Description
The present invention relates to a concrete curing sheet, and more particularly to a concrete curing sheet used for curing concrete placed in civil engineering and construction work on roads, airport pavements, plazas, factory pavements, and the like.
Conventionally, in concrete construction, defects such as cracks on the surface appear when water is insufficient during the period when hardening continues after casting, so for a certain period after casting, straw mats (straw, rush, etc.) The surface of the concrete was covered with a curing sheet such as a rug woven with grass) or a mesh-like non-woven fabric sheet as in
In recent years, in response to these problems, the development of concrete curing sheets that can more efficiently maintain the wet state of the concrete surface for a long period of time has been promoted.
For example,
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and is used for curing concrete placed in civil engineering and construction work on roads, airport pavements, plazas, factory pavements, etc., and increases concrete strength and reduces cracks and the like. It is an object of the present invention to provide a concrete curing sheet in which the sprinkled water can easily reach the concrete surface during curing and the water has excellent drought resistance.

The present invention has been made as a result of diligent studies to achieve the object, and by specifying the area ratio of the opening to the total area of the porous sheet and laminating it with the water-retaining sheet, the water permeability of the concrete curing sheet is permeable. , I found that it also has drought resistance.
That is, the present invention is a concrete curing sheet in which at least two layers of a porous sheet having an opening in a non-moisture permeable base material and a water-retaining sheet provided on the concrete side of the porous sheet are laminated. The concrete curing sheet is characterized in that the area ratio of the opening to the total area of the porous sheet is 2.0 to 9.0%, and the porous sheet contains metal particles .
The adhesive resin is partially present between the water-retaining sheet and the porous sheet, and the area ratio of the adhesive resin present in the opening to the area of the opening is 50% or less. The concrete curing sheet according to
The area of one of the openings is preferably 0.15 to 13 mm 2 .
The area ratio of the opening in the strip-shaped region 25 cm from the widthwise end of the porous sheet is the area ratio of the opening in the central strip-shaped region of the porous sheet in the other region. It is preferably lower than.
The area ratio of the opening in the band-shaped region at the center in the width direction of the porous sheet is preferably 3.0 to 20.0%.
The concrete curing sheet of the present invention is used for curing concrete placed in civil engineering and construction work on roads, airport pavements, plazas, factory pavements, etc., and is used to increase concrete strength and reduce cracks. During curing, the sprinkled water can easily reach the concrete surface, and it also has an excellent effect of drought resistance.
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The
It is important that the aperture ratio of the
The
When a perforated film is used for the
Examples of the material of the
Further, the
The metal particles are not particularly limited as long as they are metal particles having an infrared reflection effect. For example, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel, chromium, silver, tin, titanium, iron, zinc, copper, silicon, magnesium, etc., and various alloys composed of these are used, and one or two depending on the purpose and application. More than a species may be selected as appropriate. Of these, aluminum is preferably used from the viewpoint of infrared reflectivity and economy. Examples of the alloy include magnesium-aluminum alloy, brass (brass), and aluminum-tin alloy.
The amount of the metal particles added is preferably 1 to 30 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of the

The
The area of one
Further, the arrangement position of the
The distance between the
Further, in order to efficiently permeate water to the water-retaining
The strip-shaped region at the end of the

The shape of the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
