Description
The present invention relates to a storage container made of a thermoplastic resin in which burrs and the like are unlikely to occur around the welded portion during its manufacture, a reinforcing corner member used for the storage container, and a storage container using the reinforcing corner member. Regarding the manufacturing method.
Conventionally, as a simple storage container, a box in which a corrugated cardboard-like sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is bent and molded, and the opening thereof is reinforced with a reinforcing member also made of a thermoplastic resin has been used.
As a method for manufacturing a storage container made of such a thermoplastic resin, for example, a technique as disclosed in Patent Document 1 shown below is known.
Patent Document 1 has the name of "a plastic sheet box body and its manufacturing method, a manufacturing apparatus, and a corner member for stacking plastic sheet box volumes", and a box using a cardboard-like sheet-like member made of a thermoplastic resin. Disclosed are inventions relating to a plastic sheet box body formed in a body shape, a method for manufacturing the same, a manufacturing apparatus, and a corner member for stacking the volume of the plastic sheet box.
In paragraph 0119 of the specification of Patent Document 1 and FIG. 34 of the same document, a method of integrally fixing a reinforcing member to an opening of a box made by bending and molding a corrugated cardboard-like sheet made of a thermoplastic resin is described. As shown in FIG. 34, the welding of the corner member 50 and the
Therefore, particularly referring to the description of the above excerpt in Patent Document 1, a reinforcing member also made of a thermoplastic resin is integrated with a cardboard-like sheet made of a thermoplastic resin without using any metal metal fittings or the like. Can be fixed in.
FIG. 12 is an image showing the appearance of the corner reinforcing portion when the corner reinforcing portion is heat-welded to the opening of the box made of a thermoplastic resin by the method disclosed in Patent Document 1.
If the method disclosed in Patent Document 1 is carried out as it is, there is a problem that burrs made of molten thermoplastic resin are generated around the insertion trace of the heat welding pin (heat welding horn) as shown in FIG. ..
In this case, there is a problem that the aesthetics of the appearance of the storage container, which is the final product, is deteriorated.
Further, when the technique disclosed in Patent Document 1 is adopted as it is, it is necessary to separately perform a work of removing burrs generated around the insertion mark of the heat welding pin after heat welding the corner reinforcing portion to the opening of the box. It was complicated.
The present invention has been made in response to such a conventional problem, and an object thereof is to heat-weld a reinforcing corner member also made of a thermoplastic resin to a box made of a thermoplastic resin to produce a box. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reinforcing corner member capable of beautifully finishing the appearance of a welded portion, a storage container using the same, and a method for manufacturing the same.
The reinforcing corner member, which is the first invention for achieving the above object, is formed by bending a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, and has a box having an opening at the upper part and a reinforcing corner member fitted in the corner at the opening. The reinforcing corner member is provided with a corner member, and is a reinforcing corner member used for a storage container in which a heat welding horn is inserted into an overlapping portion of a box and a reinforcing corner member and these are integrally welded. , A reinforcing part with a U-shaped cross section that covers the end face of the sheet at the corner and a part of both side surfaces of the sheet forming this end face, and an internal dimension larger than the outer dimension of the heat welding horn. It is characterized by having a horn insertion guide hole bored on either the inner side surface side or the outer side surface side of the box in the reinforcing portion.
In the first invention of the above configuration, the reinforcing portion has an effect of covering and reinforcing the end face of the sheet forming a corner in a box formed of a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin. Further, the horn insertion guide hole formed in the reinforcing portion acts as a guide hole indicating the insertion position of the heat welding horn when welding the reinforcing corner member and the box. Further, by setting the internal dimension of the horn insertion guide hole to be larger than the external dimension of the heat welded horn, when the heat welded horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the peripheral side surface of the heat welded horn becomes larger. It has the function of preventing contact with the peripheral edge on the inlet side of the horn insertion guide hole. In this case, since the peripheral edge of the horn insertion guide hole into which the heat-welded horn is inserted does not melt, the thermoplastic resin melted on the peripheral side surface of the heat-welded horn travels along the peripheral side surface of the heat-welded horn and is a reinforcing corner member. It has the effect of suppressing the overflow on the surface of the plastic. That is, when the storage container is manufactured by using the first invention, when a heat-welded horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the action of suitably suppressing the formation of burrs made of a thermoplastic resin on the peripheral edge thereof is exhibited. Have.
In the first invention, the inner shape of the horn insertion guide hole (more specifically, the inner shape in the cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the horn insertion guide hole) is not limited to a circle, but is a polygon, an ellipse, or an ellipse. It is a concept that includes any other figure other than a circle. Similarly, the outer shape of the heat-welded horn (more specifically, the outer shape in the cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the heat-welded horn) is not limited to a circle, and includes a polygon, an ellipse, and any other figure other than a circle. It is a concept. Further, in the first invention, "the external dimension of the heat welding horn is larger than the inner dimension of the horn insertion guide hole" means that the central axis of the horn insertion guide hole and the central axis of the heat welding horn are matched. This means that when the heat-welded horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the outer surface of the heat-welded horn does not come into direct contact with the inner surface of the horn insertion guide hole.
The reinforcing corner member according to the second invention is the first invention described above, and the internal dimension of the horn insertion guide hole is smaller than the inner dimension of the inlet side with respect to the heat welding horn. It is characterized by having a tapered shape.
In the second invention of the above configuration, in addition to the same operation as that of the first invention described above, the internal dimension of the horn insertion guide hole is set to the internal dimension on the outlet side rather than the internal dimension on the inlet side with respect to the heat welding horn. By making it tapered, it has the effect of making the step between the reinforcing corner member and the sheet invisible from the inlet side after heat welding. Specifically, when the heat welded horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the position of the heat welded horn is displaced in the circumferential direction from the center position of the horn insertion guide hole. The heat-melted resin does not reach the side away from the center position in the circumferential direction, and the horn insertion guide hole cannot be completely closed, so that a step may occur between the reinforcing corner member and the sheet without heat welding. Although there is no technical problem in generating such a step, the appearance is poor and the appearance of the storage container is impaired. Therefore, by making the horn insertion guide hole tapered, the step is made invisible from the entrance side.
In the second invention, "the internal dimension of the horn insertion guide hole has a tapered shape in which the internal dimension on the outlet side is smaller than the internal dimension on the inlet side with respect to the heat welding horn" is said. In the inner shape of the hole, the inner shape on the inlet side and the inner shape on the exit side are similar to each other, and the area of the inner shape on the exit side is continuously smaller than the area of the inner shape on the inlet side.
