Claims (2)
- 切削工具を装着、回転させることで被加工物を切削加工する主軸と、前記主軸に装着された前記切削工具を交換する自動工具交換装置と、前記主軸または前記主軸のハウジングに取り付けられた振動検出装置と、を備えた工作機械の制御を行う数値制御装置において、
前記振動検出装置からの振動情報を取得する取得手段と、
前記自動工具交換装置における自動工具交換動作中の振動情報に、規定のレベルを超える振動情報がなかった場合に、前記振動検出装置に異常が発生したと判定する判定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする数値制御装置。 - 診断のON及びOFFを行うスイッチ手段を備え、
前記スイッチ手段がONされている場合に、前記判定手段は、前記振動検出装置に異常が発生したと判定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の数値制御装置。
