Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product, and more particularly to a method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product while measuring the hydrogenation rate.
Conventionally, a hydrogenated additive of a polymer containing a conjugated diene monomer unit having 4 to 10 carbon atoms (hereinafter, may be simply referred to as “polymer”) has heat resistance, weather resistance, mechanical properties and the like. It is widely used as a material with excellent various properties.
Here, the characteristics of the polymer hydrogenated product are greatly affected by the hydrogenation rate. Therefore, in the production of the polymer hydrogenated product, it is important to grasp the hydrogenation rate of the obtained polymer hydrogenated product and adjust the production conditions and the like as necessary.
Therefore, for example, in Patent Document 1, the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product is measured by using the 1 H-NMR method.
Here, in the measurement of the hydrogenation rate using the above 1H - NMR method, it takes a long time from sampling the polymer hydrogenated product to obtaining the measurement result of the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product. There was a problem in that it required. Therefore, when the 1 H-NMR method is adopted for the measurement of the hydrogenation rate in the production of the polymer hydrogenated product, it is difficult to adjust the production conditions with high responsiveness based on the measurement result of the hydrogenation rate. ..
Therefore, there has been a demand for the development of a method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product while rapidly measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product while rapidly measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product.
The present invention aims to advantageously solve the above problems, and the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention is to supply a polymer and hydrogen gas to a reactor to carry out a hydrogenation reaction. A step of obtaining a polymer liquid containing a polymer hydrogen additive and a primary exhaust gas, a step B of devolatile the polymer liquid to recover the devolatilized gas, and carbonization from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas. Step C for removing hydrogen to obtain a secondary exhaust gas, step D for measuring the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas obtained in the step C, and the flow rate of the hydrogen gas supplied to the reactor in the step A. It is characterized by including a step E of calculating the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product using the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas measured in the step D. As described above, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product containing the above-mentioned predetermined steps A to E, the polymer hydrogenated product can be produced while rapidly measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product. Can be done.
Here, in the method for producing the polymer hydrogen additive of the present invention, the method for removing hydrocarbons from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas in the step C is an operation C1 for cooling the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas. It is preferable to include. If the method for removing hydrocarbons from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas in the step C includes the operation C1 for cooling the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas, the hydrocarbons from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas are included. Can be easily removed.
Further, it is preferable that the operation C1 of the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention includes an operation C11 in which the primary exhaust gas and the devolatile gas are brought into contact with water to obtain a washed exhaust gas. If the operation C1 includes the operation C11 in which the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas are brought into contact with water to obtain a flushed exhaust gas, the hydrocarbon is selectively and easily removed from the primary exhaust gas and the devastated gas. Can be done.
Further, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention, it is preferable that the operation C1 further includes an operation C12 for further cooling the washing exhaust gas after the operation C11. If the operation C1 further includes an operation C12 for further cooling the washing exhaust gas after the operation C11, the hydrocarbon can be easily and sufficiently removed from the washing exhaust gas, and the operation C1 can be used with water in the operation C11. It is possible to reduce the amount of water vapor mixed in the secondary exhaust gas due to contact and improve the measurement accuracy of the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas.
Further, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogen additive of the present invention, the step E is the step E1 in which the flow rate of the residual hydrogen gas is obtained by subtracting the flow rate of the water vapor contained in the secondary exhaust gas from the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas. It is preferable to include the step E2 of obtaining the hydrogen addition rate of the polymer hydrogen additive from the difference between the flow rate of the residual hydrogen gas and the flow rate of the hydrogen gas supplied to the reactor. When the operation C1 includes the operation C11 in which the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas are brought into contact with water to obtain a flush exhaust gas, the secondary exhaust gas may contain water vapor, but the step E is the predetermined predetermined state described above. By including the steps E1 and E2 of the above, the polymer hydrogenated product can be produced while quickly and accurately measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product.
Further, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention, it is preferable that the polymer is a polymer containing a conjugated diene monomer unit having 4 to 10 carbon atoms. If the polymer contains a conjugated diene monomer unit having 4 to 10 carbon atoms, a highly useful C5 resin can be produced.
Further, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention, it is preferable that the conjugated diene monomer unit having 4 to 10 carbon atoms is the conjugated diene monomer unit having 5 carbon atoms. If the conjugated diene monomer unit having 4 to 10 carbon atoms is a conjugated diene monomer unit having 5 carbon atoms, a highly useful C5 resin can be produced.
Further, in the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention, it is preferable that the conjugated diene monomer unit having 5 carbon atoms is a 1,3-pentadiene unit. If the conjugated diene monomer unit having 5 carbon atoms is a 1,3-pentadiene unit, a highly useful C5 resin can be produced.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY According to the present invention, there is provided a method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product while rapidly measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product.

