Description
The present invention relates to a mixed structure of reinforced concrete columns and steel beams.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that of a reinforced concrete column and a steel beam having a column-beam joint capable of suppressing crushing of concrete in the vicinity of the steel beam and improving the filling property of the concrete without impairing the shear strength. It is to provide a mixed structure.
As a mixed structure of RC columns and steel beams in which a reinforced concrete column (RC column) and a steel beam are joined, the present inventors block a steel plate between the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam including the joint main body portion constituting the column-beam joint. By enclosing it with the square cylinder shape used, and forming the joint upper end part above the upper flange and the joint lower end part below the lower flange together with high-strength concrete, the pillar beam including the square cylinder shape body. The present invention has been made by focusing on the point that a beam-beam joint having a high shear resistance can be realized without arranging the amount of shear reinforcing bars in the joint main body corresponding to the central height position of the joint.
The present invention employs the following means in order to solve the above problems.
That is, the mixed structure of the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam of the present invention is a mixed structure of the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam having a column-beam joint portion in which the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam are joined, and the column-beam joint portion is the above-mentioned column-beam joint. A closing steel plate that closes between the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam, a joint main body formed inside the joint body, a joint upper end formed above the joint main body, and a joint lower end formed below the joint main body. The joint main body, the joint upper end, and the joint lower end are integrally made of concrete, and the concrete strength of the beam-column joint is the concrete strength forming the reinforced concrete column. In comparison, it is characterized by high strength.
According to such a configuration, in the column-beam joint portion where the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam are joined, the concrete strength of the joint main body portion, the joint upper end portion, and the joint lower end portion is higher than the concrete strength for forming the reinforced concrete. By setting the strength, it is possible to increase the shear strength and the crack generation strength of the beam-column joint in particular. As a result, it is possible to secure the shear strength while reducing the amount of shear reinforcing bars arranged at the beam-column joint.
Since the amount of shear reinforcing bars can be reduced in this way, the coarse aggregate that forms concrete can pass through without hindrance at the intervals between the column main bars penetrating the joint body and the beam main bars. Since a large amount of space can be secured, the concrete filling property at the beam-column joint can be improved.
In addition, when an earthquake occurs, a large external force is applied to the RC pillar and the steel beam, and when the deformation progresses, it becomes high between the upper and lower flange surfaces of the steel beam and the RC pillar directly under and above the beam flange. Supporting pressure acts, but the joint body, the upper end of the joint, and the lower end of the joint, which sandwich the flange of the steel beam, are made of high-strength concrete, causing crushing of the concrete near the steel beam. It is possible to transmit an external load between the RC column and the steel beam without causing it.
In one aspect of the present invention, the mixed structure of the reinforced concrete column and the steel frame beam of the present invention is characterized in that, in the column-beam joint portion, shear reinforcing bars are not arranged in the joint main body portion.
According to such a configuration, shear reinforcing bars are not arranged in the joint main body portion constituting the column-beam joint portion. Therefore, in the column-beam joint portion, the shear reinforcing bar is not arranged in the joint main body portion where the column main bar and the beam main bar intersect, so that the concrete filling property in the column-beam joint portion can be improved.
In one aspect of the present invention, in the mixed structure of the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam of the present invention, the plugged steel plate is welded to the web of the steel frame beam and each of the upper and lower flanges, and the corners of the plugged steel plates are formed. It is joined to an R shape to form a square tube shape. Specifically, it is a square tube-shaped body in which the corners where the closed steel plates are welded to each other are curved.
According to such a configuration, when concrete is placed in the beam-column joint, the closing steel plate functions as a formwork that covers the periphery of the beam-column joint. Since this closed steel plate is a square cylinder shape and its corners are R-shaped (curved surface processing), the corners of the concrete of the joint body filled inside the square cylinder shape are curved. The closed steel plate functions like a tubular barrel and is constrained in a triaxial stress state. Therefore, the compressive strength of concrete exceeds the original uniaxial strength of the material and is increased until the fracture strength is reached, so that the shear strength of the beam-column joint can be increased.
According to the present invention, it is possible to have a column-beam joint portion capable of suppressing crushing of concrete in the vicinity of a steel frame beam and improving the filling property of concrete without impairing the shear strength.

In this embodiment, shear reinforcing bars are not arranged in the joint main body provided between the upper and lower flanges of the steel beam, and the joint main body, the upper end of the upper flange, and the lower end of the lower flange are joined. It is a mixed structure including RC columns whose portions are both formed of high-strength concrete and column-beam joints of steel-framed beams (FIGS. 1 to 7). FIG. 8 is the first embodiment of the mixed structure, in which the upper end portion of the joint and the lower end portion of the joint are provided with a thickness such as to cover the joint plate of the brace to be joined to the beam-column joint portion. By providing a closing plate, the beam-column joint is surrounded by a closing plate and a shear reinforcing bar without providing a closing steel plate in the joint main body.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, and each embodiment for implementing a mixed structure of reinforced concrete columns and steel beam will be described with reference to the drawings.

In this embodiment, as described above, high-strength concrete is used for both the upper end of the joint on the steel beam including the main body of the joint and the lower end of the joint under the steel beam without arranging shear reinforcing bars on the main body of the joint.

(Modified example of the embodiment)
The mixed structure of the reinforced concrete column and the steel beam of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment described with reference to the drawings, and various modifications can be considered within the technical scope thereof.
For example, by using high-strength steel fiber concrete mixed with porous steel fibers or ordinary-strength steel fiber concrete instead of high-strength concrete, in the above-described embodiment, a closed steel plate is attached to the joint main body. In the case where it is arranged and shear reinforcements are provided at the upper end of the joint and the lower end of the joint, but at least one of them is provided in order for the steel fiber material to replace the blocking steel plate or the shear reinforcement and restrain the concrete. Even if there is, it is possible to realize a mixed structure of RC columns and steel beams that can secure a predetermined shear strength. In the present invention, the high-strength steel fiber concrete is concrete having a nominal strength of more than 45 N / mm 2 , and the normal strength steel fiber concrete is concrete having a nominal strength of 45 N / mm 2 or less at the beam-column joint. A mixed structure of RC columns and steel beams will be realized by designing the composition of steel fiber concrete so as to satisfy the required predetermined performance.
In the design example, for example, DRAMIX (registered trademark) is used for the steel fiber, and the volume mixing ratio per volume weight of the steel fiber is 0.2 to 2.0%. The lower limit of 0.2% of the volume mixing ratio is based on the knowledge obtained by the applicant in the technical development on the member performance using the steel fiber reinforced concrete for the structure (for example, JP-A-2017-014864). It is based on. In addition, the upper limit of the volume mixing rate of 2.0% is the technical literature (Horiguchi and 3 others: Consistency of micro steel fiber reinforced concrete, Japan Concrete Engineering Annual Papers, Vol. 26, No. 1, pp. .279-284, 2004), and while the applicant has been developing the technology, the volume mixing rate by casting on-site at the beam-column joint where the column main bar and the beam main bar are arranged 2. Filling with 0% steel fiber reinforced concrete is set to the limit value from the viewpoint that construction is difficult.
Further, in the above embodiment, the lower
