Description
The present invention relates to an iontophoretic periodontal ligament anesthesia machine.
Anesthesia performed at a dental clinic is a type of local anesthesia in which an anesthetic is injected by injection from a toothpaste near the site to be anesthetized. The most commonly used anesthesia method is explained by taking FIG. 3 as an example. This is called infiltration anesthesia, in which an anesthetic is infiltrated into the bone supporting the tooth, that is, the alveolar bone 3 to reach the nerve 4 of the tooth and exert its effect. The alveolar bone 3 has a structure in which a dense and hard bone called cortical bone is present on the surface, and a coarse pumice-like bone called cancellous bone is contained therein. Therefore, a few minutes after the injection of the anesthetic, after passing through the alveolar bone 3, it reaches the nerve 4 of the tooth and paralyzes 2 to 3 teeth around the injected tooth. Therefore, this anesthesia method is adopted as an indispensable method for ordinary dental treatment such as tooth extraction and dental caries treatment.
However, in spite of the high usefulness described above, such anesthesia methods are generally not very welcomed by patients. This is because, in the actual procedure, there is a feeling of fear that the needle tip of the injection needle approaches the eye, and a dull pain and discomfort that occurs when the anesthetic is injected, which makes the patient uncomfortable. Because I often feel it.
In order to alleviate such pain during anesthesia as much as possible, an electric syringe for anesthesia during dental treatment has been proposed. For example, in an electric syringe in which a pusher presses and moves a rubber stopper of a cartridge containing an anesthetic to allow the anesthetic to flow into a dental injection needle and discharge the anesthetic from the needle tip. It has been proposed to start from a small rate so that the injection amount is small, increase the injection rate at a constant rate of change, and control the movement amount so that the injection rate becomes constant after a predetermined period of time. (Patent Document 1).
According to such an electric syringe, by reducing the injection rate at the beginning, the pain felt at the beginning of the injection can be reduced, and the patient can feel reassured.
However, in terms of injecting with an injection needle, although the pain is alleviated as before, it is not completely painless, and the needle tip of the injection needle approaches the eyes. Was not something that could be removed.
Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and anesthesia is performed with a needleless needle that integrates a tiny electrode and an anesthetic injector, which is less invasive, can be anesthetized almost painlessly and efficiently. It is an object of the present invention to provide an ion-introduced periodontal ligament anesthesia machine for gingival sulcus.
In order to solve the above problems, the iontophoretic periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention employs the following means.
The iontophoretic periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention
A drug solution injector that can store an anesthetic cartridge and has a tip injection nozzle that injects the anesthetic into the gingival sulcus.
An electric discharger formed so that a predetermined amount of anesthetic can be discharged from the tip injection nozzle with respect to the chemical liquid injector.
An iontophoresis device that generates ions in the tip injection nozzle,
The counter electrode plate installed in the mouth and
With
The positive electrode of the iontophoresis device is connected to the tip injection nozzle, and the negative electrode is connected to the counter electrode plate.
The tip of the tip injection nozzle is characterized in that it is formed flat.
In the iontophoresis type periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention, positive ion introduction is started at the same time as injection of the anesthetic from the tip injection nozzle while filling the gingival sulcus with the anesthetic. Since the anesthetic solution filled in the gingival sulcus is positively charged, when a positive weak electrode is passed through the tip nozzle as an electrode, the anesthetic repels each other and the anesthetic easily tries to separate from the periodontal ligament. Pushed in. Then, it is delivered to the periodontal ligament and nerve fibers that are negatively charged as game electrodes. As described above, according to the ion-introduced root membrane anesthesia machine according to the present invention, anesthesia is performed by filling the gingival groove with an anesthetic without pointing the injection needle at the gingiva. Anesthesia can be performed without causing pain or discomfort at the time of injection, and since the patient does not have an injection needle, it is possible to prevent the patient from feeling the fear of giving an injection.
Further, in the iontophoresis type periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention, the tip injection nozzle includes an electrode erecting portion erected from the tip injection nozzle, and the electrode erecting portion is formed by an IC clip. It may be characterized in that it is detachably attached to a chemical injection device.
By adopting such a configuration, the tip injection nozzle can be easily replaced, and an iontophoresis type periodontal ligament anesthesia machine having excellent hygiene can be obtained.
Further, in the iontophoretic periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention, the tip injection nozzle is coated with an insulator except for the tip portion from which the anesthetic is discharged and the sandwiching portion sandwiched between the IC clips. It may be characterized by.
By adopting such a configuration, it is possible to prevent the patient from accidentally touching a part other than the gingival sulcus (for example, tongue, cheek or lip), and reduce the possibility of causing electrical pain. Can be done.
Further, in the iontophoresis type periodontal ligament anesthesia machine according to the present invention, the counter electrode plate may be attached to a substantially S-shaped hook portion that can be hooked on the lip. ..
By adopting such a configuration, not only the counter electrode plate can be easily attached to the patient, but also safety can be improved by moving away from the heart region sensitive to the stimulation of electric current.
Hereinafter, the iontophoretic periodontal
As shown in FIG. 1, the iontophoretic periodontal
The
The
The
The
The iontophoresis type periodontal
As described above, the anesthesia by the ion-introduced periodontal
The ion-introducing periodontal
Anesthesia with an ion-introduced
However, according to the ion-introduced root
