Description
The present invention relates to a label and a labeled container to which the label is attached.
Labels are wrapped around containers containing medicines such as eye drops, cosmetics, seasonings, beverages, foods, and the like. For example, a pharmaceutical package in which a heat-shrinkable adhesive label is attached to a pharmaceutical container such as a prefilled syringe or an eye drop container is known (Patent Document 1).
Autoclave sterilization may be performed on such packages such as pharmaceutical packages. The autoclave sterilization is carried out for the purpose of killing pathogens and the like, and a package such as a pharmaceutical package is sterilized with saturated steam at high temperature and high pressure using an autoclave (steam sterilizer having pressure resistance).
By the way, a perforation line may be formed on the label. The perforation line consists of a plurality of penetrating portions penetrating the front and back surfaces of the label, and the plurality of penetrating portions are formed intermittently in a predetermined direction.
When a labeled container with a label having such a penetrating portion attached to the container is autoclaved, steam invades from the penetrating portion to the back surface side of the label, and the label is partially lifted or wrinkled on the label. May occur.
Further, even if the autoclave sterilization is not performed as described above, there is a possibility that dust may enter the back surface side of the label through the penetrating portion during storage and transportation of the labeled container in which the label having the penetrating portion is attached to the container.

As the adhesive, a pressure-sensitive adhesive or an adhesive that can be adhered to the container is used. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a pressure-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive, a heat-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness by heating, and the like can be used. Examples of the adhesive include a heat-sensitive adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness by heating, and an electron beam-curable adhesive such as an ultraviolet curable adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness by irradiating light rays such as ultraviolet rays or electron beams. Agents, solvent-based adhesives, water-based adhesives and the like can be used.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive has fluidity and adhesiveness at room temperature (23 ° C.) and lasts for a long period of time, and the heat-sensitive adhesive has fluidity and adhesiveness at room temperature (23 ° C.). Instead, it means that after the fluidity and adhesiveness are generated by heating, it lasts for a long time even at room temperature. The heat-sensitive adhesive does not have fluidity and adhesiveness at room temperature (23 ° C.), develops fluidity and adhesiveness by heating, and then maintains adhesive strength while losing fluidity at room temperature. An electron beam-curable adhesive such as an ultraviolet curable adhesive does not have fluidity and adhesiveness at room temperature (23 ° C.), and is provided with fluidity and adhesiveness by irradiating with an electron beam. After that, the adhesive strength is maintained while losing the fluidity at room temperature. The solvent-type adhesive and the water-based adhesive have fluidity and adhesiveness at room temperature (23 ° C.), and the solvent or water volatilizes. By doing so, it means that the adhesive strength is maintained while losing the fluidity.
It is preferable to use an adhesive as the adhesive because the label or a part of the label can be peeled off manually and can be reattached after the peeling.

<封止部>

The tensile strength can be measured according to JIS K 7127.

Examples of the polyisocyanate compound include known diisocyanates such as aromatic diisocyanates, aliphatic diisocyanates, and alicyclic diisocyanates.
The polyester polyol is a polyester compound having two or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule (in one molecule), and among them, a polyester diol having two hydroxyl groups in the molecule is preferable. The polyester polyol is not particularly limited, but is preferably a polymer composed of a dicarboxylic acid component and a diol component as essential components.

Examples of the monomer having a (meth) acryloyl group include a (meth) acrylic acid alkyl ester having a linear or branched alkyl group such as methyl (meth) acrylate and ethyl (meth) acrylate; (meth). ) Acrylic acid; carboxyl group-containing (meth) acrylic acid ester such as carboxyethyl acrylate; hydroxyl group-containing (meth) acrylic acid ester such as 2-hydroxymethyl (meth) acrylate and 2-hydroxyethyl (meth) acrylate; (meth) ) (Meta) acrylic acid cycloalkyl ester such as cyclohexyl acrylate; (meth) acrylic acid amide derivative such as N-methylol (meth) acrylamide; (meth) acrylic acid dialkylaminoalkyl ester such as dimethylaminoethyl (meth) acrylate Kind and so on.

Hereinafter, the second embodiment will be described. In the description thereof, configurations and effects different from those of the first embodiment will be mainly described, and the same configurations as those of the first embodiment will be described. In some cases, the term or code is used as it is, and the explanation of its configuration is omitted.
