Claims (6)
- 原料ゴムと粉状の配合剤とを含む混錬物を、混錬室の内部に配置された一組のロータと、前記混錬室の上方を上下移動して前記混錬室の上端開口を塞ぐことが可能なラムとを備えた密閉型混錬機を用いて混錬するゴム材料の混錬方法において、
前記一組のロータの回転による位相データを制御部に入力し、前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記一組のロータ間の上面視での隙間の面積を逐次算出し、前記逐次算出した前記隙間の面積の大きさに基づいて、前記ラムに作用するラム圧力を前記制御部により調整しながら、前記混錬室に投入された前記混錬物を回転する前記一組のロータにより混錬し、前記逐次算出した前記隙間の面積が増加状態にある場合に前記ラム圧力を増加させ、前記逐次算出した前記隙間の面積が減少状態にある場合に前記ラム圧力を減少させる調整を行うことを特徴とするゴム材料の混錬方法。 - 前記一組のロータが、互いの外周面が噛み合うように配置された噛み合い式ロータである請求項1に記載のゴム材料の混錬方法。
- 前記配合剤に少なくともシリカが含まれる請求項1または2に記載のゴム材料の混錬方法。
- 原料ゴムと粉状の配合剤とを含む混錬物が投入される混錬室と、この混錬室の内部に配置された一組のロータと、前記混錬室の上方を上下移動して前記混錬室の上端開口を塞ぐことが可能なラムとを備えた密閉型混錬機を有するゴム材料の混錬装置において、
前記一組のロータの回転による位相データが入力される制御部と、前記ラムに作用するラム圧力を検知する圧力センサとを有し、前記位相データに基づいて前記制御部により前記一組のロータ間の上面視での隙間の面積が逐次算出されて、前記逐次算出された前記隙間の面積の大きさに基づいて、前記圧力センサにより検知されるラム圧力が前記制御部により調整されつつ、前記混錬室に投入された前記混錬物が回転する前記一組のロータにより混錬される構成にして、前記逐次算出した前記隙間の面積が増加状態にある場合に前記ラム圧力を増加させ、前記逐次算出した前記隙間の面積が減少状態にある場合に前記ラム圧力を減少させる調整を行う設定にしたことを特徴とするゴム材料の混錬装置。 - 前記一組のロータが、互いの外周面が噛み合うように配置された噛み合い式ロータである請求項4に記載のゴム材料の混錬装置。
- 前記配合剤として少なくともシリカが含まれている請求項4または5に記載のゴム材料の混錬装置。