The storage container according to the third invention is formed by bending and molding a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, and has a box having an opening at the upper part and a reinforcement fitted to a corner of the opening according to the first or second invention. It is characterized by having a corner member for use, a bottomed hole having the same internal dimension as the external dimension of the heat welded horn, and a horn insertion mark formed in the horn insertion guide hole. Is.
In the third invention of the above configuration, the reinforcing corner member has the same action as that of the first or second invention described above. That is, by using the reinforcing corner member according to the first or second invention as the reinforcing corner member, the action of suitably suppressing the formation of burrs made of a thermoplastic resin around the horn insertion guide hole ( It has the first and second inventions). Further, it has an action (second invention) of making the step between the reinforcing corner member and the sheet invisible from the inlet side after heat welding.
In addition, since the box is made of a sheet made of thermoplastic resin, it gives higher strength and durability to the box than when a paper box such as corrugated cardboard is used, and a reinforcing corner member is attached to this box. It has the effect of making it possible to weld. Further, the horn insertion mark is provided with a reinforcing corner member and a re-cured portion formed by re-curing after the thermoplastic resin constituting the box is once melted on the outer surface side thereof. The re-cured portion has the function of integrating the box and the reinforcing corner member while penetrating the laminated portion.
Therefore, according to such a third invention, there is an action of integrating the box made of thermoplastic resin and the reinforcing corner member also made of thermoplastic resin without using any metal metal fittings or the like. ..
The storage container manufacturing method according to the fourth invention is a box molding step of bending a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin into a box having an opening at the top, and the first or second invention described above. The process of fitting the reinforcing corner member into the corner of the opening, and the heat welding horn having the outer dimension smaller than the inner dimension in the horn insertion guide hole in the reinforcing corner member. It is characterized by having a heat welding step of inserting the reinforcing portion so as not to penetrate the overlapping portion and welding the reinforcing corner member and the sheet integrally.
In the fourth invention of the above configuration, the box molding step has an action of bending and molding a sheet made of a thermoplastic resin to create a box having an opening at the top. Further, in the reinforcing corner member fitting step, the three-dimensional shape of the box is formed by fitting the reinforcing corner member according to the first or second invention into the corner at the opening of the box created in the previous box molding step. Has the effect of retaining. Then, in the final heat welding step, a heat welding horn having an outer dimension smaller than the internal dimension thereof is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole of the reinforcing corner member fitted in the corner of the box. By inserting the heat-welded horn so as not to penetrate the overlapping portion, the box and the reinforcing corner member are integrally welded without causing burrs on the peripheral edge of the horn insertion guide hole on the inlet side of the heat-welded horn.
In addition, during the heat welding process, the heat welding horn does not penetrate the overlapping part of the reinforcing part, so that an unnecessary through hole is created near the opening of the storage container, which is the final product, or the appearance of the product is deteriorated at the same part. It has the effect of suppressing the occurrence of deformation and depression.
According to the first invention as described above, since the corner reinforcing portion is provided with the horn insertion guide hole, the insertion position of the heat welding horn can be clarified. Further, according to the first invention, when the heat welding horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the peripheral side surface of the heat welding horn is prevented from coming into contact with the peripheral edge of the horn insertion guide hole on the inlet side of the heat welding horn. be able to.
As a result, when the overlapping portion of the box and the reinforcing corner member according to the first invention is heat-welded, it is possible to suitably prevent burrs made of a thermoplastic resin from being generated on the peripheral edge of the horn insertion guide hole.
Therefore, when the storage container is manufactured by using the reinforcing corner member according to the first invention, the appearance of the heat-welded portion can be made beautiful.
That is, it is not necessary to perform the work of removing the burrs made of the thermoplastic resin after integrating the box made of the thermoplastic resin and the reinforcing corner member according to the first invention.
Therefore, according to the first invention, the surface of the reinforcing corner member immediately after welding is beautiful and the storage container is highly aesthetically pleasing as compared with the case of using the reinforcing corner member not provided with the horn insertion guide hole. Can be produced efficiently.
The second invention has the same effect as that of the first invention described above. Further, in the case of the second invention, in the horn insertion guide hole formed in the reinforcing corner member, the inner shape dimension thereof is a taper in which the inner shape dimension on the outlet side is smaller than the inner shape dimension on the inlet side with respect to the heat welding horn. Due to the shape, even if the insertion position of the heat welding horn is slightly misaligned when the heat welding horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, it is between the reinforcing corner member and the sheet after heat welding. The step is not visible from the inlet side of the heat welding horn in the reinforcing corner member, so that the appearance of the storage container is not spoiled.
Therefore, according to the second invention, it is possible to efficiently produce a storage container having a higher aesthetic appearance than in the case of the first invention described above.
The third invention specifies the storage container provided with the reinforcing corner member according to the first or second invention as the invention of the object, and the effect of the reinforcing corner member in the third invention is , The same as the effect of the first or second invention described above.
Such a third invention has a horn insertion mark having an outer dimension smaller than the inner dimension of the horn insertion guide hole inside the horn insertion guide hole. It can be clearly distinguished from the disclosed storage container.
Further, according to the third invention, the entire storage container is made of only a thermoplastic resin, and no metal metal fittings or the like for integrating the reinforcing corner member and the box are used. There is no need to perform sorting work when recycling the invention of 3.
Therefore, according to the third invention, there is an effect that the unnecessary storage container can be easily recycled.
The fourth invention specifies the manufacturing process of the above-mentioned third invention as the invention of the method. Therefore, the effect of the storage container manufactured by the fourth invention is the same as the effect of the third invention described above.
Further, according to the fourth invention, the external dimension in the vertical cross section of the heat welded horn inserted into the horn insertion guide hole with respect to the axial direction is set to be smaller than the internal dimension of the horn insertion guide hole. When the heat welding horn is inserted into the horn insertion guide hole, the peripheral side surface of the heat welding horn can be prevented from touching the inlet side peripheral edge of the heat welding horn in the horn insertion guide hole.
As a result, according to the fourth invention, when the reinforcing corner member also made of the thermoplastic resin is welded to the box made of the thermoplastic resin, the burr made of the thermoplastic resin melted around the horn insertion guide hole. Can be suitably prevented from occurring.
Therefore, according to the fourth invention, it is possible to efficiently produce a storage container having a beautiful appearance of the heat-welded portion.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a storage container according to an embodiment of the present invention. The same parts as those shown in FIG. 1 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration thereof will be omitted.
As shown in FIG. 2, the

