Description
本特許出願は、2012年6月15日に出願された「血管閉塞及び薬物送達装置、システム及び方法」の題名の仮出願第61/660,615号に対して優先権を主張するものであり、それは言及したことによりその全体が本明細書中に編入される。
Claims (13)
- 修正された外表面と、生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントと、生体吸収性アンカー機構とを含む管腔閉塞装置であって、
修正された外表面は摩耗又は粗面化されてなるか、或いは外表面の少なくとも一部に対して小繊維粒子が付着されてなり;
生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントは、長尺状であると共に、長尺方向に対して垂直な断面が実質的に円形又は多角形の形状を有し、且つ、移植ガイドへの装填時には線形状形態を有する一方、移植ガイドから解放されると回旋状形態に変化し;
生体吸収性アンカー機構は、生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントに連結されてなると共に、自己設定可能な逆刺を含み、ここで生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントが移植ガイドから解放されると、逆刺が生体吸収性内腔閉鎖型インプラントから周囲の組織内に向かって周方向に拡がるように構成される、
管腔閉塞装置。 - 生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントに治療剤が含浸されてなる、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 治療剤が硬化剤である、請求項2に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 管腔閉塞装置が、閉塞対象となる管腔の形状に概ね合致するように構成される、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 管腔閉塞装置が、周辺組織を管腔閉塞装置の形状に合致させるべく、その成長を促すように構成される、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 管腔閉塞インプラントに治療剤が含浸されてなり、治療剤が、痙攣薬剤、凝血促進剤、生体適合性接着剤、及び/又は、組織接着剤である、請求項5に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 管腔閉塞装置を周囲の組織に対して圧迫することにより、周囲の組織の形状を管腔閉塞装置の形状に合致させ得るように構成される、請求項5に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントが中空の中心を有する、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントが中実である、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントが生体吸収性材料を含み、生体吸収性材料が、乳酸とグリコール酸とのコポリマー、ポリグリコール酸、ポリ-L-乳酸、ポリジオキサノン、ポリヒドロキシブチレート、ヒドロキシブチレートとヒドロキシバレレートとのコポリマー、乳酸とε-カプロラクトンとのコポリマー、酸化再生セルロース、又はコラーゲンである、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 生体吸収性放射線不透過性マーカーを更に含む、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 逆刺が、概ね管腔内の血流の方向に湾曲し、先端を向け、又は延在するように方向付けられてなる、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
- 生体吸収性管腔閉塞インプラントが浸透性である、請求項1に記載の管腔閉塞装置。
