Claims (6)
- 患者の口腔と歯科医師のハンドピースを重畳表示する装置の制御方法であって、
(a)映像結合手段が、患者の顎骨を含む口腔内のCT画像と、前記患者の口腔石こう模型を所定の形状と大きさを持つ据置台に取付けて撮影した石こう模型画像を組み合わせて、前記患者の3D口腔画像を生成するステップと;
(b)イメージセンサーは、第1補助マーカーが取り付けられた前記据置台に前記口腔石こう模型を取付けて、前記口腔石こう模型に前記患者の口腔内に付着する口腔マーカーを付着した状態での、前記第1補助マーカーと前記据置台と前記口腔マーカーを含む映像を、撮影するステップと;
(c)位置整合手段が、前記口腔マーカーと前記第1補助マーカーの空間的関係と、前記第1補助マーカーと前記据置台の空間的関係と、前記据置台と前記3D口腔画像内での顎骨部分の空間的関係を利用して、前記口腔マーカーと前記3D口腔画像内での前記顎骨部分の空間的関係を決定するステップと;
(d)前記位置整合手段が、前記口腔マーカーを前記患者の顎骨に付着した状態での前記口腔マーカーと前記3D口腔画像内での前記顎骨部分の空間的関係を前記口腔マーカーと前記顎骨の空間的関係として決定し、第2パターンを含むハンドピースマーカーを歯科医師のハンドピースに付着した状態での前記ハンドピースマーカーと前記ハンドピースの空間的関係を決定するステップと;
(e)マーカー検出手段が、前記口腔マーカーと前記ハンドピースマーカーの動きを撮影した映像から、前記口腔マーカー及び前記ハンドピースマーカーの位置と方向の変化を基に、前記顎骨と前記ハンドピースの位置と方向を推定するステップと;
(f)画面表示手段が、前記顎骨と前記ハンドピースのリアルタイム位置/方向の変化を反映した顎骨の画像部分とハンドピースの画像部分を画面に表示するステップ;
を備える制御方法。 - 前記(a)ステップは、
一部が口腔外部に露出されている印象補助ツールに印象材を塗布した後、前記患者が歯に前記印象材が塗布された部分を噛むようにした状態で撮影した前記CT画像である第1基礎画像を取得するステップと;
前記印象材が硬化された印象体が付着している前記印象補助ツールの第2基礎画像を獲得するステップと;
前記口腔石こう模型画像である第3基礎画像を獲得するステップと;
前記第1乃至第3基礎画像を組み合わせて、前記3D口腔画像を生成するステップ;
を備える請求項1に記載の制御方法。 - 前記(a)ステップが、
前記第1乃至第3基礎画像の中からCT画像からの画像をベクトル画像に変換して、第1乃至第3基礎画像から第1乃至第3ベクトル画像を決定するステップと;
前記第1乃至第3ベクトル画像を結合して、前記3D口腔画像を生成するステップ;
を備える請求項2に記載の制御方法。 - 前記第1乃至第3ベクトル画像を結合して、前記3D口腔画像を生成するステップで、前記第1及び第2ベクトルの画像は、前記第1及び第2ベクトルの画像の中で、前記の印象補助ツールに対応する部分を利用して結合して、前記第2及び第3ベクトル画像は、歯の部分の表面形状情報を利用して結合する請求項3に記載の制御方法。
- 前記第1乃至第3ベクトル画像を結合して、前記3D口腔画像を生成するステップが、
前記第2ベクトルの画像で、前記印象体の部分に対して陰刻を陽刻に変換するステップと;
前記第2ベクトルの画像で陽刻に変換された歯の部分を前記第3ベクトル画像の対応する歯の部分と結合するステップ;
を備える請求項4に記載の制御方法。 - 前記口腔マーカーを前記患者の顎骨に付着して撮影した映像は、前記口腔石こう模型で前記口腔マーカーが付着された位置に対応する顎骨の部位に前記口腔マーカーを付着して撮影した映像である
請求項1に記載の制御方法。
