Description
Claims (10)
- 手で把持可能な本体と、
前記本体の遠位部から延び、超音波振動して眼の状態を処置するように構成された超音波水晶体乳化吸引針と、
前記超音波水晶体乳化吸引針に協同的に結合された超音波振動発生器であって、前記超音波水晶体乳化吸引針は前記超音波振動発生器の振動に応じて超音波振動可能である、超音波振動発生器と、
手で把持可能な前記本体によって支持されているとともに手術部位から吸引流体を運ぶように構成されているインペラポンプであって、
吸引モータと、
前記吸引モータに結合されており、前記吸引モータによって回転自在に駆動される可撓性インペラであって、流体及び乳化した水晶体組織を前記手術部位から吸引するように構成されている、可撓性インペラと、
を含む、インペラポンプと、
前記インペラポンプを制御して圧力偏差を軽減するように構成されたPIDコントローラと、前記インペラポンプと手で把持可能な前記本体の遠位端との間に、吸引導管に沿って配置されたセンサと、を含む制御システムと、を含んでおり、
前記制御システムは、前記センサから受信した圧力情報を使用して、眼内圧を維持する、又は、調整するために、前記インペラポンプの速度を増加すべきか、又は、減少すべきかどうかを決定するように構成され、
前記インペラポンプはインペラチャンバを含み、前記可撓性インペラは、前記インペラチャンバ内に非同心円状に配置され、
前記インペラチャンバは、互いに角度を成して延びる入口と出口とを含み、前記角度は30~120度である、ことを特徴とする、超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。 - 前記可撓性インペラは、複数の半径方向に延びるベーンを含む、請求項1に記載の超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。
- 前記複数の半径方向に延びるベーンのそれぞれは、球状先端を含む、請求項2に記載の超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。
- 前記ベーンは、30~70度の範囲内で半径方向に間隔を開けて配置されている、請求項2に記載の超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。
- 前記インペラチャンバは非円形断面を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。
- 前記インペラポンプは、前記針と流体連通する入口と、手で把持可能な前記本体に配置されたコネクタと流体連通する出口と、を含む、請求項1に記載の超音波水晶体乳化吸引システム。
- 手術部位にて眼の状態を処置するための超音波水晶体乳化吸引システムであって、
手で把持可能な本体と、
手で把持可能な前記本体上に支持されており、手で把持可能な前記本体の遠位端から前記手術部位に注入するための灌流流体を運ぶように構成されている灌流システムと、
前記本体の遠位部から延びており、前記眼の状態を処置するために超音波振動するように構成された超音波水晶体乳化吸引針と、
前記超音波水晶体乳化吸引針に協同的に結合されているとともに前記超音波水晶体乳化吸引針を振動するように構成された超音波振動発生器と、
手で把持可能な前記本体上に支持されており、前記手術部位から、手で把持可能な前記本体の前記遠位端に吸引流体を運ぶように構成されているインペラポンプであって、前記インペラポンプは、
吸引モータと、
インペラチャンバと、
前記インペラチャンバ内に回転自在に配置されており、前記吸引モータに結合されており、前記吸引モータによって回転自在に駆動される可撓性インペラであって、流体及び乳化した水晶体組織を前記手術部位から吸引するように構成されている、可撓性インペラと、
を含む、インペラポンプと、
前記インペラポンプを制御して圧力偏差を軽減するように構成されたPIDコントローラと、前記インペラポンプと手で把持可能な前記本体の前記遠位端との間に、吸引導管に沿って配置されたセンサと、を含む制御システムと、を含んでおり、
