Description
直流リンク部と、
外部電源の電力を所定の直流電力に変換して前記直流リンク部に供給する順変換部と、
圧縮機構を回転駆動する電動機部と、
前記圧縮機構の回転軸を磁気的に支持する支持部と、
前記直流リンク部からの電力で前記電動機部を駆動可能であると共に、前記回転軸からの動力を電気エネルギに変換する回生動作を前記電動機部に行わせ、前記直流リンク部に回生電力を出力可能な第1の駆動部と、
前記直流リンク部からの電力で前記支持部を駆動する第2の駆動部と、を備え、
前記第1の駆動部は、前記直流リンク部の電圧が前記外部電源の電力が正常に供給されるときの前記直流リンク部の電圧よりも高くなるように、前記電動機部に前記回生動作を行わせる、
駆動装置が提供される。
前記第1の駆動部は、前記外部電源から前記順変換部への電力供給が停止する停電時に、前記電動機部に前記回生動作を行わせてもよい。
前記順変換部と前記直流リンク部との間に設けられ、前記外部電源からの電流を制限可能な制限素子と、
前記制限素子の両端間を短絡させる電力経路の接続状態と遮断状態とを切り替える断接部と、を備え、
前記断接部は、前記外部電源から前記順変換部への電力供給が停止する停電時に、前記電力経路を接続状態にしてもよい。
まず、図1~図4を参照して、本実施形態に係るターボ圧縮機1の構成について説明する。
次に、図5を参照して、比較例に係るターボ圧縮機の停電時の動作について説明する。以下、比較例に係るターボ圧縮機について、本実施形態に係るターボ圧縮機1と同様の構成について、符号なしで同じ名称を用いる。
次に、図6を参照して、本実施形態に係るターボ圧縮機1の停電時の動作について説明する。
次に、本実施形態に係るターボ圧縮機1(駆動装置100)の作用について説明する。

Claims (3)
- 直流リンク部と、
外部電源の電力を所定の直流電力に変換して前記直流リンク部に供給する順変換部と、
ターボ圧縮機の圧縮機構を回転駆動する電動機部と、
前記圧縮機構の回転軸を磁気的に支持する支持部と、
前記直流リンク部からの電力で前記電動機部を駆動可能であると共に、前記回転軸からの動力を電気エネルギに変換する回生動作を前記電動機部に行わせ、前記直流リンク部に回生電力を出力可能な第1の駆動部と、
前記直流リンク部からの電力で前記支持部を駆動する第2の駆動部と、を備え、
前記第1の駆動部は、前記直流リンク部の電圧が前記外部電源の電力が正常に供給されるときの前記直流リンク部の電圧よりも高くなるように、前記電動機部に前記回生動作を行わせる、
駆動装置。 - 前記第1の駆動部は、前記外部電源から前記順変換部への電力供給が停止する停電時に、前記電動機部に前記回生動作を行わせる、
請求項1に記載の駆動装置。 - 前記順変換部と前記直流リンク部との間に設けられ、前記外部電源からの電流を制限可能な制限素子と、
前記制限素子の両端間を短絡させる電力経路の接続状態と遮断状態とを切り替える断接部と、を備え、
前記断接部は、前記外部電源から前記順変換部への電力供給が停止する停電時に、前記電力経路を接続状態にする、
