Description
The present invention relates to a repair method applied to a building foundation and a foundation structure of a building constructed by the repair method.
Anchor bolts that connect superstructures such as column bases and foundations to reinforced concrete foundations are buried in the foundations of buildings such as houses. When an earthquake occurs, the entire building shakes, and vertical force (tensile force) and horizontal force (shear force) act on the anchor bolts buried in the foundation. The anchor bolts embedded in the foundation and the concrete constituting the foundation resist the vertical force and the horizontal force, and the earthquake resistance of the superstructure is ensured.
According to the current Building Standards Law, various provisions are made to ensure building safety even in the event of a normal earthquake, but in existing buildings built before that, cracks and peeling occurred in the concrete foundation due to a large earthquake or the like. There was an aspect that could not be denied. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, when a large horizontal force acts on the
For example,
Although the technology disclosed in
In addition, assuming a large earthquake that may occur in the future, not only will the defective part be repaired to its original shape, but the repaired part will not be damaged again at the same time as the repair work. It is desirable to provide reinforcement.
In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a new building foundation that effectively repairs defects generated in the building foundation to increase the strength of the building and enables the building to be used with peace of mind. It provides repair methods and foundation structures for buildings.
The solution of the present invention for achieving the above object is a method for repairing a building foundation in which a defect formed in the building foundation is repaired by using a reinforcing member. Anchor bolts are embedded in the building foundation, and the reinforcing member has a flat plate member provided with a through hole and a new anchor inserted through the through hole. As the repair method, a drilling step of drilling an embedding hole of the new anchor in the vicinity of the anchor bolt in which the lower end portion is embedded in the defective portion in the lateral direction intersecting with the anchor bolt, and the embedding hole. Anchor installation step of burying one end of the new anchor and installing the new anchor in the defective portion, and inserting the other end of the new anchor into the through hole of the flat plate member to form the flat plate member. A flat plate member installation step of fixing the anchor bolt in contact with the anchor bolt and installing the flat plate member in the defective portion, and after each of the steps, the defective portion is repaired to the original shape with a repair agent. The configuration includes processes.
According to this specific item, the defective part generated in the building foundation can be repaired to the original shape while being reinforced by the reinforcing member, and the strength performance can be improved in the vicinity of the buried anchor bolt as compared with that before the repair. Is possible.
As a repair method for the building foundation, more specifically, the flat plate member of the reinforcing member is provided with a plurality of through holes and a plurality of new anchors are provided. In the drilling process, the building foundation is provided with a plurality of through holes. It is preferable that the embedding holes are bored between the anchor bolts and on the side portions of the anchor bolts for a plurality of adjacent anchor bolts that are embedded. Further, in the flat plate member installation step, it is preferable to dispose the flat plate member so as to straddle a plurality of anchor bolts.
As a result, it is possible to correspond to a plurality of embedded anchor bolts with one reinforcing member, and it is possible to repair various forms of defective portions while structurally reinforcing them.
The foundation structure of a building repaired by the building foundation repair method is also within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention. That is, it is a foundation structure of a building using the reinforcing member, and the reinforcing member is screwed to a flat plate member having a through hole, a new anchor disposed through the through hole, and the new anchor. and a nut that, the lower end portion of the anchor bolt is embedded in the building foundation. The embedded portion of the anchor bolt, wherein the flat plate member is additionally provided, the nut screw relative to the new anchor is implanted so as to intersect with is inserted into the through hole of the flat plate member to the anchor bolt wherein in wearing state reinforcing member is embedded in the building foundation, said one of the surfaces of the flat plate member is opposed to the anchor bolt, is the nut screwed on the new anchor from the other surface, the flat plate member Is fixed so as to intersect the anchor bolt.
Due to this specific matter, the horizontal force acting on the anchor bolts buried in the building foundation can be borne by the reinforcing members buried so as to intersect with the anchor bolts, and the strength performance in the building foundation. Can be increased.
In the present invention, a defective portion generated in a building foundation is repaired by using a flat plate member provided with a through hole and a reinforcing member having a new anchor inserted through the through hole. As a result, the flat plate member is embedded so that one surface faces the anchor bolt and intersects the anchor bolt, and the newly installed anchor is embedded in the lateral direction intersecting the anchor bolt. It is possible to make the structure stronger than before the repair, and it is possible to suppress the occurrence of damage around the anchor bolt.
Hereinafter, the building foundation repair method and the building foundation structure according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In this embodiment, even if the building has sufficient seismic strength, it is assumed that the building foundation is partially damaged due to the action of a relatively large horizontal force due to a large earthquake or the like. For example, as shown in FIG. 12, even if a

The
The through
The

In this embodiment, among the reinforced concrete direct foundations applied to buildings such as houses, the foundation structure of the footing foundation such as the cloth foundation (continuous foundation) will be described. In each of the drawings to be referred to, the concrete constituting the
A plurality of
As shown in FIG. 2, two existing
At the start of the repair work, the fragile portion on the surface of the
-Punching step Next, the reinforcing
In this case, the concrete constituting the
The embedding
As shown in FIG. 4, each embedded
-Anchor installation process Next, a
As shown in FIG. 5, first, the
Next, one end of the

-Flat plate member installation process Next, the
Specifically, the other end of the
After that, as shown in FIG. 7, the
-Putting process Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the
After the
As a result, the reinforcing
(Other embodiments)
The repair method for the
The repair method of the
In this form, the
The
Further, in the reinforcing
As shown in FIG. 10, the reinforcing
The
The building foundation repair method and the building foundation structure according to the present invention described above can be applied to either a wooden structure or a steel structure.
