Description
The present invention relates to a bag-shaped tactile sensor provided with a cloth-shaped sensor formed by assembling a sensor electric wire having piezoelectricity.
Conventionally, a tactile sensor is attached to a bag-shaped woven fabric such as a glove worn on a human hand to detect the pressure applied to the woven fabric, or the tactile sensor is deformed to move the woven fabric. (For example, see Patent Document 1). In this tactile sensor, electrode films are formed on both sides of a string-shaped piezoelectric material whose opposite sides are flat, and the outside of both electrode films is covered with an insulating film, respectively. It is formed into a woven cloth by weaving it alternately like this. Then, a woven fabric formed in the shape of a woven fabric is attached to the instep of the glove and the fingers on the instep side so that the movement of each finger can be detected individually.
Such a bag-shaped tactile sensor is effective when detecting finger movement, but it can measure the pressure when the object to be processed is grasped by a gloved hand, or the part of a hand such as a robot. There is a problem that it is not possible to cope with gripping the object to be processed with a predetermined pressure. Further, since the tactile sensor needs to bend along the surface of the object to be processed, it is required to have flexibility that can be deformed in all directions. However, since the above-mentioned piezoelectric fiber is formed flat, it is necessary. There is a problem that it is easy to bend in the thickness direction but difficult to bend in the width direction.
The present invention has been made to address the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a bag-shaped tactile sensor suitable for being attached to the hand of a human or a robot and performing a predetermined process. In the following description of each constituent requirement of the present invention, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, the reference numerals of the corresponding parts of the embodiments are described in parentheses, but the constituent requirement of the present invention is carried out. It should not be construed as limited to the configuration of the corresponding parts indicated by the code of the form.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the structural features of the bag-shaped tactile sensor according to the present invention are a flexible elongated cylindrical piezoelectric body (12, 32, 42, 52) and the inside of the piezoelectric body. A sensor wire (11,11a,11b, 31,31a) composed of an inner conductor (13,33,43,53) formed and an outer conductor (14,34,44,54) formed outside the piezoelectric body. , 41, 51, 61, 61a) and a bag-shaped tactile sensor (10, 25, 26, 28) equipped with a cloth-like sensor (10a, 10c, 10d, 10e, 10f, 25a, 26a, 28a). ) , The sensor wire forms an internal band-shaped layer (33a) for forming an internal conductor in the central portion in the width direction of one surface of the elongated piezoelectric film (32a) constituting the piezoelectric body, and the piezoelectric film. is the formation width direction of the wound to overlap the edges into a cylindrical shape, and is formed in a hand bag shape, together with the cloth-like sensor is disposed in a portion in contact with at least the object to be treated, the cloth-like sensor on both sides, the thickness is insulation resistance of the protective cover made of a soft resin film (15) is formed of 100Myuemu~1.2M m, it is to be used by mounting the hand as the hand massage device.
The bag-shaped tactile sensor according to the present invention is formed in a bag shape that covers the grip portion that grips the object to be processed, and a cloth-like sensor made of a sensor wire is arranged at least in a portion that comes into contact with the object to be processed. The sensor wire is composed of a cylindrical piezoelectric body, an internal conductor formed inside the piezoelectric body, and an external conductor formed outside the piezoelectric body, and the piezoelectric body applies a voltage according to the amount of deformation. As it occurs, it deforms when a voltage is applied. Further, since the cross-sectional shape of the sensor electric wire is formed in a circular shape, the sensor electric wire can be expanded and contracted in the axial direction and can be deformed in any direction around the axis. Therefore, according to the bag-shaped tactile sensor according to the present invention, it is suitable for measuring the pressure when the object to be processed is grasped by a hand such as a person or a robot, or for grasping the object to be processed with a predetermined pressure. A bag-shaped tactile sensor can be obtained.
Materials constituting the piezoelectric include polylactic acid, vinylidene fluoride, vinylidene cyanide, polyamide, vinylidene cyanide, polytetrafluoroethylene and their foams and polymers, their copolymers and their laminates. , Further, a foam or the like can be used. Further, as the material constituting the inner conductor and the outer conductor, various conductive materials such as metals such as copper, silver, platinum and aluminum and alloys thereof can be used, and when silver and aluminum are used, the materials may be used. , It is preferable to form the inner conductor and the outer conductor as a layer by vapor deposition. Further, as a material constituting the inner conductor and the outer conductor, a conductive polymer, a conductive paint, or the like can be used, which further increases the flexibility. Further, the cloth-like sensor is composed of a sensor woven fabric in which a sensor wire is woven like a woven fabric and a sensor knitted fabric in which a sensor wire is woven like a knitted fabric.
In addition, due to abnormal youngest treetops nerve against human numbness in the hands occurs, it is carried out be restored to massage therapy the finger. In such a case, the present invention can massage the fingers by repeatedly deforming the bag-shaped tactile sensor by applying a voltage to the sensor electric wire in the same operation. According to this, the manpower for massaging is not required, and long-term treatment becomes possible.
Yet another structural feature of the bag-shaped tactile sensor according to the present invention is an elongated cylindrical piezoelectric body having flexibility, an internal conductor formed inside the piezoelectric body, and an internal conductor formed outside the piezoelectric body. A bag-shaped tactile sensor (27) provided with a cloth-like sensor (27a) formed by assembling a sensor wire composed of an external conductor, wherein the sensor wire is one surface of an elongated piezoelectric film constituting a piezoelectric body. the inner belt layer is formed for forming the inner conductor in the central portion widthwise of being formed into a circular cylindrical shape by winding to overlap the edges of the width direction of the piezoelectric film, and is formed in a glove shape , Two bag-shaped tactile sensations connected to a communication control unit equipped with a signal conversion unit that converts a pressure signal into a character signal, a communication unit that can send and receive signals, and a display unit that displays characters via a leader line. It is intended to be used as a hand-character reading device that enables communication between sensors.
Hiragana is a method of expressing hiragana characters one by one using hands, and is used to facilitate communication between deaf people or between deaf people and healthy people. According to the present invention, when a character is expressed by a hand wearing a bag-shaped tactile sensor, the bag-shaped tactile sensor can detect the movement of the hand and determine the character. Therefore, by communicating the detection signal of the bag-shaped tactile sensor using a communication means, it becomes possible to communicate the intention with a person in a remote place. In this case, the communication means preferably includes a conversion device that converts a pressure signal into a character signal and a display device that displays characters, but may include a voice generator that emits voice. Further, in the present invention, the cloth-like sensor may be incorporated on both the palm side and the instep side of the bag-shaped tactile sensor.
Still another structural feature of the bag-shaped tactile sensor according to the present invention is that the bag-shaped tactile sensor is formed in the shape of a glove, and the sensor electric wire is arranged at a higher density in the finger portion (25a1) than in the other portion (25a2). It is in. When gripping the object to be processed or when performing a predetermined expression by hand, the finger portion is deformed more than the other portions, so it is preferable to increase the detection sensitivity of the finger portion. In the present invention, since the density of the sensor wire of the finger portion is made higher than that of the other portions, a bag-shaped tactile sensor with higher sensitivity can be obtained.
(First Embodiment)
Hereinafter, the first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a bag-shaped
As shown in FIG. 3, the sensor woven
The

