Description
The present invention relates to a linerless label using a sheet base material having a longitudinal direction, and more particularly to a linerless label capable of detecting unauthorized peeling after sticking.
Conventionally, labels attached to luggage, products, and the like have been used for various purposes. Such labels include, for example, tag labels attached to air baggage. Tag labels attached to aviation baggage generally consist of strips with longitudinal orientation and are attached to the baggage by wrapping around the baggage handle and affixing both ends in the longitudinal direction to each other. Therefore, the release paper is detachably attached to the attachment surface, and when the release paper is attached to the baggage, both ends in the longitudinal direction are attached to each other using the release layer exposed by the release paper. It will be.
As described above, a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is laminated on one surface of the sheet base material as a tag label attached to baggage by attaching both ends in the longitudinal direction to each other, and this pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is used. It is considered that both ends in the longitudinal direction are attached to each other, and is disclosed in
Further, in recent years, it has been considered that an IC chip capable of writing and reading information in a non-contact state is mounted on a tag label as described above and the RFID technology is used, and Patent Documents 2 to 4 are used. It is disclosed in. RFID technology holds information readable like a barcode, but has the advantages of being more resistant to stains and more difficult to duplicate than a barcode. In addition, the amount of information that can be recorded is larger than that of barcodes, and the recorded information can be changed. Further, it is possible to read a plurality of RFID tags at once, and the reading range is wide. Therefore, a mechanism has been constructed that makes the best use of the characteristics of RFID technology in the fields of logistics and sales where barcodes are currently used. Therefore, by adopting such RFID technology for the above-mentioned tag label, it is possible to easily and enhance the handling of air baggage and the like.
Here, in the wireless identification device using the RFID technology as described above, the response / non-response operation of the wireless identification device can be changed by cutting out a part thereof according to the usage scene, or the inside of the wireless identification device. A technique for changing the setting information to avoid unauthorized use of the wireless identification device is also considered, and is disclosed in Patent Document 5.
The above-mentioned tag label has a problem that, for example, when it is used as a label attached to air baggage, it cannot be detected even if it is illegally peeled off, removed from air baggage, and attached to other air baggage. There is a point. In particular, if an adhesive that can be peeled off and reattached after peeling is used to eliminate the need for release paper, it can be illegally peeled off, removed from air baggage, and easily attached to other air baggage. I can wear it. Further, as disclosed in Patent Document 5, a configuration is conceivable to avoid unauthorized use by cutting out a part thereof according to the usage scene, but in that case, when the tag label is illegally peeled off. In addition, it is impossible for the administrator to voluntarily separate a part of the tag label, and it is also unthinkable that a person who illegally peels off the tag label voluntarily separates a part of the tag label. Even if RFID technology is applied to tag labels, it is difficult to solve such problems.
The present invention has been made in view of the problems of the prior art as described above, and is a linerless label capable of detecting illegal peeling after sticking on a linerless label that does not require a release paper. The purpose is to provide a label.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention
A strip-shaped sheet base material having a longitudinal direction and a strip-shaped sheet base material that can be peeled off after sticking and reattached after peeling are possible, and on one surface of the sheet base material, within a predetermined range from both ends in the longitudinal direction. It has a sticking portion provided, and is wound around an article so that one side of the sheet base material is on the inside, and the one side of the sheet base material at both ends in the longitudinal direction is connected to each other. A linerless label attached by the attachment portion, wherein the label is attached.
At least one first unit having a convex shape with an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side and having the protruding side facing the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material and overlapping the sticking portion on the sheet base material. Notch and
A wiring formed on the sheet base material on an extension line in the longitudinal direction of the opening side end portion of the first notch in a direction intersecting the longitudinal direction .
A disconnection detecting means for detecting a disconnection of the wiring and outputting the detection result ,
It has a convex shape with an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side, and the opening side faces the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material in the region where the attachment portion of the sheet base material is provided, and the end on the opening side. It has at least one second notch formed so that the wiring is present on an extension of the portion in the longitudinal direction .
