Description

The present invention relates to a dust collector pretreatment device that pretreats a gas containing a fire generated by machining that is sucked into the dust collector.

A dust collector is used not only when performing work in a room where various types of dust and the like are present, but also when performing machining such as welding work and cutting. The dust collector sucks gas containing dust, welding fume, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the gas to be processed) from the intake port, collects the dust with a filter, separates and removes it, and discharges the air from which the dust, etc. is separated from the exhaust port. do. There are two types of dust collectors, dry type and wet type. The dry type collects dust and welding fume using a filter and collision plate, and the wet type uses water to extinguish the particles that become the source of fire such as welding fume and to remove dust. It is for collecting. A wet dust collector that generates water droplets, mist, or the like to collect fume is described in Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-736.

In the wet dust collector described in Patent Document 1, the gas to be treated sucked from the side of the dust collector comes into contact with the water surface to generate fine water droplets or mist to extinguish the fire. However, if gas is sucked in and discharged from the side of the dust collector, or if the gas inlet or outlet is facing sideways, it will not directly collide with the water surface, and the inner wall of the taxiway or collision plate that guides the gas will not collide. After contacting the water surface, it collides with the water surface. Therefore, in the configuration as shown in Patent Document 1, there is a problem that the fire extinguishing ability of the dust collector is low, and the gas to be treated including the fire type may be discharged without being extinguished or ignited inside the dust collector. In addition, if gas is sucked from the side of the dust collector, the gas flow path becomes complicated and the device becomes large. In addition, since a tub is provided to collect the generated water droplets, the dust collected by the water droplets accumulates in the tub and dries, and the dust remaining in the tub contains the gas to be treated that cannot be extinguished and the fire remains. If it hits, it may catch fire and the dust collector itself may get hot or ignite inside the dust collector.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to extinguish a fire contained in the gas as a pretreatment of a gas containing a fire generated by machining by being sucked by a dust collector. The purpose is to provide a dust collector pretreatment device that can be used.

In order to achieve the above object, the dust collector pretreatment device of the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the present invention is a dust collector pretreatment device that pretreats a gas containing a fire generated by machining that is sucked into the dust collector, and has a box-shaped housing and an intake port provided on the upper surface of the housing. An intake pipe that communicates with the inside of the housing and is provided at the intake port and extends downward from the intake port, a water storage tank provided at the lower part of the housing, and the water storage tank. It is provided with a partition plate provided above and having a plurality of through holes, a collision plate provided above the partition plate, and an exhaust pipe provided in the exhaust port that communicates with the inside of the housing. The discharge port of the intake pipe is oriented so as to face the water surface in the water storage tank, is arranged at a position above the water surface and below the partition plate, and is sucked from the intake port. The gas is characterized in that it rises after being delivered toward the water surface, passes through the through hole, collides with a collision plate, and heads toward the exhaust port. According to this configuration, the gas to be treated flows directly from the intake port to the vicinity of the water surface of the water tank and comes into contact with the water surface, the fire type directly collides with the water surface, and the fire type contained in the gas to be treated is surely extinguished. can do.

Further, in the present invention, a gap is provided between the outer edge portion of the collision plate and the inner wall of the housing. According to this, it is possible to form a gas flow path from the center to the outside of the housing, bring a larger amount of gas into contact with the inner wall on the side of the housing, and drop water droplets contained in the gas. can.

Further, in the present invention, the outer edge portion of the collision plate is provided with a bent portion formed by being bent downward. According to this, after the gas comes into contact with the water surface, the gas containing water droplets rises, comes into contact with the collision plate, and can come into contact with the bent portion to drop the water droplets, so that the water droplets are discharged from the exhaust port. To prevent that. At the same time, since the water droplets fall without staying, the cold fires and dust contained in the water droplets do not remain in the bent portion, and the cold fires and dust can be prevented from igniting.

