Description
このような発泡成形体は、使用環境に応じて、熱や圧力を受けると、塑性変形して、そのシール性能が低下することがあった。
発泡樹脂部を備えた樹脂シール部材であって、
前記発泡樹脂部と比較して発泡率の低い凸部を備え、
前記凸部は、前記発泡樹脂部の端部に設けられている。
前記部品は、前記発泡樹脂部を構成する発泡樹脂材と異なる組成を有する材料からなり、
前記部品は、前記凸部と同じ形状の部品凸部を備え、
前記部品凸部は、前記発泡樹脂部内へ入り込むことを特徴としてもよい。
樹脂基材を成形する樹脂基材成形金型部を備えた樹脂シール部材の金型であって、
前記樹脂基材成形金型部の樹脂基材成形用キャビティに連通する発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティ内を摺動可能な摺動部を備え、
前記摺動部における前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティ側の先端面には、凹部が設けられており、
前記樹脂基材を成形する工程において、前記摺動部は、前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティから前記発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティへ連通する開口部を遮断し、
発泡樹脂部を成形する工程において、発泡樹脂材を前記発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティに充填した後、前記摺動部を前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティから離間させて、前記発泡樹脂材が充填可能な充填空間を広げる。
図1〜図3を参照して実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材について説明する。図1は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の一例を示す斜視図である。図2は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の一例の模式断面図である。図3は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の使用方法を示す模式断面図である。なお、図2、図3では、見易さのため、樹脂基材11と、表皮部12とのハッチングを省略した。
続いて、樹脂シール部材20の使用方法について説明する。
次に、図4及び図5を参照して、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の金型について説明する。図4は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂体シール部材の金型の模式断面図である。図5は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の可動型2の摺動部3の先端の模式断面図である。
次に、図6〜図13を参照して、実施の形態1に係る樹脂シール部材の製造方法について説明する。図6、図8、図10、及び図12は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂体の製造方法の一工程を示す模式図である。図7、図9、図11、及び図13は、実施の形態1に係る樹脂体の製造方法の一工程を示す模式拡大図である。なお、図7、図9、図11、及び図13では、見易さのため、可動型2のハッチングを省略している。

Claims (3)
- 発泡樹脂部を備えた樹脂シール部材であって、
前記発泡樹脂部の表面のうち、樹脂基材の上に取り付けられる表面以外の表面を覆う表皮部を備え、
前記表皮部は、前記発泡樹脂部と比較して発泡率の低い凸部を備え、
前記凸部は、前記発泡樹脂部の端部に設けられている、
樹脂シール部材。 - 前記樹脂基材は、前記発泡樹脂部を構成する発泡樹脂材と異なる組成を有する材料からなり、
前記樹脂基材は、前記凸部と同じ形状の樹脂基材凸部を備え、
前記樹脂基材凸部は、前記発泡樹脂部内へ入り込む、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂シール部材。 - 樹脂基材を成形する樹脂基材成形金型部を備えた金型を用いた樹脂シール部材の製造方法であって、
前記金型は、前記樹脂基材成形金型部の樹脂基材成形用キャビティに連通する発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティ内を摺動可能な摺動部を備え、
前記摺動部における前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティ側の先端面には、凹部が設けられており、
前記摺動部は、前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティから前記発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティへ連通する開口部を遮断し、前記樹脂基材を成形する工程と、
発泡樹脂材を前記発泡樹脂部成形用キャビティに充填した後、前記摺動部を前記樹脂基材成形用キャビティから離間させて、前記発泡樹脂材が充填可能な充填空間を広げ、前記発泡樹脂部を成形する工程と、を備える、
樹脂シール部材の製造方法。
