Description

The present invention relates to an extruder for extruding an inclusion body.

Conventionally, an extruder for extruding an accommodating body accommodated in an accommodating member from the accommodating member by an extruding member is known. For example, Patent Document 1 includes a drug cartridge device (extruder) including a cylinder for accommodating a fluid adhesive agent (accommodating body), a slider arranged in the cylinder, and a pusher for pressing the slider. Is disclosed.

The cylinder has an accommodating portion for accommodating the accommodating body and a divergent portion connected to the outer peripheral surface of the accommodating portion. The accommodating portion has a peripheral wall formed in a cylindrical shape and a bottom wall connected to one end of the peripheral wall. Etc.), a discharge port for discharging is formed. The suehiro part has a shape surrounding the bottom wall. When the tip of the divergent portion comes into contact with the adhered surface, a space is formed between the adhered surface and the bottom wall.

The slider is inserted into the accommodating portion through an opening on the peripheral wall of the accommodating portion opposite to the discharge port. The slider can push the containment body toward the discharge port.

The pusher is connected to the slider and pushes the slider toward the discharge port along the axial direction of the accommodating portion.

When using this extruder, the pusher is pushed into the accommodating portion along the axial direction of the peripheral wall by the user with the tip of the divergent portion in contact with the surface to be adhered. Then, since the slider pushes the accommodating body in the accommodating portion toward the discharge port, the accommodating body is discharged through the ejection port into the space partitioned by the bottom wall of the accommodating portion and the divergent portion. As a result, the accommodation body adheres to the portion of the adhered surface surrounded by the divergent portion.

Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 2016-210451

In an extruder as described in Patent Document 1, when the user attaches the container to the adhered surface by pushing the pusher and then separates the extruder from the adhered surface, the extruder is discharged from the discharge port. A part of the contained body remains on the extruder side in a state of being attached to the outer surface (lower surface) of the bottom wall of the container.

An object of the present invention is to provide an extruder capable of reducing the amount of the accommodating body remaining on the accommodating member side after adhering the accommodating body to the adhered surface.

As a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is an extruder capable of extruding an accommodating body to an adhered surface, and accommodating the accommodating body and capable of discharging the accommodating body. The accommodating member comprises a member, an extruded member for extruding the accommodating body from the accommodating member , and a leg portion connected to the accommodating portion and having an abutting end portion abutting on the adhered surface. The housing has a housing portion for accommodating the housing and a adhesion suppressing portion for suppressing the adhesion of the housing to the outer surface of the housing, and the housing has a peripheral wall formed in a tubular shape and a peripheral wall. It has a bottom wall connected to one end side of the peripheral wall in the direction of the central axis of the peripheral wall and having a discharge port for discharging the accommodation body, and the adhesion suppressing portion is the bottom wall. It has a plurality of wall portions connected to a portion of the outer surface around the discharge port, and the plurality of wall portions are arranged at positions separated from each other in an axis orthogonal direction which is a direction orthogonal to the central axis direction. Providing an extruder. The leg portion allows flow along the adhered surface of the accommodating body between the adhered surface and the plurality of wall portions when the contact end portion abuts on the adhered surface. It is set to the length that forms the space.

Since this extruder has a plurality of wall portions on the outer surface of the bottom wall around the discharge port, which are separated from each other in the direction orthogonal to the axis, the accommodating body discharged from the discharge port by the pushing operation of the extrusion member can be used. It flows in the direction orthogonal to the axis on the adhered surface while contacting the tip of each wall. More specifically, the accommodating body discharged from the discharge port flows so as to spread on the adhered surface while contacting the tip end portion of each wall portion so that a space is formed between the wall portions. In other words, each wall portion regulates the accommodation body discharged from the discharge port from adhering to the outer surface of the bottom wall. Therefore, since the area where the accommodating body discharged from the discharge port comes into contact with the accommodating member is reduced, the amount of the accommodating body remaining on the accommodating member side when the extruder is separated from the adhered surface is reduced. Further, when the contact end portion of the leg portion abuts on the adhered surface, a space for ejecting the accommodation body is stably formed between the discharge port and the adhered surface.

Further, it is preferable that each wall portion has a shape connected in an annular shape around the discharge port.

By doing so, the amount of the accommodating body remaining on the accommodating member side when the extruder is separated from the adhered surface is further reduced.

