Description
Claims (6)
- 鉄道車両の車体と台車との間に介装されるとともにアンロード可能なアクチュエータと、
前記アクチュエータを制御するコントローラとを備え、
前記アクチュエータは、
シリンダと、前記シリンダ内に摺動自在に挿入されるピストンと、前記シリンダ内に挿入されて前記ピストンに連結されるロッドと、前記シリンダ内に前記ピストンで区画したロッド側室およびピストン側室と、タンクと、前記ロッド側室と前記ピストン側室とを連通する第一通路に設けた第一開閉弁と、前記ピストン側室と前記タンクとを連通する第二通路に設けた第二開閉弁と、前記ロッド側室へ液体を供給可能なポンプと、前記ポンプを駆動するモータと、前記ロッド側室と前記タンクとを連通する排出通路と、前記排出通路に設けた開弁圧を変更可能な可変リリーフ弁とを有し、
前記コントローラは、
前記車体の横方向の加速度を検知する加速度センサを有し、前記加速度センサが検知した加速度に基づいて目標制御力を求め、前記目標制御力に応じて前記可変リリーフ弁、前記第一開閉弁および前記第二開閉弁を制御して前記アクチュエータの推力を前記目標制御力となるように制御するとともに、
0を含む範囲で設定される不感帯に前記目標制御力があると、前記第一開閉弁と前記第二開閉弁とを開弁させて前記アクチュエータをアンロードする
ことを特徴とする鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記不感帯は、前記目標制御力に対して±400N以上の範囲で設定される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記コントローラは、前記車体の振動が閾値以上となると前記不感帯の範囲を大きくするように変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記コントローラは、日付或いは気温によって前記不感帯の範囲を変更する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、
前記ピストン側室から前記ロッド側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する整流通路と、
前記タンクから前記ピストン側室へ向かう液体の流れのみを許容する吸込通路とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。 - 前記アクチュエータは、前記鉄道車両の前記車体と前記台車との間に前記鉄道車両の進行方向に対して横向きに介装され、
前記コントローラは、前記車体の前後における前記鉄道車両の進行方向に対して横方向の加速度から前記車体のヨー方向の振動を抑制するヨー抑制力とスエー方向の振動を抑制するスエー抑制力を求め、前記ヨー抑制力と前記スエー抑制力に基づいて前記目標制御力を求める
ことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の鉄道車両用制振装置。
