Claims (8)
- 複数の偏平角形の単電池を該単電池の厚さ方向に積層させた電池群と、該電池群を収容する筐体と、を備えた電池モジュールであって、
前記単電池は、前記厚さ方向を向く一対の広側面、該単電池の幅方向を向く一対の狭側面、ならびに該単電池の高さ方向を向く底面および上面を有し、
前記電池群は、個々の前記単電池を前記厚さ方向の両側から保持する複数のセルホルダと、該複数のセルホルダを介して複数の前記単電池の前記幅方向の両側に配置されて前記筐体に固定された複数のサイドプレートとを備え、複数の前記単電池の前記底面を前記筐体の側壁に当接または近接かつ対向させて前記筐体に収容され、
前記セルホルダは、前記単電池の前記厚さ方向に交差する方向の動きを規制する規制部と、前記単電池の前記狭側面に近接かつ対向する側壁部と、該側壁部から前記単電池の前記狭側面と反対方向に突出して前記サイドプレートに係合される固定部とを有し、
前記セルホルダの前記規制部は、前記単電池の前記厚さ方向および前記幅方向に延びて前記単電池の前記上面に当接かつ対向しており、
前記セルホルダの前記固定部は、前記単電池の前記高さ方向において、前記サイドプレートの端面に係合する係合面と、該係合面と反対側で前記筐体の前記側壁に近接かつ対向する端面とを有することを特徴とする電池モジュール。 - 複数の前記単電池の前記底面と、前記筐体の前記側壁または底壁との間に介在されるシート部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記セルホルダの前記規制部は、前記単電池の前記厚さ方向および前記幅方向に延びて前記単電池の前記底面に当接かつ対向していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記電池群は、前記筐体の内部に固定され、
前記セルホルダの前記固定部は、前記電池群の前記サイドプレートに固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。 - 前記セルホルダは、前記サイドプレートに対向する前記固定部の前記係合面と、前記単電池の前記底面に対向する前記規制部の規制面とが平行であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記セルホルダは、前記単電池の前記広側面に対向する平板部を有し、該平板部、前記規制部、前記側壁部および前記固定部が一体に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記サイドプレートの素材は、金属であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
- 前記セルホルダと前記サイドプレートとの間に介在されるシート部材を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池モジュール。