Further, it is preferable that the dimension of the contact end portion in the direction orthogonal to the axis is set to be equal to or larger than the dimension between the wall portions adjacent to each other in the direction orthogonal to the axis.

By doing so, the length of the contact end portion in the direction orthogonal to the axis is secured, in other words, the contact area between the contact end portion and the adhered surface is secured, so that the contact end portion is secured. Is suppressed from slipping on the surface to be adhered.

Further, it is preferable that the diameter of the discharge port is set to 60% or less of the inner diameter of the peripheral wall.

By doing so, the amount of the accommodating body remaining in the discharge port when the extruder is separated from the adhered surface is reduced.

Further, it is preferable that the diameter of the discharge port is set to 18% or more of the inner diameter of the peripheral wall.

By doing so, it is possible to prevent the force required for the pushing operation of the extrusion member from becoming excessive.

As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an extruder capable of reducing the amount of the accommodating body remaining on the accommodating member side after adhering the accommodating body to the adhered surface.

The extruder 1 of the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 9. The extrusion device 1 is a device for pushing out the container 10 (see FIG. 9) toward the adhered surface S such as the inner surface of the toilet bowl. Specifically, the extruder 1 includes an accommodating member 100 capable of accommodating the accommodating body 10 and discharging the accommodating body 10, an extruding member 200 for extruding the accommodating body 10 from the accommodating member 100, and an accommodating member. A cap 300 that can be detachably attached to the 100 is provided. In the present embodiment, as the accommodating body 10, for example, a sticky body having fluidity and having a viscosity capable of adhering to the inner surface of the toilet bowl is used. The posture of the extruder 1 when used is not limited, but in the following, the vertical direction is defined based on FIG. 2 for convenience.

The accommodating member 100 includes an accommodating portion 110, a leg portion 120, and an adhesion suppressing portion 130.

The accommodating portion 110 is formed in a cylindrical shape and accommodates the accommodating body 10. In the present embodiment, the accommodating portion 110 has a peripheral wall 112 and a bottom wall 114.

The peripheral wall 112 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The peripheral wall 112 locks the extruded member 200 so as to prevent the extruded member 200 from detaching from the peripheral wall 112 when a part of the extruded member 200 (extruded portion 210 described later) is located in the peripheral wall 112. It has a locking portion 113. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 7, the locking portion 113 has a shape of being recessed outward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 in the radial direction of the peripheral wall 112. In the present embodiment, the locking portion 113 is composed of a through hole that penetrates the peripheral wall 112 in the radial direction. However, the locking portion 113 may be a recess that is recessed outward in the radial direction from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. In this embodiment, the inner diameter of the peripheral wall 112 is 26.8 mm.

本実施形態では、吐出口115の径は、10mm(周壁112の内径の約37%)に設定されている。 The bottom wall 114 is connected to one end side (lower side of FIG. 2) of the peripheral wall 112 in the central axial direction (vertical direction of FIG. 2) of the peripheral wall 112. The bottom wall 114 is formed in a disk shape. The bottom wall 114 has a discharge port 115 for discharging the housing body 10. The discharge port 115 is formed in a circular shape. The diameter of the discharge port 115 is preferably set to 18% or more and 60% or less of the inner diameter of the peripheral wall 112. In the present embodiment, the diameter of the discharge port 115 is set to 10 mm (about 37% of the inner diameter of the peripheral wall 112).

The legs 120 are connected to the outer surface (lower surface) of the bottom wall 114. The leg portion 120 has a plurality of gap forming portions 122 (four in this embodiment) arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction which is the direction surrounding the discharge port 115. Each gap forming portion 122 has a shape extending downward from the outer surface of the bottom wall 114, and the tip end portion of the gap forming portion 122 abuts on the adhered surface S. That is, the tip portion of the gap forming portion 122 corresponds to the "contact end portion 123". The plurality of gap forming portions 122 are between the adhered surface S and the bottom wall 114 in a contact state (state shown in FIG. 3) in which each contact end portion 123 is in contact with the adhered surface S. Has a length that forms a space SP that allows flow along the adhered surface S of the accommodating body 10. The length of each gap forming portion 122 is preferably set to 10 mm to 12 mm. In the present embodiment, the length of each gap forming portion 122 is set to 11 mm. Further, in the plurality of gap forming portions 122, the accommodating body 10 discharged from the discharge port 115 in the contact state between the gap forming portions 122 adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction is on the adhered surface S in the central axis direction. A gap having a shape that allows the flow to spread outward from the gap forming portion 122 is formed along the axis orthogonal direction, which is a direction orthogonal to the above.

