Description
本出願は、2018年5月15日付韓国特許出願第10-2018-0055589号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として組み含まれる。
ΔYI=YI(340℃)-YI(285℃)
YIは当該温度でASTM D1925に準拠して測定された黄変指数値である。
本発明で使用する用語「ポリカーボネート」とは、ジフェノール系化合物、ホスゲン、炭酸エステルまたはこれらの組み合わせを反応させて製造される高分子を意味する。ポリカーボネート樹脂は、耐熱性、耐衝撃性、機械的強度、透明性などに非常に優れ、コンパクトディスク、透明シート、包装材、自動車バンパー、紫外線遮断フィルム、光学レンズなどの製造に広範囲に使用されている。
本発明によるペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート成分は、優れた熱安定性を実現し、同時に特定の波長領域での遮蔽性を向上させるための補助的機能を果たす成分であり、後述する黒色染料および青色染料と組み合わせて使用されてその効果を極大化させることができる。
本発明は、黒色染料と青色染料を組み合わせて用いることによって、特定の波長領域での遮蔽性を向上させるための成分であり、前述したPETS成分と組み合わせて使用されて遮蔽性と耐熱性の向上効果を同時に実現することができるようにする。
また、本発明は、前記樹脂組成物を含む光学成形品を提供する。好ましくは、前記光学成形品は、レンズであり、照明用レンズや眼鏡レンズに用いるに適する。
実施例1および2、比較例1乃至8
ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物100重量部を基準に下記表1に記載された含有量でそれぞれの添加剤成分を混合してポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を製造した。
実施例および比較例により製造された樹脂組成物に対して、二軸押出機(L/D=36、Φ=45、バレル温度240℃)に時間当り55kg速度でペレットサンプルを製造し、製造された試片に対して、下記の方法で特性を測定した。
ASTM D1238に準拠して、Toyoseiki Melt Indexer G-02装備を用い、300℃、1.2kg荷重条件でメルトフローレートを測定し、その結果を下記表2に記載した。
ASTM D1003に準拠して、Hunter Lab装備を用い、透過条件350~1050nmで410nmでの透過率を測定し、その結果を下記表2に記載した。
ASTM D1925に準拠して、Hunter Lab装備を用い、透過条件350~1050nmで黄変指数を測定した。285℃から340℃に20分間昇温しながら、285℃および340℃で黄変指数を測定し、下記一般式1による黄変指数変化値を計算し、その結果を下記表2に記載した。

Claims (8)
- ASTM D1238に準拠したメルトフローレート(MFR、Melt flow rate)が5乃至15g/10minであるポリカーボネート樹脂;ペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート(Pentaerythritol tetrastearate);黒色染料;および青色染料;を含み、
ASTM D1003に準拠した410nmでの透過率が7%以下であり、
下記一般式1で表される黄変指数変化値(ΔYI)が0.5以下であり、
前記ポリカーボネート樹脂100重量部に対して、ペンタエリトリトールテトラステアレート0.05乃至5重量部、黒色染料1.0*10 -4 乃至1.0*10 -1 重量部および青色染料1.0*10 -4 乃至1.0*10 -1 重量部を含むポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
[一般式1]
ΔYI=YI(340℃)-YI(285℃)
(ASTM D1925に準拠してHunter Lab装備を用い、透過条件350~1050nmで黄変指数を測定した。285℃から340℃に20分間昇温しながら、285℃および340℃で黄変指数を測定した。YI(285℃)は285℃で測定した黄変指数、YI(340℃)は340℃で測定した黄変指数である。) - 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂は、重量平均分子量が10,000g/mol乃至50,000g/molである、請求項1または2に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記黒色染料は、C.I.ピグメントブラック32である、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 前記ポリカーボネート樹脂組成物は、酸化防止剤、熱安定剤、可塑剤、帯電防止剤、核剤、難燃剤、滑剤、衝撃補強剤、紫外線吸収剤および蛍光増白剤からなる群より1つ以上選択される添加剤をさらに含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のポリカーボネート樹脂組成物を含む、光学成形品。
- 前記光学成形品がレンズであることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の光学成形品。