Further, in the present invention, the exhaust pipe extends downward from the exhaust port, and the inflow port of the exhaust pipe faces downward, projects into the housing, and is above the collision plate. According to this, the gas containing the water droplets that did not fall at the collision plate or the bent portion can come into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe to drop the water droplets, and the water droplets enter the exhaust pipe. Can be prevented.

Further, in the present invention, a water supply port that is below the discharge port of the intake pipe and communicates with the water storage tank and the housing is provided on the side surface of the water storage tank. According to this, even if water is supplied from the water supply port, the water surface does not come above the discharge port of the intake pipe, and the height of the water surface can be adjusted. Then, it is possible to adjust the water surface height (amount of water) sufficient to extinguish the fire by colliding the gas to be treated from the discharge port of the intake pipe and the amount of water to be blown up.

According to the dust collector pretreatment device according to the present invention, the fire type contained in the gas can be extinguished as the pretreatment of the gas containing the fire type generated by the dust collector and generated by machining.

FIG. 6 shows a perspective view (schematic view) of a state in which the water storage tank 14 is separated from the dust collector pretreatment device 10. In all the drawings for explaining the embodiment, members having the same function may be designated by the same reference numerals, and the repeated description thereof may be omitted.

The dust collector pretreatment device 10 according to the present embodiment is a device that pretreats the gas to be treated. The gas to be treated is sucked into the dust collector pretreatment device 10 to perform pretreatment of the gas to be treated, and the pretreated gas is discharged from the dust collector pretreatment device 10 and sucked into the dust collector (not shown). As described above, the gas to be treated is a gas containing dust, welding fume, etc. generated by machining.

In the dust collector pretreatment device 10 according to the present embodiment, the water storage tank 14, the partition plate 16, and the collision plate 18 are housed in the box-shaped housing 12. On the upper surface of the housing 12, one intake port 20 and one exhaust port 22 are provided, and an intake pipe 24 and an exhaust pipe 26 for communicating the outside air and the inside of the housing 12 are provided, respectively. Further, the dust collector pretreatment device 10 according to the present invention is not provided with a motor or a fan, and the gas to be processed is sucked into the dust collector pretreatment device 10 by the suction force of the dust collector.

The water storage tank 14 is located at the lower part of the housing 12, and the water storage tank 14 contains an amount of water W having a height from the lower surface of the water storage tank 14 to the water surface h. The partition plate 16 is provided above the water storage tank 14, and the discharge port 28 of the intake pipe 24 faces the water surface in the water storage tank 14, is above the water surface, and is above the partition plate 16. It is arranged at a lower position. The dust collector pretreatment device 10 of the present embodiment is installed and used so that the water surface is horizontal.

The intake pipe 24 extends vertically downward (perpendicular to the water surface) from the intake port 20, and the discharge port 28 of the intake pipe 24 is above the water surface with a distance d from the water surface to the discharge port 28. It is above. The shape near the openings at both ends of the intake pipe 24 may be tapered outward like a trumpet.

The partition plate 16 has a plurality of through holes 30 as shown in the shaded portion of FIG. 1 (B). The partition plate 16 may be, for example, a punched metal plate, and is in a state in which gas flows through the through hole 30. The size and number of through holes 30 are not limited. However, the size of the through hole 30 is a size that does not significantly block the flow of gas when the gas containing water droplets passes through. Further, as shown in FIG. 2, the through hole 30 is provided in and around the center of the partition plate 16 and is not provided near the outer edge portion, in consideration of the gas flow, on the side of the housing 12. It is preferable because the inner wall is brought into contact with a gas containing water droplets. The partition plate 16 is arranged so as to be parallel to the upper surface and the lower surface of the housing 12 and the water surface, and is installed so that there is no gap between the inner wall on the side of the housing 12 and the outer edge portion of the partition plate. The size of the partition plate 16 may be set so that there is no gap, and the partition plate 16 may be sealed with packing or the like. Further, the partition plate 16 is provided with an opening for passing the intake pipe 24 through the water storage tank 14, and the edge of the opening is provided so that there is no gap formed between the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the intake pipe 24. It is sealed with packing or the like.