The method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention is characterized by having predetermined steps A to E. By using the method for producing a polymer hydrogenated product of the present invention, it is possible to produce a polymer hydrogenated product while rapidly measuring the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product. Thereby, the production conditions can be adjusted with high responsiveness based on the measurement result of the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product.

Hereinafter, the predetermined steps A to E in the method for producing a polymer hydrogen additive of the present invention will be described as an example of the case where the polymer hydrogen additive is produced in the
<工程A>
<Process A>
In step A, the polymer and hydrogen gas are supplied to a reactor to carry out a hydrogenation reaction to obtain a polymer liquid containing the polymer hydrogenated product and a primary exhaust gas.
Specifically, in the
Further, the polymer hydrogenated by the
The pressure and temperature of the polymer supplied to the
Here, the supply flow rate of the polymer supplied to the

<工程B>
<Process B>
In step B, the polymer liquid obtained in step A described above is devolatile to recover the devolatile gas.
In the

<Process C>
In step C, hydrocarbons are removed from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas to obtain a secondary exhaust gas.

Further, in the step C carried out by using the
Here, the
Further, as the water that comes into contact with the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas (hereinafter, may be referred to as "contact water"), tap water, industrial water, distilled water, ion-exchanged water and the like can be used. The contact water may contain components other than water as long as the effects of the present invention can be obtained.
The water-washed exhaust gas obtained from the upper part of the water-cleaning
The water after contact with the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas, and the hydrocarbons removed from the primary exhaust gas and the devolatilized gas are discharged from the lower part of the
Further, in the step C carried out by using the
Here, the
The temperature of the secondary exhaust gas obtained by further cooling the flush exhaust gas in the
The secondary exhaust gas mainly contains hydrogen gas and may optionally further contain residual water vapor and the like. The hydrogen concentration of the secondary exhaust gas is preferably 90% by volume or more, preferably 95% by volume or more, and further preferably 98% by volume or more. When the hydrogen concentration of the secondary exhaust gas is 90% by volume or more, the hydrogenation rate of the polymer hydrogenated product can be accurately measured in step E described later.
<工程D>
<Process D>
In step D, the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas obtained in step C described above is measured.
In the
The secondary exhaust gas is transferred to the stack after the flow rate is measured by the secondary exhaust gas flow
<工程E>
<Process E>
In step E, the hydrogen addition rate of the polymer hydrogen additive is calculated using the flow rate of the hydrogen gas supplied to the reactor in step A and the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas measured in step D.
Then, as carried out in the
Q1=Q2-Q3 (1)
H1={(Q4-Q1)/Q5}×100(%) (2)

Q1 = Q2-Q3 (1)
[In the formula (1), Q1 represents the flow rate of the residual hydrogen gas, Q2 represents the flow rate of the secondary exhaust gas measured in step D, and Q3 represents the flow rate of the water vapor contained in the secondary exhaust gas. ], Then, as step E2, the calculated flow rate (Q1) of the residual hydrogen gas is calculated by the following formula (2) :.
H1 = {(Q4-Q1) / Q5} x 100 (%) (2)
[In the formula (2), H1 represents the hydrogen addition rate of the polymer hydrogenated product, Q1 represents the flow rate of the residual hydrogen gas, and Q4 represents the flow rate of the hydrogen gas supplied to the
Here, as the flow rate (Q3) of water vapor contained in the secondary exhaust gas, a theoretical value based on the saturated water vapor amount calculated from conditions such as temperature and pressure may be used, or an actually measured value measured by a known method. May be used. Further, the flow rate (Q4) of the hydrogen gas supplied to the
H2={(Q4-Q2)/Q5}×100(%) (3)
