Description
多数の電気導体の例えば溶接により、電気ケーブルが電気的に接続された後に、先ず、接触箇所領域の長手方向両側に延びている第1の領域の、接触箇所領域の外周部に収縮チューブが配設される。この第1領域は前記の接触箇所領域を越えて広がっている。次に、この収縮チューブが収縮温度に加熱される。本発明で重要なことは、収縮チューブの加熱中に、同時に、少なくともこの接触箇所領域内で電気導体の誘導加熱が行われることである。収縮チューブの外側からの加熱と、同時に行われる電気導体の(内部からの)誘導加熱とにより、収縮チューブの内部に、及び/又は、接触箇所領域の外周部に塗布されたホットメルト接着剤がその作動温度に加熱される。

Claims (12)
- 電気的なケーブル接続部(02)において接触箇所を少なくとも1つ有する接触箇所領域(01)をシールするための方法であって、前記電気的なケーブル接続部(02)が少なくとも1本の電気ケーブル(03)及びこの電気ケーブルと接続された少なくとも1つの導電性コンポーネント(03、12、14)を含み、前記電気ケーブル(03)が導体絶縁部(05)を備えた少なくとも1本の電気導体(04)を有し、しかし前記導体絶縁部は接触箇所領域(01)内では除去されており、次のステップ、すなわち、
・前記接触箇所領域(01)の外周部の、接触箇所領域(01)を越えて長手方向両側に延在する第1領域(08)に1本の収縮チューブ(07)を配設するステップと、
・前記収縮チューブ(07)を外部熱源により収縮温度に加熱するステップと、
・前記収縮チューブ(07)の加熱中に少なくとも前記接触箇所領域(01)内で前記電気導体(04)の誘導加熱のために付加的に磁界が発生され、その結果、前記収縮チューブ(07)の内側、及び、前記接触箇所領域(01)の外周部の少なくとも一方に配設されたホットメルト接着剤がその溶融温度に加熱されるステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記電気導体(04)が前記接触箇所領域(01)内で、当該電気導体の外周部でもそのコア部においても前記ホットメルト接着剤の溶融温度以上の温度となるように誘導加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)の収縮温度への加熱が、外部からもたらされる高温空気、及び、放射された赤外線の少なくとも一方により行われることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)の収縮中に、前記接触箇所領域(01)に隣接する第2領域(09)において前記電気導体(04)の付加的な誘導加熱が行われ、この第2領域において前記導体絶縁部(05)が前記導体絶縁部(05)の溶融温度まで加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)を配設する前に、少なくとも前記接触箇所領域(01)内でホットメルト接着剤が塗布されることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記接触箇所領域(01)に、ホットメルト接着剤から成る内側コーティングを備えた収縮チューブ(07)が配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも前記接触箇所領域(01)内で、前記導体絶縁部(05)の融解する温度範囲内の溶融温度を有するホットメルト接着剤が塗布されこと、及び、前記収縮チューブ(07)を介して前記接触箇所領域(01)に案内されること、の少なくとも一方を特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)及び前記電気導体(04)の加熱中に、この収縮チューブ(07)の外側縁部領域(10)が冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)が、少なくとも1本の電気ケーブル(04)及び電気コネクター又は電気接続端子として作られた少なくとも1つの導電性コンポーネントを有する電気的なケーブル接続部(02)の接触箇所領域(01)に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 電気的なケーブル接続部(02)において接触箇所を少なくとも1つ有する接触箇所領域(01)をシールするための装置であって、前記ケーブル接続部(02)が、導体絶縁部(05)を備えた少なくとも1本の電気導体(04)を有する少なくとも1本の電気ケーブル(03)及びこの電気ケーブル(03)と接続された少なくとも1つの導電性コンポーネント(03、12、14)を有し、前記接触箇所領域(01)内では前記電気ケーブル(03)の前記電気導体(04)が導体絶縁部(05)を有しておらず、収縮チューブ(07)を外部から収縮温度に加熱するための熱源を有しており、さらに少なくとも前記接触箇所領域(01)内で前記電気導体(04)をホットメルト接着剤の溶融温度に誘導加熱するための誘導加熱設備を含むことを特徴とする装置。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)の外側縁部領域(10)を冷却するための冷却装置をさらに有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記収縮チューブ(07)を外部から収縮温度に加熱するための熱源として高温空気、及び、赤外線の少なくとも一方を供給することを特徴とする、請求項10または11に記載の装置。
