Description
Claims (19)
- 長手軸方向にそって、収束する入口円錐部と発散する出口円錐部との結合部を画定するスロートを有するベンチュリ管を画定する本体を備え、
前記収束する入口円錐部と前記発散する出口円錐部は、それぞれ、双曲関数もしくは放物線関数としてスロートに向かって推移する内部流路を画定する制限器であって、
前記双曲関数もしくは前記放物線関数の導関数は、前記スロートにおいてちょうどゼロであり、前記スロートにおける流線は互いに平行であることから、前記制限器全体に亘って、縮流部を存在させることなく、ほぼ一定の流量を確実にし、
前記スロートは、前記入口円錐部の終端と、前記出口円錐部の始端との結合部を画定しており、従って、前記スロートは長さを有しておらず、
前記本体は、吸気ポートに開口していない
制限器。 - 請求項1に記載の制限器であって、
前記収束する入口円錐部の長さと、前記発散する出口円錐部の長さとは、1:5から1:8の範囲の比を有する
制限器。 - 請求項2に記載の制限器であって、
前記比は1:6から1:8の範囲である
制限器。 - 請求項1に記載の制限器であって、
前記収束する入口円錐部の長さと、前記発散する出口円錐部の長さとは、1:3から1:5の範囲の比を有する
制限器。 - 請求項1に記載の制限器であって、
前記入口円錐部は、流体を前記入口円錐部の内部に導く曲面状面取りから始まる
制限器。 - 請求項5に記載の制限器であって、
前記出口円錐部は、流体を前記出口円錐部の外部に導く曲面状面取りで終了する
制限器。 - 請求項1に記載の制限器であって、
前記入口円錐部は、長手軸方向の横断面から視て、非円形の形状を有する
制限器。 - 請求項7に記載の制限器であって、
前記非円形の形状は略矩形の形状である
制限器。 - 請求項7に記載の制限器であって、
前記出口円錐部は、長手軸方向の横断面から視て、非円形の形状を有する
制限器。 - 請求項1に記載の制限器と、
前記制限器の前記入口円錐部と流体連通する第一の要素と、
前記制限器の前記出口円錐部と流体連通する第二の要素と、
を備え、
運転中、前記第一の要素と前記第二の要素との間に圧力損失が生じる
システム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、
前記第一の要素はクランクケースであり、前記入口円錐部と流体連通する流体はブローバイガスである
システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記第二の要素は、エンジンの吸気マニホールドである
システム。 - 請求項12に記載のシステムであって、
前記エンジンは、自然吸気エンジンもしくは昇圧エンジンである
システム。 - 請求項11に記載のシステムであって、
前記第二の要素は、ターボチャージャの圧縮機である
システム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、
前記入口円錐部の前記内部流路と前記出口円錐部の前記内部流路の双方は、前記スロートに向かって双曲関数として推移し、
前記収束する入口円錐部の長さと、前記発散する出口円錐部の長さとは、1:5から1:8の範囲の比を有する
システム。 - 請求項15に記載のシステムであって、
前記比は1:6から1:8の範囲である
システム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、
前記入口円錐部の前記内部流路と前記出口円錐部の前記内部流路の双方は、前記スロートに向かって放物線関数として推移し、
前記収束する入口円錐部の長さと、前記発散する出口円錐部の長さとは、1:3から1:5の範囲の比を有する
システム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、
前記入口円錐部は、流体を前記入口円錐部の内部に導く曲面状面取りから始まる
システム。 - 請求項10に記載のシステムであって、
前記出口円錐部は、流体を前記出口円錐部の外部に導く曲面状面取りで終了する