A collision plate 18 is provided above the partition plate 16. The collision plate 18 is a metal plate. The collision plate 18 is provided with an opening for passing the intake pipe 24 through the water storage tank 14, and the edge of the opening is packing or the like so that there is no gap formed between the opening and the outer peripheral surface of the intake pipe 24. It is sealed with. The collision plate 18 is arranged so as to have a positional relationship parallel to the upper surface, the lower surface, and the water surface of the housing 12. The area of the collision plate 18 is smaller than the area of the partition plate 16 in the direction perpendicular to the water surface. When the partition plate 16 and the collision plate 18 are viewed from above in the direction perpendicular to the water surface, the through hole 30 of the partition plate 16 is blocked by the collision plate 18 and becomes invisible. That is, the outer edge of the collision plate 18 is outside the outermost through hole 30. Further, the area of the collision plate 18 is equal to or larger than the total area of the through holes 30. Then, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, if the collision plate 18 is moved vertically on the partition plate 16, the through hole 30 is within the range of the collision plate 18 on the partition plate 16. .. In other words, the collision plate 18 is provided in the direction perpendicular to the through hole 30, and the collision plate 18 has a contact surface through which the gas that has passed through the through hole 30 can be brought into contact. By controlling the flow of gas by the size and arrangement of the through hole 30 and the collision plate 18 of the partition plate 16, the gas containing a large amount of water droplets after colliding with water flows directly to the exhaust pipe 26. Can be prevented. The rectangular collision plate 18 shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 has a size and arrangement such that a gap is provided between all the outer edges and the inner wall of the housing 12. Further, the collision plate 18 is pivotally supported from the lower surface of the collision plate 18 by a shaft support rod 32 inverted from the partition plate 16.

The outer edge portion of the collision plate 18 is provided with a bent portion 34 formed by being bent downward. In particular, the shape of the bent portion 34 is preferably an L shape that is perpendicular to the collision plate 18 below. As shown in the figure, bent portions 34 are provided on the four sides of the rectangular collision plate 18.

The exhaust pipe 26 extends vertically downward from the exhaust port 22, and the inflow port 36 of the exhaust pipe 26 projects downward into the housing 12 and is located above the collision plate 18. Set up. Similar to the intake pipe 24, the shape near the openings at both ends of the exhaust pipe 26 may be tapered outward like a trumpet.

Further, it is below the discharge port 28 of the intake pipe 24, and a water supply port 38 communicating with the water storage tank 14 and the housing 12 is provided on the side surface of the water storage tank 14, and the water supply port 38 and the discharge port 28 of the intake pipe 24 are provided. The distance d to the water surface and the height h from the lower surface of the water tank 14 to the water surface can be adjusted. As a result, the gas to be treated can be brought into contact with water more reliably. When the distance d is short, the amount of water that the gas to be treated comes into contact with and is blown up increases, the water is easily discharged from the exhaust port 22, and the water in the water storage tank 14 is easily reduced. Further, if the distance d is long, it becomes difficult to extinguish the fire in the gas to be treated. Further, if the height h is low and a sufficient amount of water is not provided in the water tank 14, the fire type cannot be sufficiently extinguished in the water tank 14, and the fire type collides with the partition plate 16. Besides, the amount of water can be confirmed. A drain port 42 for discharging the water in the confirmation window 40 and the water storage tank 14 to the outside of the housing 12 is provided.

The intake port 20 and the exhaust port 22 are provided on the upper surface of the housing 12, and the intake pipe 24 and the exhaust pipe 26 extend downward in the housing 12 in the vertical direction so as to be directly covered with the water surface. The processing gas can be brought into contact. At the same time, a reciprocating flow is formed in which the gas to be processed flows in from the top to the bottom and the gas is discharged from the bottom to the top, and the lateral movement distance of the air is shortened. Compared with the conventional dust collector pretreatment device that is exhausted, the installation area of the device can be reduced and the space can be saved.

