Description
The present invention relates to a method for winding a steel sheet that can surely prevent loosening during winding, and a method for manufacturing a steel sheet that is performed by using the method for winding the steel sheet.
In the process of manufacturing a steel sheet, a steel sheet that is continuously passed is wound into a coil. Specifically, by arranging a tension reel on the central shaft portion of the coil and rotating the tension reel, a steel plate is wound around the outer circumference of the tension reel in a coil shape.
A snubber roll is used for the purpose of smoothly winding the coil with a tension reel. The snubber roll presses the outer peripheral surface of the coiled steel sheet at the time of winding, and prevents winding defects such as loose winding of the steel sheet from occurring.
The coil that has been wound is conveyed by the coil car. In the coil car, the lower part of the coil after winding is fixed by a coil skid or the like, and the coil is conveyed in a state where the coil is placed on the coil skid.
It is known that the above-mentioned winding defects such as loose winding are likely to occur particularly when winding the tail end of a steel sheet.
By simply pressing the pressing ring disclosed in
In particular, after the tail end of the steel sheet has passed through the squeeze ring, springback occurs in the process of recovering the elastic deformation of the steel sheet previously restrained by the squeeze ring. The springback causes vibration of the steel sheet in the vicinity of the tail end portion, and the vibration causes winding loosening. Springback means that strain and stress occur in a steel sheet that has been bent and deformed in a restrained state during winding, but when the steel sheet is no longer in a restrained state and external force is removed after winding, the steel sheet that has undergone bending deformation. It means that the shape of the steel sheet changes due to the recovery of elastic deformation when it tries to return to the original state.
Specifically, when winding the steel sheet, the touch roll on the coil car that supports the lower surface of the coil and the snubber roll that supports the coil both rotate in synchronization with the coil. When the steel sheet vibrates due to the springback as described above, even when the winding by the tension reel is stopped, the vibration causes the steel sheet to be wound into the coil, and the winding causes the winding to loosen. Conventionally, since both the touch roll and the snubber roll that support the coil rotate in synchronization with the coil, it is not possible to prevent the above-mentioned winding into the coil. If the coil is loosened, it may be necessary to rewind the loosened portion and rewind the coil, which reduces the productivity of the coil.
The present invention has been completed in view of the above problems, and can reliably prevent the coil from loosening even when the tail end of the steel sheet, which is prone to loosening, is wound. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for winding a steel sheet that can be formed and a method for manufacturing a steel sheet using the method for winding the steel sheet.
The means for solving the problems of the present invention are as follows.
[1] A method for winding a steel sheet, which is performed by using a tension reel for winding the steel sheet in a coil shape, a snubber roll for supporting the coil at the time of winding, and a coil car for transporting the coil after winding. When winding with a tension reel, the coil car is rotated and the snubber roll is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the coil, and the distance between the tail end of the steel sheet and the snubber roll is equal to or less than a predetermined value. In addition, after stopping the winding with the tension reel and fixing the coil car, the snubber roll is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the coil, and after the springback of the steel plate is settled, the coil car is put into the rotating state. INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, it is possible to reliably prevent winding defects of a steel sheet even when winding the vicinity of the tail end portion, and it is possible to manufacture a coil without winding looseness and a steel sheet derived from the coil. In addition, it is possible to prevent the rewinding work and the rewinding work of the loosened portion from occurring, and it is possible to prevent a decrease in coil productivity.
First, with reference to FIG. 1, a steel sheet winding facility to which the present invention is applied will be described.
The
The
The
The snubber rolls 7 and 8 support the
The snubber rolls 7 and 8 may have a rotation drive system. When the snubber rolls 7 and 8 have a rotation drive system, the tension is increased by synchronizing with the rotation of the
The positions of the
The
The
The
Next, the method of winding the steel sheet according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In (1) of FIG. 2, the
FIG. 2 (2) shows a state in which the tail end portion of the
Next, as shown in (4) of FIG. 2, the
Conventionally, even when the
It may be determined that the springback of the
As shown in FIG. 2 (5), after it is determined that the springback of the
Next, as shown in FIG. 2 (7), the tail end portion of the
In FIG. 2, an example in which two snubber rolls are provided has been described, but the number of snubber rolls is not limited to two, and the present invention can be used even if the equipment has three or more snubber rolls or one snubber roll. Can be applied. Regardless of the number of snubber rolls, if further winding is required after separating the snubber rolls and waiting for the springback to converge (example of the
The method for winding a steel sheet according to the present invention is particularly preferably applied to winding a steel sheet that has been subjected to various treatments following hot rolling. Examples of the above-mentioned various treatments include at least one of skin pass treatment, pickling treatment, and slitting treatment. The skin pass treatment is a treatment that adjusts the physical properties of the steel sheet by applying a light reduction to the hot-rolled coil, the pickling treatment is a treatment that removes the scale on the surface of the hot-rolled coil with acid, and the slit processing is the plate of the hot-rolled coil. This is a process of making multiple cuts in the width direction. Since all of these processes are performed on the hot-rolled coil, the plate thickness is relatively large, and the problem of loosening due to springback during winding tends to occur. By applying the method for winding a steel sheet according to the present invention to the process of winding a steel sheet having a relatively large thickness as described above, it is possible to surely prevent the winding loosening, and the hot-rolled coil having excellent quality and the heat thereof. A steel plate derived from a rolled coil can be manufactured.
The thickness of the steel sheet to which the winding method of the present invention can be applied can be appropriately adjusted according to the strength of the steel sheet, etc. It is preferable to apply the method. The upper limit of the plate thickness is not particularly limited, but it is preferable to apply the winding method to, for example, a steel plate having a plate thickness of 10 mm or less.
For the steel sheet after the hot-rolled coil is pickled, the steel sheet is wound by the same method as shown in FIGS. 2 (1) to 2 (7), and in FIG. 2 (8), the
Winding loosening occurrence rate (%) = 100 × (number of winding loosening coils / total number of coils) ... (1)
FIG. 3 shows the winding loosening occurrence rate in the example of the present invention and the comparative example. In the example of the present invention, there was no coil in which loose winding was observed, and the rate of occurrence of loose winding was 0%, whereas in the comparative example, there was about 2% of coils in which loose winding occurred. It was confirmed that by applying the present invention, it is possible to prevent loosening of the steel sheet after various treatments after hot rolling.