As shown in FIG. 4, the dimension d1 of each contact end portion 123 in the axis orthogonal direction is from the dimension d2 of the contact end portion 123 in the direction orthogonal to both the central axis direction and the axis orthogonal direction. Is also set large. In the present embodiment, the dimension d1 is 3.7 mm, and the dimension d2 is 1.6 mm. The contact end portion 123 may be divided into two or more portions that are separated from each other in the direction orthogonal to the axis. In this case, the dimension d1 means the dimension from the portion closest to the discharge port 115 to the portion farthest from the discharge port 115 among the two or more portions.

The adhesion suppressing portion 130 suppresses the attachment of the housing 10 to the outer surface of the bottom wall 114. As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the adhesion suppressing portion 130 has a plurality of wall portions 131 to 135 connected to a portion of the outer surface of the bottom wall 114 around the discharge port 115. In the present embodiment, the plurality of wall portions 131 to 135 include a first wall portion 131, a second wall portion 132, a third wall portion 133, a fourth wall portion 134, and a fifth wall portion 135. Have. Each wall portion 131 to 135 has a shape extending downward from the outer surface of the bottom wall 114. In the present embodiment, each wall portion 131 to 135 has a shape connected in an annular shape around the discharge port 115. The first wall portion 131 is arranged at a position where the inner peripheral surface of the first wall portion 131 is connected to a portion of the bottom wall 114 that surrounds the discharge port 115. The wall portions 131 to 135 are arranged at positions separated from each other in the direction orthogonal to the axis (diametrical direction of the bottom wall 114). For example, the dimension between each wall portion is set to about 2 mm.

As shown in FIG. 3, the dimension of the second wall portion 132 in the same direction is larger than the dimension of the first wall portion 131 in the central axis direction. Similarly, the dimension of the third wall portion 133 in the same direction is larger than the dimension of the second wall portion 132 in the central axis direction. The dimensions of the fourth wall portion 134 and the dimensions of the fifth wall portion 135 in the central axis direction are the same as the dimensions of the third wall portion 133 in the same direction. In the present embodiment, the dimension of the first wall portion 131 is set to 1 mm, the dimension of the second wall portion 132 is set to 3 mm, and the dimensions of the third wall portion 133 to the fifth wall portion 135 are set. The dimensions are set to 5 mm.

As shown in FIG. 4, each gap forming portion 122 is arranged at a position straddling the third wall portion 133 and the fourth wall portion 134. In other words, each gap forming portion 122 connects the third wall portion 133 and the fourth wall portion 134. Further, the dimension d1 of each contact end portion 123 is set to be equal to or larger than the dimension between the wall portions (third wall portion 133 and the fourth wall portion 134 in the present embodiment) adjacent to each other in the direction orthogonal to the axis. ..

The extrusion member 200 has an extrusion unit 210 and an operation unit 230.

The extruded portion 210 keeps the inside of the accommodating portion 110 in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 so that the accommodating body 10 accommodated in the accommodating portion 110 is extruded toward the discharge port 115 in the central axial direction. It is possible to displace along. The extruded portion 210 can be inserted into the peripheral wall 112 from the other end portion (upper end portion in FIG. 2) of the peripheral wall 112 in the direction of the central axis of the peripheral wall 112. Specifically, the extruded portion 210 has an outer cylinder portion 212, a pressing wall 214, and an inner cylinder portion 216.

The outer cylinder portion 212 is formed in a cylindrical shape (hollow shape) and has an outer peripheral surface having a shape along the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. As shown in FIG. 7, an annular protrusion 213 is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder portion 212. The annular protrusion 213 is in close contact with the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 when the extruded portion 210 is inserted into the peripheral wall 112.

The pressing wall 214 has a shape that closes the opening of the outer cylinder portion 212. The pressing wall 214 is connected to the lower end of the outer cylinder portion 212.

The inner cylinder portion 216 is formed in a cylindrical shape having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the outer cylinder portion 212. The diameter of the inner cylinder portion 216 is set to be larger than the diameter of the discharge port 115. The inner cylinder portion 216 is connected to the upper surface of the pressing wall 214. The inner cylinder portion 216 has a holding portion 217 that holds the operating portion 230.

