Claims (8)
- 前記熱可塑性樹脂には、PA66(ポリアミド樹脂)素材が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記芳香族ポリアミド系樹脂は、芳香族ジカルボン酸が30モル%以上、100モル%未満であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記芳香族ポリアミド系樹脂には、C4~C15の脂肪族又は脂環族ジアミンが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記アーク消弧室ベースには、金属素材が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記アーク消弧室ベースには、無機充填材、熱安定剤、酸化防止剤、光安定剤、難燃剤及び調色剤がさらに含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記アーク消弧室ベースの素材組成範囲は、前記芳香族ポリアミド系樹脂30~75重量%、前記無機充填材20~65重量%、残部1~50重量%からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
- 前記アーク消弧室ベースには、セラミック、ガラス及び繊維のいずれかからなるボール粒子が含まれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の配線用遮断器のアーク消弧室ベース。
