Description
図1は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第1ウィンドウ構造物を含む第1ディスプレイ装置100を説明するための断面図である。図2は、図1の接着減少層16に存在する微細突起による文様16aを示す平面図である。図3は、図1の文様の微細突起の事例を示す断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図及び平面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、図面に示されない構成要素もあり得る。
図5は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第2ウィンドウ構造物26を含む第3ディスプレイ装置300を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。このとき、第3ディスプレイ装置300は、タッチスクリーンカバー層24を有することを除いては、第1ディスプレイ装置100と同様である。これにより、同一の参照符号についての詳細な説明を省略する。このとき、第2ウィンドウ構造物26にも、第1ウィンドウ構造物22と同様に、付加要素をさらに含んでもよい。
図6は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第3ウィンドウ構造物30を含む第4ディスプレイ装置400を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。このとき、第4ディスプレイ装置400は、各層の位置を変更することを除いては、基本的に第1ディスプレイ装置100と同様である。以下では、前述した内容と重複する事項は省略するか、または簡単に説明する。
図7は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第4ウィンドウ構造物34を含む第5ディスプレイ装置500を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。このとき、第5ディスプレイ装置500は、接着層12が着脱層32に置き換わっている以外は、第1ディスプレイ装置100と同様である。以下では、前述した内容と重複する事項は省略するか、または簡単に説明する。
着脱層32は、それぞれ単層、または層毎に異なる物質からなる多層、または少なくとも1つが単層であってもよい。多層は、本発明の着脱層32のそれぞれが使用される環境に応じて、各層を構成する物質を適宜選択してもよい。着脱層32のそれぞれの厚さは、十分に粘着する度合いであれば可能であり、好ましくは10μm〜200μmである。前記厚さは、本発明が属する分野における通常の知識を有する者であれば、繰り返しの実験を通じて得られることは自明である。
図8は、本発明の実施例による着脱可能な第5ウィンドウ構造物36を含む第6ディスプレイ装置600を説明するための断面図である。但し、厳密な意味での断面図を表現したものではなく、説明の便宜のために、断面図に示されない構成要素もあり得る。このとき、第6ディスプレイ装置600は、接着層12を有さないことを除いては、第4ディスプレイ装置400と同様である。これにより、同一の参照符号についての詳細な説明を省略する。このとき、第5ウィンドウ構造物36にも、第3ウィンドウ構造物30と同様に、付加要素をさらに含んでもよい。

Claims (8)
- ウィンドウ及びディスプレイを含み、タッチスクリーンが選択的に含まれ、微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置において、
前記ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン及びディスプレイのいずれか一つに位置し、接着力が0.1gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmの着脱層と、
前記ウィンドウ、タッチスクリーン及びディスプレイのいずれか一つにおいて、前記着脱層に対向して位置して、前記着脱層の接着力を減少させる接着減少層の一部に形成される微細突起による文様と、
を含み、
前記着脱層は、前記接着減少層の微細突起間の空間に浸透することにより前記接着減少層を透明にすることを特徴とする、微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。 - 前記着脱層は、アクリル系ポリマー、シリコーン系ポリマーまたはウレタン系ポリマーである熱硬化性樹脂または紫外線硬化型樹脂に架橋剤が混合された接着剤、またはこれらの混合物、またはこれらの共重合体の中から選ばれたいずれか一つであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着減少層は、フッ素系樹脂もしくはシリコーン系樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記接着減少層は、チタニア(TiO2)あるいはシリカ(SiO2)からなる蒸着層、または、前記蒸着層の上にフッ素系樹脂もしくはシリコーン系樹脂を含有する層が位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記着脱層の接着力は、前記接着減少層により0.5gf/25mm〜500gf/25mmであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細突起文様の断面は、角張っているか、または、曲率を有するか、あるいは、これらが組み合わされたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細突起文様は、ライン状、格子状、島状またはこれらが組み合わされた形状に配列されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
- 前記微細突起文様は、文字または図形、あるいは、これらの組み合わせであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の微細突起文様を有する接着減少層を含むディスプレイ装置。