The operation unit 230 is connected to the extrusion unit 210 and is a portion for the operator to operate so that the extrusion unit 210 is displaced toward the discharge port 115. As shown in FIG. 5, the operation unit 230 includes a grip portion 232, a finger receiving portion 236, an extension portion 238, a connected portion 240, a proximity portion 246, a locked portion 248, and a convex portion 250. , Have.

The picking portion 232 is a portion for the user to pick with a finger. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the picking portion 232 has a picking body 233 and a non-slip portion 234. The picking body 233 is formed in a flat plate shape. The non-slip portion 234 has a shape that rises from the surface of the picking body 233 and extends linearly along the surface of the picking body 233.

The finger receiving portion 236 is connected to the picking portion 232 and is a portion for receiving the finger of the user. The finger receiving portion 236 has a shape that projects from the surface of the picking main body 233 in a direction orthogonal to the central axis direction (direction orthogonal to the picking main body 233). Specifically, the finger receiving portion 236 has a shape curved so as to be convex (downward in FIG. 6) toward the extruded portion 210 in the central axis direction. As shown in FIG. 6, the end portion of the finger receiving portion 236 on the side where the extruded portion 210 is located (the lower end portion in FIG. 6) in the central axial direction is the end portion on the opposite side to the end portion (FIG. 6). The upper end of the finger receiving portion 236 from the end (upper end of FIG. 6) on the side opposite to the side where the extrusion portion 210 is located in the central axis direction of the picking main body 233, rather than the dimension h1 to the upper end portion of The dimension h2 up to is larger. In the present embodiment, the dimension h1 is 5.2 mm, and the dimension h2 is 12.2 mm.

The extension portion 238 has a shape extending downward from the knob portion 232 along the central axis direction. The dimension of the extension portion 238 in the central axis direction is set so that the grip portion 232 is exposed from the accommodating portion 110 in a state where the pressing wall 214 is in contact with the bottom wall 114.

The connected portion 240 is a portion connected to the inner cylinder portion 216. As shown in FIGS. 5, 7 and 8, the connected portion 240 has a held portion 242 and a facing portion 244. The held portion 242 is a portion held by the holding portion 217 of the inner cylinder portion 216. The held portion 242 is formed in a disk shape. The holding portion 217 sandwiches the held portion 242 from both sides in the central axial direction. The shape of the holding portion 217 and the outside of the annular protrusion 213 so that the holding force of the held portion 242 by the holding portion 217 is larger than the frictional force generated between the extruded portion 210 and the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. The amount of protrusion from the outer peripheral surface of the tubular portion 212 is set. Therefore, when an external force in a direction in which the operation unit 230 is separated from the extrusion unit 210 along the central axis direction acts on the operation unit 230, the operation unit 230 is suppressed from being separated from the extrusion unit 210. The facing portion 244 is provided at a position separated from the held portion 242 in the central axial direction. In the present embodiment, the facing portion 244 is provided above the held portion 242. The facing portion 244 is formed in a disk shape. The outer end portion of the facing portion 244 in the radial direction of the facing portion 244 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 216, or a predetermined gap (for example, about 0.1 mm) is provided between the inner peripheral surface and the inner peripheral surface. Facing each other. That is, the operation unit is located at a position where the portion of the inner cylinder portion 216 that abuts on the outer end portion of the facing portion 244 or faces the outer end portion with a predetermined gap is separated from the holding portion 217 in the central axial direction. Corresponds to the "receiver 218" that receives 230.

The proximity portion 246 continues to abut (sliding) with the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 while the extrusion portion 210 is displaced toward the discharge port 115, or keeps a predetermined distance (for example, about 0.1 mm) from the inner peripheral surface. It is a part that keeps facing each other. The proximity portion 246 has a shape that projects from the extension portion 238 in the direction orthogonal to the axis (the same direction as the direction in which the finger receiving portion 236 protrudes from the picking body 233). As shown in FIGS. 5 and 8, in the present embodiment, the proximity portion 246 has a first overhanging portion 246a projecting from the extension portion 238 to one side and a second projecting portion 246a extending to the other side in the direction orthogonal to the axis. It has an overhanging portion 246b. The outer end portions of the overhanging portions 246a and 246b in the direction orthogonal to the axis are formed in a shape along the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. Each of the overhanging portions 246a and 246b is formed in a flat plate shape.