Subsequently, the storage container manufacturing method according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 9.
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing an outline of the storage container manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention. Further, FIGS. 5 to 8 are perspective views showing working states in each step of the storage container manufacturing method according to the embodiment of the present invention.

Further, the heat welding step of the final step S03 will be described with reference to FIG.
9 (a) to 9 (d) are partial cross-sectional views showing the state of each step when the overlapping portion of the box and the reinforcing corner member is heat-welded. The same parts as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 8 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration thereof will be omitted.

Further, the

Here, the unique effect of the storage
10 (a) and 10 (b) are both partial cross-sectional views of the storage container according to the embodiment of the present invention. The same parts as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 9 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration thereof will be omitted. Further, FIG. 10A is the same as the partial cross-sectional view of the
As shown previously shown in FIG. 9 (a) and FIG. 10 (a), the the

Therefore, according to the storage
In this case, after the heat welding step of step S03 is completed, it is not necessary to remove burrs made of the thermoplastic resin from the periphery of the horn

Therefore, next, the reinforcing corner member and the storage container according to the modified example of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 11A is a perspective view of the reinforcing corner member according to the modified example of the embodiment of the present invention as viewed from the vertically downward side, and FIG. 11B shows the reinforcing corner member in a box made of a thermoplastic resin. It is a partial cross-sectional view which shows the fitted state, and (c) is the partial cross-sectional view of the reinforcing corner member which concerns on the modification of embodiment of this invention, and the storage container provided with it. The same parts as those shown in FIGS. 1 to 10 are designated by the same reference numerals, and the description of the configuration thereof will be omitted.

Further, in the present embodiment, the case where the horn

In the present embodiment, the case where the inner shape of the horn
Similarly, the outer shape of the heat-welded horn 11 (more specifically, the outer shape in the cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the heat-welded horn 11) does not need to be specified as a circle, and is arbitrary other than a polygon, an ellipse, and other circles. It may be a figure of.
Further, when the inner shape of the horn
As a result, even when the inner shape of the horn
Further, even if the inner shape of the horn
Therefore, in addition to the effect of preventing the molten thermoplastic resin from overflowing from the horn
As described above, according to the present invention, when a box made of a thermoplastic resin is heat-welded to a reinforcing corner member made of a thermoplastic resin to form a box, the appearance of the welded portion can be beautifully finished.
