Claims (12)

前記電子機器区画(980)と流体連通する冷却ループ(986)と、前記電子機器区画(980)を通して第3のガス(990)を循環させて電子部品(982)を冷却するために、前記冷却ループ(986)と動作可能に連結された第3のガス循環装置(988)とを含む電子機器冷却サブシステム(984)と、をさらに備える、請求項1記載の付加製造装置(900)。 - 前記凝縮ループ(942)は、排出ポート(950)及び吸入ポート(952)を画定し、前記排出ポート(950)及び前記吸入ポート(952)は、前記第1のガス(946)を作業面(902)の上を循環させるために、前記作業面(902)に近接して配置される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記第1のガス(946)と前記第2のガス(962)とは異なるガスである、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記第1のガス(946)及び前記第2のガス(962)は、アルゴンガスまたは窒素ガスである、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記第1のガス(946)及び前記第2のガス(962)は、大気圧よりも大きい異なる圧力を有する、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記第1のガス(946)は、前記第2のガス(962)よりも低い圧力かつ高い流量で循環される、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記凝縮物排出サブシステム(940)および前記閉ループサブシステム(960)のうちの少なくとも1つは、フィルタ(992)を備える、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 前記第1のガス循環装置(944)及び前記第2のガス循環装置(968)が、圧縮ポンプまたは送風機である、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記高感度構成要素(964)が前記ガントリ(916)であり、前記パージエアループ(966)が前記第2のガス(962)を前記ガントリ(916)の上を循環させるように位置決めされ方向付けられている、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
- 少なくとも1つの前記高感度構成要素(964)が前記ビルドユニット(904)のスキャナ(908)であり、前記パージエアループ(966)が前記スキャナ(908)のレンズ(914)上で前記第2のガス(962)を循環させるように配置され方向付けられている、請求項1に記載の付加製造装置(900)。
