 1450 nm and 1940 nm.
As the second wavelength band forming the reference light, a wavelength band in which the absorption by lauric acid is equal to or less than the first predetermined value and the absorption by water is equal to or less than the second predetermined value is selected. That is, it can be said that the second wavelength band is a wavelength band that is difficult to be absorbed by the carbon compound component and water. For example, the second wavelength band is a wavelength band including at least one of 1100 nm and 1300 nm.
In this way, since the

[Component detection process]
Subsequently, the component detection process by the
For example, when lauric acid is detected, the detection light becomes the first detection light. That is, in this case, the light energy Pd corresponds to the intensity of the first electric signal output from the first
Further, when detecting moisture, the detection light is the second detection light. That is, in this case, the light energy Pd corresponds to the intensity of the second electric signal output from the second
In the following description, the case of detecting lauric acid will be described. When detecting moisture, the "first detection light" is set to "second detection light", the "first wavelength band" is set to "second wavelength band", and the "first
The light energy Pd is represented by the following (Equation 1).
(式1) Pd=Pd0×Gd×Rd×Td×Aad×Ivd (Equation 1) Pd = Pd0 × Gd × Rd × Td × Aad × Ivd
Here, Pd0 is the light energy of the light in the first wavelength band forming the first detection light among the light emitted by the
Rd is the reflectance of the first detected light by the object. Td is the transmittance of the light detected by the first bandpass filter 412. Ivd is the light receiving sensitivity to the first detected light contained in the reflected light in the first
Aad has the absorption rate of the first detection light by the component (lauric acid) contained in the object, and is represented by the following (formula 2).
(式2) Aad=10-αa×Ca×D (Equation 2) Aad = 10- αa × Ca × D
Here, αa is a predetermined absorption coefficient, and specifically, is the absorption coefficient of the first detection light by the component (lauric acid). Ca is the volume concentration of the component (lauric acid) contained in the object. D is a contribution thickness that is twice the thickness of the component that contributes to the absorption of the first detection light.
More specifically, in an object in which the component (lauric acid) is uniformly dispersed, Ca is the volume contained in the component of the object when light is incident on the object, reflected and emitted from the object. Corresponds to the concentration. Further, D corresponds to the optical path length from reflection to emission from the object. For example, Ca is the concentration of a component (lauric acid) contained in the liquid phase covering the object. Further, D is a contribution thickness converted as an average thickness of the liquid phase covering the object.
Therefore, αa × Ca × D corresponds to the amount of the component (the amount of lauric acid) contained in the object. From the above, it can be seen that the light energy Pd corresponding to the intensity of the first electric signal changes according to the amount of lauric acid contained in the object.
Similarly, the light energy Pr of the reference light incident on the third
(式3) Pr=Pr0×Gr×Rr×Tr×Ivr (Equation 3) Pr = Pr0 × Gr × Rr × Tr × Ivr
In the present embodiment, the reference light can be considered to be substantially not absorbed by the components contained in the object, and therefore, as can be seen in comparison with (Equation 1), it corresponds to the absorption rate Aad by lauric acid. Is not included in (Equation 3).
In (Equation 3), Pr0 is the light energy of the light in the third wavelength band forming the reference light among the light emitted by the
In the present embodiment, the light emitted from the
Therefore, the following (Equation 4) is derived by taking the ratio (signal ratio) between (Equation 1) and (Equation 3).
(式4) Pd/Pr=Z×Aad (Equation 4) Pd / Pr = Z × Aad
Here, Z is a constant term and is represented by (Equation 5).
(式5) Z=(Pd0/Pr0)×(Td/Tr)×(Ivd/Ivr) (Equation 5) Z = (Pd0 / Pr0) × (Td / Tr) × (Ivd / Ivr)
The light energies Pd0 and Pr0 are each predetermined as the initial output of the
The
Therefore, the
[Information related to the amount of lauric acid and the amount of water]
The
The
The
The

As described above, according to the

According to this, since the first wavelength band contains at least one of 1200 nm and 1750 nm, lauric acid, which is one of the carbon compound components, can be detected. Moreover, since the third wavelength band contains at least one of 1450 nm and 1940 nm, moisture can be reliably detected.
Further, the
According to this, since each light receiving element and each bandbus filter are provided one-to-one, it is possible to simultaneously detect the light of the first wavelength band, the second wavelength band, and the third wavelength band. .. This enables high-speed, real-time detection processing.
Further, the
According to this, the
The carbon compound component is a surfactant component.
According to this, since the carbon compound component detected by the