In the present invention configured as described above, after the sheet base material is folded in half in the longitudinal direction and the two regions are detachably attached to each other using the attachment portion, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet substrate is attached. When the two regions are peeled off from the side, the first notch having a convex shape with the side opposite to the protruding side open overlaps with the sticking portion with the protruding side facing the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material. Since it is formed on the sheet base material, the two regions attached to each other are peeled off by the attachment portion, but only the region surrounded by the first notch in the region provided with the attachment portion is The two regions are still attached by the attachment portion, whereby the region surrounded by the first notch of the sheet base material is broken from the other regions. When the region surrounded by the first notch of the sheet substrate breaks from the other region, the longitudinal direction is on the extension line in the longitudinal direction of the opening side end portion of the first notch on the sheet substrate. Since the wiring extending in the direction intersecting with is formed, this wiring is broken. Therefore, by detecting the disconnection of the wiring by the disconnection detecting means and outputting the detection result, the illegal peeling after the linerless label is attached is detected.
Further, it has a convex shape with an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side, and the opening side faces the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material in the region where the sheet base material is attached, and the end portion on the opening side. By forming at least one second notch so that the wiring is on the extension in the longitudinal direction , the sheet substrate is folded in half in the longitudinal direction and the two regions are separated from each other by using the adhesive portion. Even if the two regions are peeled off from the longitudinal end side of the sheet substrate after being attached as possible, the region surrounded by the second notch of the sheet substrate breaks from the other region. The wiring will be broken, and by detecting the disconnection of the wiring by the disconnection detecting means and outputting the detection result, the illegal peeling after the linerless label is attached will be detected.
Further, by having a communication antenna connected to the disconnection detecting means and configuring the disconnection detecting means to wirelessly transmit the detection result via the communication antenna, the linerless label is illegally peeled off after being attached. This can be wirelessly transmitted to an external device.
According to the present invention, after folding the sheet base material in half in the longitudinal direction and attaching the two regions to each other so that they can be peeled off from each other using the attachment portion, the two regions from the central portion side in the longitudinal direction of the sheet substrate are formed. As the peeling progresses, the region surrounded by the first notch of the sheet base material breaks from the other regions, which causes the wiring formed in the sheet base material to break, so that the disconnection is detected. By detecting the disconnection of the wiring by the means and outputting the detection result, it is possible to detect the illegal peeling after sticking on the linerless label that does not require the release paper.
Further, it has a convex shape with an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side, and the opening side faces the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the sheet base material in the region where the sheet base material is attached, and the end portion on the opening side. By forming at least one second notch so that the wiring is on the extension in the longitudinal direction, the sheet substrate is folded in half in the longitudinal direction and the two regions are separated from each other using the adhesive portion. Even if the two regions are peeled off from the longitudinal end side of the sheet substrate after being attached as possible, the region surrounded by the second notch of the sheet substrate breaks from the other region. Wiring will be broken, and by detecting the disconnection of the wiring with the disconnection detecting means and outputting the detection result, it is possible to detect the illegal peeling after sticking on the linerless label that does not require the release paper. Can be done.
Further, in the case where the wire disconnection detecting means has a communication antenna connected to the wire disconnection detecting means and the detection result is wirelessly transmitted via the communication antenna, the linerless label is illegally peeled off after being attached. Can be transmitted wirelessly to an external device.

In the

Further, in the
When the current is detected in the
When the response signal transmitted from the
When the request signal transmitted from the reader is received via the
The ID and flag information wirelessly transmitted from the
As described above, in this embodiment, after the
The effect of providing the
FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the effect of providing the
In the
From this state, when the regions provided with the attachment portions 30a and 30b are peeled off from the longitudinal end side of the
In this way, in the region where the sticking portion 30a of the
(Other embodiments)
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing another embodiment of the notch provided in the
The
For example, as shown in FIG. 8A, it may be a U-shape having an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side, or as shown in FIG. 8B, the side opposite to the protruding side is open. It may be V-shaped. Further, as shown in FIG. 8 (c), it may be composed of wavy lines such that a U-shape having an opening on the side opposite to the protruding side and a gourd-shape are combined. It is also conceivable that the structure having a fine tie in a part of the printer makes it difficult for the notch to roll up during printing in the printer.
In the above-described embodiment, the
Further, as described above, the ID stored in the
