Description
Claims (10)
- ポリエーテルポリオール組成物であって、
2〜4の平均公称ヒドロキシル官能価及び120〜1500の数平均当量を有する第1のポリエーテルポリオールであって、前記第1のポリエーテルポリオールはプロピレンオキシド、またはエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドで形成され、エチレンオキシドに由来する0重量パーセント〜15重量パーセントの構成単位、及びプロピレンオキシドに由来する85重量パーセント〜100重量パーセントの構成単位を有するポリマー鎖を含む、第1のポリエーテルポリオールと、
4.7の平均公称ヒドロキシル官能価及び120〜800の数平均当量を有する第2のポリエーテルポリオールであって、ポリプロピレンオキシドポリマー鎖を含み、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオールは、1種のアルキレンオキシドで形成され、前記1種のアルキレンオキシドはプロピレンオキシドである、第2のポリエーテルポリオールと、
2〜4の平均公称ヒドロキシル官能価、200〜500の数平均当量を有する第3のポリエーテルポリオールであって、前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールはエチレンオキシドおよびプロピレンオキシドで形成され、エチレンオキシドに由来する30重量パーセント〜85重量パーセントの構成単位、及びプロピレンオキシドに由来する15重量パーセント〜70重量パーセントの構成単位を有するポリマー鎖を含む、第3のポリエーテルポリオールと、を含み、
前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物が、エチレンオキシドに由来する20重量パーセント〜50重量パーセントの構成単位とされ、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物が、3.05〜4.1の総平均公称ヒドロキシル官能価を有し、前記ポリエーテルポリオール組成物が、250〜400の総数平均当量を有する、ポリエーテルポリオール組成物。 - 前記第1のポリエーテルポリオールが、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの組み合わせ当たり10部〜60部とされ、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオールが、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの前記組み合わせ当たり3部〜40部とされ、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールが、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの前記組み合わせ当たり30部〜70部とされる、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルポリオール組成物。
- 前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールが、公称トリオールである、請求項1に記載のポリエーテルポリオール組成物。
- 半硬質発泡体配合物であって、
請求項1に記載のポリエーテルポリオール組成物と、
ポリイソシアネートであって、但し、前記ポリイソシアネートが、トルエンジイソシアネートではない、ポリイソシアネートと、を含み、前記半硬質発泡体配合物が、70〜105の範囲のイソシアネート指数を有する、半硬質発泡体配合物。 - 前記ポリイソシアネートが、2.1〜3.2の平均イソシアネート官能価を有する、請求項4に記載の半硬質発泡体配合物。
- 100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの組み合わせ当たり0.5部〜5部とされる発泡剤を更に含む、請求項4に記載の半硬質発泡体配合物。
- 請求項4に記載の半硬質発泡体配合物を硬化させることによって形成される、半硬質発泡体。
- 前記半硬質発泡体が、ISO 3386に従って測定されるとき、40%において3.5キロパスカル〜30.0キロパスカルの圧縮荷重撓みを有するが、但し硬度は第1のサイクル中に測定される、請求項7に記載の半硬質発泡体。
- 半硬質発泡体を形成するための方法であって、
請求項1に記載のポリエーテルポリオール組成物とポリイソシアネートとを組み合わせて、70〜105の範囲のイソシアネート指数を有する半硬質発泡体配合物を形成することと、
前記半硬質発泡体配合物を硬化させて、前記半硬質発泡体を形成することと、を含む、方法。 - 水を前記半硬質発泡体配合物に添加することであって、前記水が、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの組み合わせ当たり0.5部〜3.5部とされる、添加することと、
触媒及び界面活性剤を、前記半硬質発泡体配合物に添加することであって、前記触媒が、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの前記組み合わせ当たり0.05部〜5部とされ、前記界面活性剤が、100部の前記第1のポリエーテルポリオール、前記第2のポリエーテルポリオール、及び前記第3のポリエーテルポリオールの前記組み合わせ当たり0.1部〜1.5部とされる、添加することと、を更に含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
