・電気的接触接続部をコンタクトストリップにはんだ付けまたは溶接するステップ。
Claims (15)
- 排気ガス流および/または排気ガス後処理用のコンポーネントを加熱するための加熱ディスク(1)であって、
上下に積層された滑らかで波形の複数の金属層から巻回されているハニカム体と、
前記ハニカム体が収容されている支持体外被(6,22)と、
前記支持体外被(6,22)を通って貫通案内され、前記ハニカム体を電源に接続可能にさせる電気的接触接続部と、を備えている、加熱ディスク(1)において、
前記支持体外被(6,22)によって取り囲まれた領域における前記電気的接触接続部が、前記支持体外被(6,22)の周面方向に延在するコンタクトストリップ(4,20)を有しており、
前記支持体外被(6,22)と前記コンタクトストリップ(4,20)との間に絶縁領域(9)が形成されており、
相互に電気的に絶縁され、それぞれが複数の滑らかな金属層と波形の金属層とから形成され、かつ相互に直接隣接して配置された複数の層スタック(2,21)が、前記コンタクトストリップ(4,20)に導電的に接続されており、
前記支持体外被(6)は、周面方向に延在する前記コンタクトストリップ(4)を完全に収容する収容部を形成する、径方向外向きの***部(8)を有していることを特徴とする、加熱ディスク(1)。 - 前記層スタック(2,21)は、相互に電気的に絶縁されている、請求項1記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記絶縁領域は、空隙によって形成されており、または前記絶縁領域(9)は、セラミック絶縁部によって形成されている、請求項1または2記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記コンタクトストリップ(4,20)は、何もしない限り相互に電気的に絶縁されている3つまでの前記層スタック(2,21)に導電的に接続されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 5つまでの、好適には3つまでの前記層スタック(2,21)は、それぞれ、7つまでの波形の金属層を有し、8つまでの滑らかな金属層を有している、請求項4記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記コンタクトストリップ(20)は、前記支持体外被(22)の周面方向に延在し、前記コンタクトストリップ(20)の一部領域(24)は、前記ハニカム体の中心軸に対して傾斜している、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記コンタクトストリップ(20)の曲げられた前記領域(24)は、曲げられた前記領域(24)の2500Hzを超える値を有する共振周波数が排気ガスシステムの振動周波数外の領域になるように寸法設定されている、請求項6記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記支持体外被(6)を通る電気的接触接続のための貫通部(5,10)は、外方から内方に向かって円錐状に先細になる断面を有している、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記電気的接触接続は、前記支持体外被を貫通する収容スリーブ(12)内に挿入されている内部導体(11)によって形成され、前記内部導体(11)は、前記収容スリーブ(12)から電気的絶縁層(14)によって離間されている、請求項8記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記内部導体(11)および/または前記収容スリーブ(12)は、円錐状に先細になる断面を有している、請求項9記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記コンタクトストリップ(4,20)は、電気的接触接続を形成しかつ支持体外被(6,22)によって案内される要素に接続され、該要素によって前記支持体外被(6,22)に対して位置決めされている、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 前記コンタクトストリップは、金属/セラミックはんだ接合を用いて、前記支持体外被に、機械的に固定されるが前記絶縁領域に対して電気的に絶縁されるように接続されている、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の加熱ディスク(1)を備えた触媒を製造するための方法であって、
前記方法の一部として以下のステップ、すなわち、
・前記***部(8)を支持体外被(6)に成形するステップと、
・前記***部(8)をセラミック絶縁層(9)でコーティングするステップと、
・前記支持体外被(6)によって取り囲まれた領域内にコンタクトストリップ(4)を導入するステップと、
・層スタック(2)を前記コンタクトストリップ(4)にはんだ付けするステップと、
・電気的接触接続部を前記コンタクトストリップ(4)にはんだ付けまたは溶接するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記絶縁層(9)は、金属化を施される、請求項13記載の方法。
- 内部導体(11)と収容スリーブ(12)とが、前記支持体外被上で相互に圧入される、請求項13または14記載の方法。