The flow of the gas sucked and discharged by the dust collector pretreatment device 10 of the present embodiment will be described. First, the gas to be treated goes downward and comes into contact with the water surface of the water storage tank 14 from the intake port 20 through the intake pipe 24. That is, the fire in the gas to be treated directly collides with the water surface. At this time, the water surface undulates and soars due to the force of the gas, and at the same time, the fire type contained in the gas is taken into the water and the fire can be extinguished.

The water droplets soared by the force of contact with the gas and the gas after extinguishing the fire flow upward toward the exhaust pipe 26. On the way to the exhaust pipe 26, it passes through the through hole 30 of the partition plate 16. On the other hand, water droplets contained in the gas colliding with the lower surface of the partition plate 16 without passing through the through hole 30, dust contained in the gas after extinguishing the fire, and welding fume fall into the water storage tank 14.

As described above, the outer edge of the collision plate 18 is outside the outermost through hole 30, so that the gas flow can be controlled. The gas that has passed through the through hole 30 collides with the collision plate 18, the gas flow changes, flows along the lower surface of the collision plate 18, and then flows downward along the bent portion 34. By colliding with the collision plate 18 and providing the bent portion 34, even if a fire type remains in the gas, the fire can be extinguished, and the gas containing a large amount of the fire type and water can be directly sent to the exhaust pipe 26. Prevent going. Then, by providing the bent portion 34, the soaring water droplets, the welded fume that could not be completely dropped into the water, and the like can be dropped onto the partition plate 16 and the water storage tank 14 along the downward flow of the gas. Further, since the bent portion 34 is L-shaped and does not have a structure in which the bent portion is curved and water droplets are accumulated, water droplets, welding fume, etc. that cause ignition may be accumulated in the bent portion 34. It is possible to prevent ignition of dust and the like.

The gas that has fallen at the bent portion 34 flows toward the outer edge portion of the partition plate 16 and comes into contact with it. Since the outer edge of the partition plate 16 is not provided with the through hole 30, the gas is reflected and goes upward. The upward gas can flow along the inner wall of the housing 12. By providing the through hole 30 of the partition plate 16 in the center and its periphery without providing the through hole 30 at the outer edge portion, a gas flow from the center to the outside in the housing 12 can be formed, and a larger amount of gas can be provided in the housing 12. The water droplets contained in the gas can be dropped by contacting the inner wall on the side of the gas.

Next, the gas that has risen along the inner wall of the housing 12 flows along the upper surface of the housing 12 on the upper surface of the housing 12. Since the inflow port 36 of the exhaust pipe 26 projects downward into the housing 12, the gas flowing along the upper surface of the housing 12 comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 26. It falls and flows toward the inflow port 36 of the exhaust pipe 26. At this time, by contacting the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 26, even if the water droplets are contained in the gas, the water droplets contained in the gas can be dropped and the water can be removed from the air.

In this way, by bringing the intake pipe 24 close to the water surface and setting the position of the through hole 30 of the partition plate 16, the position and size of the collision plate 18, and the shape of the exhaust pipe 26, the object to be sucked by the dust collector is set. The fire of the processing gas can be extinguished more reliably. Further, the water can be removed from the gas containing a large amount of water after being brought into contact with water and dropped into the housing 12, and the gas containing no water can be discharged.

In the dust collector pretreatment device 10 of the present embodiment, the housing 12 can be separated. The lower portion of the housing 12 provided with the water storage tank 14 and the upper portion of the housing 12 provided with the partition plate 16 and the collision plate 18 are fastened with fasteners 44. By removing the fastener 44 and separating the water tank 14, it is possible to remove dust and cold fire that have accumulated in the water tank 14 from the water tank 14 and clean it.

A hose can be connected to the intake pipe 24 and the exhaust pipe 26, the hose can be brought close to the place where the welding fume is generated and sucked, and the pretreated gas can be discharged and sent to the dust collector.
