Description
Claims (5)
- 本体部に貫通して形成した筒状の通路における一方の開口端を高圧流体の導入口、他方の開口端を減圧流体の取出口とし、前記通路における前記導入口の内方に弁座シートを内側に有するとともに前記通路の軸線方向への貫通孔を形成した弁座シート保持部材からなる弁座を介して調圧室を配置し、前記通路の前記調圧室と前記取出口との間に前記弁座シートに密接可能な先端面を有するとともに両端を開放した筒状の連通通路を有する調圧弁体と前記調圧弁体の前記通路における取出口側の外周に包囲して形成されたピストン部とからなるピストン調圧弁が前記通路の軸線方向に摺動可能に且つ前記ピストン部の周囲において前記調圧室と同軸上に並行して設けられた大気室内に配置された所定の荷重を有する調圧ばねにより前記通路における取出口方向に付勢されており、前記導入口から導入される高圧流体が前記調圧弁体の弁座シート保持部材に形成した貫通孔を介して弁座シートと前記弁座シートに向かい合うように設けられた調圧室へ導入されて連通通路が形成された調圧弁体を通過して前記調圧弁体と接合されたピストンに作用する流体の圧力による荷重と調圧室とは逆側にピストンに作用する調圧ばねによる荷重が釣り合うことにより前記弁座シートと調圧弁体の開口面積を変化させて前記調圧室の流体圧力を制御することで所望の圧力に調整した流体を取出口から取り出すレギュレータにおいて、
前記ピストン調圧弁を形成する前記弁座シートに密接する調圧弁体とその外周に包囲して形成される前記調圧ばねを作用させるピストン部が別体に形成されており、前記導入口から通路に挿入した前記調圧弁体と前記取出口から通路に挿入したピストン部を互いに所望の軸線方向位置で嵌合して後、各製品毎にばね荷重をモニタリングし、指定荷重となった状態で圧入または溶接の少なくとも一方の手段にて固定したことを特徴とするレギュレータ。 - 前記調圧弁体の弁座シート側内周先端が先端方向に向けて前記弁座シートの径よりも大径に拡開するテーパ形状に形成されているとともに、前記弁座シートの径が前記弁座シートに対向して配置される前記通路の内周面と前記調圧弁体の外周との間に嵌挿される高圧燃料室気密シール径と同径であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のレギュレータ。
- 前記調圧弁体の内周面と接する前記弁座シートの外周面が丸みを帯びた形状であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のレギュレータ。
- 弁座シートが弾性を有した高分子材料により形成された緩衝材を介して前記通路の軸直方向に摺動可能に設置された前記弁座シート保持部材に形成した凹部に設置されており、調圧弁体と弁座シートの均一な接触を可能としたことを特徴とする請求項1,2,3または4記載のレギュレータ。