In addition, polyvinylidene fluoride is a lightweight polymer material that produces a piezoelectric effect when a high voltage is applied and polarized, and has the property that a voltage is generated when an external force is applied to it and distortion occurs when a voltage is applied. ing.

FIG. 5 shows a

The
In this case, the intersection of the warp A and the weft B can be used as the detection point. Further, by integrating the signals detected when the warp A and the weft B are scanned for a certain period of time, the shape of the object to be processed and the position of the pressure peak can be determined. Further, the
In this case, first, the contour of the pressure-applied portion a is obtained by scanning from the
As described above, the bag-shaped
Further, in the bag-shaped

FIG. 7 shows a bag-shaped

FIG. 10 shows a bag-shaped

FIG. 16 shows the sensor

Instead of each of the sensor fabrics described above, the sensor knitted

The
The
As described above, the sensor
Further, since the
At this time, compressive stress is generated on the inner surface side and tensile stress is generated on the outer surface side of both side portions on the long axis side (left and right sides of the cross section of FIG. 19B) in the

(Modification example 3 of sensor wire)
21 (a) and 21 (b) show the sensor
In the manufacture of the sensor

(Modification example 4 of sensor wire)
23 (a) and 23 (b) show the sensor
When manufacturing this
The inner and outer diameters of the
Also in this case, by changing the diameter of the core wire used for winding the

Further, as a modification 5 of the sensor electric wire, as shown in FIGS. 25 (a) and 25 (b), a plurality of sensor