The locked portion 248 is a portion that engages with the locking portion 113 of the peripheral wall 112. The locked portion 248 has a shape protruding from the extension portion 238 in the direction orthogonal to the axis. In the present embodiment, the locked portion 248 includes a first arm portion 248a projecting unilaterally from the extension portion 238 in a direction orthogonal to the direction connecting the first overhanging portion 246a and the second overhanging portion 246b. It has a second arm portion 248b protruding to the other side. As shown in FIG. 7, each arm portion 248a, 248b is outside the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 in the axial orthogonal direction (the radial direction) when no external force is applied to the arm portions 248a, 248b. It has a shape that overhangs. Note that FIG. 7 shows a state in which the locked portion 248 is engaged with the locking portion 113. Further, the arm portions 248a and 248b are elastically deformed inward in the axial orthogonal direction when an inward external force is applied to the arm portions 248a and 248b in the axial orthogonal direction. In the present embodiment, the arm portions 248a and 248b gradually move upward (direction approaching the knob portion 232 in the central axis direction) and downward (the central axis direction) toward the outside in the direction orthogonal to the axis. It has a shape that curves so as to be convex toward the side on which the connected portion 240 is located.

The convex portion 250 is provided on the upper surface of each arm portion 248a, 248b of the locked portion 248. The convex portion 250 has a peripheral wall 112 when the locked portion 248 is elastically deformed by an external force acting on the extruded member 200 in the direction in which the extruded member 200 is separated from the accommodating portion 110 (upward in FIG. 2). It abuts on the inner peripheral surface.

The cap 300 is detachably attached to the accommodating member 100 and has a shape that covers the discharge port 115. As shown in FIG. 2, the cap 300 has a shape that covers the plurality of gap forming portions 122, and can be detachably engaged with the outer surface of the fifth wall portion 135.

Next, a method of assembling the extruder 1 described above will be described.

First, the operation unit 230 is attached to the extrusion unit 210. Specifically, the connected portion 240 of the operation portion 230 is inserted (press-fitted) into the inner cylinder portion 216 of the extrusion portion 210. As a result, the held portion 242 is held by the holding portion 217, and the facing portion 244 abuts or faces the receiving portion 218 with a gap. The extrusion member 200 is assembled in this way.

Then, the extruded member 200 is inserted into the accommodating portion 110. Specifically, the extruded portion 210 is inserted (press-fitted) into the peripheral wall 112 through the opening on the upper side of the peripheral wall 112. In the present embodiment, since the locking portion 113 has a shape of being recessed outward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 in the direction orthogonal to the axis, the locking portion 113 is locked when the extruded portion 210 is inserted into the accommodating portion 110. It is avoided that the portion 113 damages the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder portion 212 of the extrusion portion 210. Then, the locked portion 248 elastically deforms in the same direction by receiving an inward external force in the radial direction from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 until it reaches the locking portion 113, and becomes the locking portion 113. When it reaches the limit, it elastically returns to engage with the locking portion 113. This completes the assembly of the pressing member 200 to the accommodating member 100. In the present embodiment, in the state where the pressing member 200 is assembled to the accommodating member 100, the locked portion 248 is engaged with the locking portion 113, which is caused by vibration during transportation of the extruder 1. As a result, the extrusion member 200 is prevented from being separated from the accommodating member 100.

Further, in a state where the locked portion 248 is engaged with the locking portion 113 (a state in which the pressing member 200 is assembled to the accommodating member 100), the extruded member 200 is attached to the extruded member 200 from the accommodating portion 110. Even if the locked portion 248 is elastically deformed so as to increase its radius of curvature due to the action of an external force in the direction of disengagement (upward in FIG. 2), the convex portion 250 abuts on the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. Further elastic deformation of the locked portion 248 is suppressed. Therefore, the extruded member 200 is suppressed from being detached from the accommodating portion 110.

Subsequently, a method of using the extruder 1 assembled as described above will be described.

First, the user of the extruder 1 removes the cap 300 and brings the contact end portion 123 of each gap forming portion 122 into contact with the adhered surface S to which the accommodating body 10 is to be adhered. In the present embodiment, the dimension d1 of each contact end portion 123 in the direction orthogonal to the axis is set to be equal to or larger than the dimension between the third wall portion 133 and the fourth wall portion 134 adjacent to each other in the orthogonal direction to the axis. .. In this way, since the length of the contact end portion 123 in the direction orthogonal to the axis is secured, in other words, the contact area between the contact end portion 123 and the adhered surface S is secured. The contact end portion 123 is prevented from slipping with respect to the adhered surface S.

