Description
The present invention relates to a transport system, and more particularly to a transport system suitable for transporting a vehicle body.
Conventionally, in factories and the like that handle vehicle bodies, it is common to use a transport device having a track when transporting the vehicle body between a plurality of processes. As such a conveyor device, a conveyor device such as a friction conveyor, an overhead conveyor, and a floor conveyor is typical. When a transport device having a track as exemplified above is used, it is difficult to change the order of the processes because the transport path of the vehicle body is predetermined.
Therefore, it is attempted to transport the vehicle body on a free track by using a self-propelled transport device. For example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2020-524109 (Patent Document 1) discloses an unmanned transport system including a plurality of automatic guided vehicles for transporting a vehicle body. According to the invention of
In the techniques of
Therefore, it is required to realize a transport system that can reduce the area required for system operation as compared with the conventional technology.

In one aspect of the first transfer system according to the present invention, the autonomous transfer robot has a shaft member, the trolley has a bearing member capable of receiving the shaft member, and the trolley and the autonomous transfer The coupling with the robot is preferably realized by accommodating the shaft member in the bearing member.
According to this configuration, the coupling and disconnection of the bogie and the autonomous transfer robot can be realized by a relatively simple structure.

In one aspect of the first transport system according to the present invention, the carriage further includes a wheel and a brake capable of braking the wheel, and the brake has a shaft member housed in the bearing member. According to this configuration, when the autonomous transfer robot is not connected to the dolly, the movement of the dolly is restricted, so that the dolly that is not scheduled to move is prevented from moving unexpectedly.
Further features and advantages of the invention will be further clarified by the following illustration of exemplary and non-limiting embodiments described with reference to the drawings.
An embodiment of the transport system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Hereinafter, an example in which the transport system according to the present invention is applied to the
[Conveyance system configuration]
The
When transporting the vehicle body B, two
[Bogie configuration]
The
The
The
The
The
The
The bearing
Here, the braking posture of the
Next, the braking release posture of the
As described above, the
The braking of the
[Configuration of autonomous transfer robot]
The
The occupied area of the
The
The
As described above, since the
The
The
As the
[Control of autonomous transfer robot]
Hereinafter, the functions that can be executed by the
(1) Acquisition function The
(2) Route setting function The
(3) Travel control function The
For example, when the
With the above in mind, the flow of control executed by the
First, the
Next, the
Subsequently, the
Finally, the
If the traveling path of the
(4) Coupling Function The
(5) Decoupling function The
[Operation of transport system]
Finally, a preferred mode of operation that can be realized by using the
(1) Integration of vehicle body The
(2) Combined use of transfer method The transfer of the vehicle body B in the painting factory can be performed in combination with the transfer using the
(3) Transportation by one
