Claims (5)
- 軸線周りに環状の補強環と、
前記補強環が埋め込まれた弾性体から形成されている軸線周りに環状の基部と、
前記基部の内周側において前記基部と一体に形成されている軸線周りに環状のシールリップ部とを備え、
前記シールリップ部は、軸線方向の一方側に向かうにつれて内周側に延びる一方側シールリップ部と、軸線方向の他方側に向かうにつれて内周側に延びる他方側シールリップ部とを有しており、
前記基部の径方向における幅及び前記シールリップ部の径方向における幅を合わせた幅は、前記基部の前記軸線方向における厚さよりも大きくなっており、
前記一方側シールリップ部における前記一方側の面は、前記一方側に向かうにつれて内周側に延びる傾斜部分と、該傾斜部分から内周側に向かって径方向に沿って延びる部分と、を有し、前記傾斜部分と前記径方向に沿って延びる部分とが連続し、
前記他方側シールリップ部における前記他方側の面は、前記他方側に向かうにつれて内周側に延びる傾斜部分と、径方向に沿って延びる部分と、を有し、
前記シールリップ部において前記一方側シールリップ部と前記他方側シールリップ部との間に位置する内周面が、前記一方側シールリップ部の前記傾斜部分及び前記他方側シールリップ部の前記傾斜部分よりも径方向において前記軸線の近くに位置すると共に、前記一方側シールリップ部における前記傾斜部分と前記延びる部分との境及び前記他方側シールリップ部における前記傾斜部分と前記延びる部分との境よりも径方向において前記軸線の近くに位置し、前記一方側シールリップ部及び前記他方側シールリップ部は、前記軸線方向における圧縮力を受けることにより、変形して内周側に倒れこむように形成されていることを特徴とするガスケット。 - 前記補強環の径方向における幅は、前記シールリップ部の径方向における幅と同じ幅となっていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスケット。
- 前記補強環は、前記基部の軸線方向における略中央部分に埋没されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のガスケット。
- 前記基部には、軸線方向における略中央部分に前記補強環を配置するための補強環押さえ孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3記載のガスケット。
- 前記基部は、軸線方向における略中央部分に前記基部の外周部から外周側に突出する外周リップ部を少なくとも一つ有していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載のガスケット。
