Claims (3)
- 平行に延びている第1導体と第2導体の間で前記第1導体に隣接している第3導体を前記第1導体に溶接する溶接装置であり、
前記第1導体と前記第3導体を挟み込む第1ツメと第2ツメを有しているクランプと、
前記第1導体と前記第2導体と前記第3導体の並び方向に対して斜め方向から前記第3導体に向けて溶接レーザを照射するレーザ照射装置と、
を備えており、
前記レーザ照射装置は、溶接レーザの照射点が前記第3導体の所定範囲内を移動するように前記照射点を変更可能であり、
前記第1ツメは、前記第1導体と当接する当接面と、前記当接面に対向している梁を備えており、
前記クランプが前記第1導体と前記第3導体を挟み込んだ状態において、前記梁が前記第2導体と前記第3導体の間に位置するとともに、前記梁と前記第2ツメが、前記所定範囲で反射した前記溶接レーザの反射レーザを遮るように位置している、溶接装置。 - 前記梁の前記当接面と対向する側とは反対側の面と前記当接面との間の距離が、前記第1導体と前記第2導体の間の距離に等しい、請求項1に記載の溶接装置。
- 前記梁の前記溶接レーザの光路に対向する面の前記当接面に近い側の部分が、前記溶接レーザの光路に対して平行になっている、請求項1又は2に記載の溶接装置。