Then, the user pushes the operation unit 230 along the central axis direction in a state where each contact end portion 123 is in contact with the adhered surface S. Then, the entire extruded member 200 is displaced toward the discharge port 115 along the central axis direction in a state where the locked portion 248 is elastically deformed. At this time, even if an external force that tilts the central axis of the extruded member 200 with respect to the central axis direction acts on the extruded member 200, the extruded member 200 has the extruded portion 210 with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112. And the proximity portion 246, that is, the extruded member 200 abuts at two locations separated from each other in the central axial direction, so that the extruded member 200 is pushed toward the discharge port 115 along the central axial direction. The extrusion member 200 is prevented from rattling with respect to the accommodating portion 110 so that the central axial direction is inclined with respect to the central axial direction of the peripheral wall 112. Further, since the operation unit 230 abuts on the extrusion unit 210 at the held portion 242 and the facing portion 244, that is, at two locations separated from each other in the central axis direction, the central axis direction of the operation unit 230 is the extrusion unit. It is also possible to prevent the operation unit 230 from rattling with respect to the extrusion unit 210 so as to be inclined with respect to the central axis direction of the 210.

Further, since the finger holding the grip portion 232 is received by the finger receiving portion 236 during the pushing operation of the extrusion member 200, the pushing failure of the extrusion member 200 is suppressed.

Then, when the user pushes the extruded member 200 as it is, the accommodating body 10 is discharged to the adhered surface S. At this time, as shown in FIG. 9, the accommodating body 10 discharged from the discharge port 115 has a tip portion (lower end portion) of each wall portion 131 to 135 so that a space is formed between the wall portions 131 to 135. ), It flows so as to spread on the adhered surface S. In other words, each wall portion 131 to 135 regulates that the accommodating body 10 discharged from the discharge port 115 adheres to the outer surface (lower surface) of the bottom wall 114. Therefore, since the area where the accommodating body 10 discharged from the discharge port 115 comes into contact with the accommodating member 100 is reduced, the accommodating body 10 remaining on the accommodating member 100 side when the extruder 1 is separated from the adhered surface S. The amount of is reduced.

Further, the accommodating body 10 discharged from the discharge port 115 radiates outward from the gap forming portion 122 through the gap formed between the gap forming portions 122 along the axis orthogonal direction on the adhered surface S. It flows to spread. That is, since the region to which the accommodating body 10 adheres is formed outside the gap forming portion 122 of the adhered surface S in the direction orthogonal to the axis, it is possible to avoid increasing the size of the extruder 1 in the direction orthogonal to the axis. However, it is possible to increase the outer shape of the housing 10 attached to the adhered surface S and the contact area between the housing 10 and the adhered surface S.

It should be noted that the above-described embodiment disclosed this time is exemplary in all respects and is not considered to be restrictive. The scope of the present invention is shown by the scope of claims rather than the description of the embodiment described above, and further includes all modifications within the meaning and scope equivalent to the scope of claims.

For example, the peripheral wall 112 and the outer cylinder portion are not limited to a cylindrical shape. The peripheral wall 112 and the outer cylinder portion 212 may be formed in a polygonal cylinder shape.

Further, the locked portion 248 may be provided on the extruded portion 210 (the upper end portion of the outer cylinder portion 212 or the like). In that case, the operation unit 230 may be omitted, and the extrusion member 200 may be composed of only the extrusion unit 210. In this case, the extruded portion 210 is pressed by a thumb or the like.

Further, the locking portion 113 includes a first notch groove extending along the central axis direction from the upper end portion of the peripheral wall 112 and a second notch groove extending along the circumferential direction from the lower end portion of the first notch groove. And, the locked portion 248 may have a shape that can move in each notch groove. In this case, the extruded member 200 is pushed into the peripheral wall 112 along the central axial direction so that the locked portion 248 moves in the first notch groove, and then the locked portion 248 is notched in the second notch. By rotating the extrusion member 200 so as to move in the groove, the locked portion 248 engages with the locking portion 113 (the assembly of the pressing member 200 to the accommodating member 100 is completed). Even in this way, it is possible to prevent the extruded member 200 from being separated from the accommodating member 100. Further, in this case, when the user uses the extruder 1, the operating portion 230 is housed in the accommodating portion 110 with the locked portion 248 engaged with the locking portion 113, as in the above embodiment. Push into. As a result, the extruded member 200 is pushed into the accommodating portion 110 while the locked portion 248 is deformed.

