Description
ケース本体を用意する工程では、ケース本体が用意される。ここで用意されるケース本体は、電極体を収容する収容空間と、収容空間に電極体を挿入するための開口部とを有している。
蓋を用意する工程では、開口部に装着される蓋が用意される。
潤滑剤を塗布する工程では、ケース本体と蓋とが当接する当接箇所の少なくとも一部に潤滑剤が塗布される。
開口部に蓋を組付ける工程では、当接箇所に潤滑剤が塗布された状態で、開口部に蓋が組付けられる。ここで、潤滑剤は、非水系二次電池用の非水電解液の溶媒であるとよい。
潤滑剤は、例えば、エチルメチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、ジメチルエーテル、ジエチルカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネートおよびジメチルカーボネートのうち少なくとも1種の材料でありうる。
当接箇所は、ケース本体41と蓋42の形状によるが、図1および図2に示された形態では、ケース本体41の開口部41bの側壁41b2や段差41b1、蓋42の周縁部42aが当接箇所に相当する。
さらに、蓋42に塗布する場合には、蓋42をケース本体41に挿入する側から1mm以上の高さに塗布されているとよい。
なお、角部41c、42cの周辺は、ここに例示される範囲に限らない。角部41c、42cの周辺において、ケース本体41の開口部41bと蓋42とが擦れ合いやすい部位を、角部41c、42cの周辺とするとよい。
また、角部41c、42cの周辺以外でも、ケース本体41の開口部41bと蓋42とが擦れ合いやすい部位には、潤滑剤が塗布されるとよい。
このように、ケース本体41の開口部41bと蓋42の形状は、特段の言及がない限りにおいて、略長方形であることに限定されない。なお、ケース本体41の開口部41bと蓋42の形状が上述のような略長方形である場合には、角部41c,42cがR部に相当する。また、長辺と短辺が、直線部に相当する。

Claims (6)
- 電極体を収容する収容空間と、前記収容空間に前記電極体を挿入するための開口部とを有するケース本体を用意する工程と、
前記開口部に装着される蓋を用意する工程と、
前記開口部に蓋を組付ける工程と
を備え、
前記開口部に蓋を組付ける工程は、
前記ケース本体と前記蓋とが当接する当接箇所の少なくとも一部に潤滑剤を塗布する工程を含み、前記当接箇所に潤滑剤が塗布された状態で、前記開口部に前記蓋が組付けられ、かつ、前記潤滑剤が非水系二次電池用の非水電解液の溶媒である、
非水系二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記潤滑剤を塗布する工程では、前記ケース本体および前記蓋のうち少なくとも一方に潤滑剤が塗布される、請求項1に記載された非水系二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記ケース本体の開口部は、前記開口部の縁に沿って複数の直線部と複数のR部とを有し、かつ、前記当接箇所は、前記開口部の縁に沿って複数の直線部と複数のR部とを有しており、
前記潤滑剤を塗布する工程において、前記潤滑剤は、前記当接箇所のうち少なくとも前記複数のR部に塗布される、請求項1または2に記載された非水系二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記ケース本体の開口部は、略長方形であり、内側の側壁に沿って段差を有しており、
前記蓋は、当該開口部に装着される略長方形のプレート材であり、
前記潤滑剤を塗布する工程において、前記潤滑剤は、略長方形の開口部の角部と前記蓋の角部とのうち少なくとも一方に塗布される、請求項1または2に記載された非水系二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記潤滑剤は、環状カーボネート系溶媒と鎖状カーボネート系溶媒とエーテル系溶媒のうち少なくとも一種の材料である、請求項1から4までの何れか一項に記載された非水系二次電池の製造方法。
- 前記潤滑剤は、エチルメチルカーボネート、エチレンカーボネート、ジメチルエーテル、ジエチルカーボネート、プロピレンカーボネートおよびジメチルカーボネートのうち少なくとも1種の材料である、請求項1から5までの何れか一項に記載された非水系二次電池の製造方法。