Further, each wall portion 131 to 135 may have a polygonal tubular shape instead of a cylindrical shape. Further, each wall portion 131 to 135 may be interrupted at a part in the circumferential direction without being connected to an annular shape.

Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the operation unit 230 and the extrusion unit 210 may be integrally formed.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, the extruded portion 210 may have an elastically deformable portion 211 elastically deformable in the radial direction instead of the annular projection 213. The elastically deformed portion 211 has a shape that projects outward from the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 in the radial direction when no external force is applied to the elastically deformed portion 211, and the elastically deformed portion 211 has the radial direction. When an inward external force is applied to the material, it elastically deforms inward in the radial direction. Therefore, by inserting the extruded portion 210 into the peripheral wall 112, the opening on the upper side of the peripheral wall 112 is sealed.

Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the accommodating portion 110 may further have an upright wall 116. The upright wall 116 has a shape that stands up from a portion of the inner surface (upper surface) of the bottom wall 114 around the discharge port 115 and is connected in an annular shape around the discharge port 115. Specifically, the inner peripheral surface of the upright wall 116, the portion of the bottom wall 114 that surrounds the discharge port 115, and the inner peripheral surface of the first wall portion 131 are continuously and smoothly connected. In this aspect, even if water is separated from the housing 10, the water separation is accumulated in the space on the bottom wall 114 which is divided by the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 and the outer peripheral surface of the upright wall 116. That is, in this aspect, the water separation receiving portion that receives water separation by the upper surface of the bottom wall 114, the outer peripheral surface of the upright wall 116, and the portion of the inner peripheral surface of the peripheral wall 112 that faces the upright wall 116 in the radial direction. Is formed. Therefore, even if water is separated from the accommodating body 10 during storage of the extruder 1, the water separation is suppressed from leaking from the discharge port 115.

Further, when the accommodating portion 110 has the water separation receiving portion, the pressing wall 214 of the extrusion portion 210 pushes the accommodating body 10 existing in the water separation receiving portion (outside of the standing wall 116) toward the discharge port 115. It has an outer pressing portion 220, an inner pressing portion 222 for pushing out the accommodating body 10 existing in the upright wall 116 from the discharge port 115, and a connecting portion 224 for connecting the outer pressing portion 220 and the inner pressing portion 222. Is preferable.

The outer pressing portion 220 has a shape connected in an annular shape on the outside of the upright wall 116 in the radial direction. The outer pressing portion 220 is connected to the lower end portion of the outer cylinder portion 212. Both the lower end surface of the outer pressing portion 220 and the upper surface of the bottom wall 114 are formed flat.

The inner pressing portion 222 is located below the upper end portion of the upright wall 116 in a state where the outer pressing portion 220 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 114 (the state shown in FIG. 13). Therefore, the inner pressing portion 222 pushes out the housing 10 existing inside the standing wall 116 toward the discharge port 115 when the outer pressing portion 220 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 114. The lower end surface of the inner pressing portion 222 is formed flat. The lower end surface of the inner pressing portion 222 is arranged above the lower end surface of the outer pressing portion 220. However, the lower end surface of the inner pressing portion 222 may be arranged below the lower end surface of the outer pressing portion 220.

The connecting portion 224 has a shape that connects the outer pressing portion 220 and the inner pressing portion 222 while avoiding interference with the upright wall 116 in a state where the outer pressing portion 220 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 114. Specifically, the connecting portion 224 is a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the inner cylinder portion 216 above the portion overlapping the upright wall 116 in the radial direction in a state where the outer pressing portion 220 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall 114. It has a shape that projects inward in the radial direction from the above and is connected to the outer end portion of the inner pressing portion 222.

In this embodiment, the extrusion member 200 is pushed until the outer pressing portion 220 abuts on the upper surface of the bottom wall 114, so that the inside of the housing 10 and the upright wall 116 existing on the outside of the upright wall 116 (inside the water separation receiving portion). The accommodating body 10 existing in the above is discharged from the discharge port 115. Therefore, both suppressing the leakage of water from the discharge port 115 and reducing the amount of the accommodating body 10 remaining in the accommodating portion 110 are achieved.

Further, the operation unit 230 may be omitted, and the extrusion member 200 may be composed of only the extrusion unit 210. In this case, the extruded portion 210 is pressed by a thumb or the like.
