Description
The present invention relates to a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility in which a tower is housed inside a floating body and the tower is pulled up and fixed by a tower elevating facility during construction at sea, and a construction method thereof.
Conventionally, power generation methods such as hydropower, thermal power, and nuclear power generation have been mainly adopted, but in recent years, wind power generation that uses natural wind to generate power has attracted attention from the viewpoint of effective utilization of the environment and natural energy. There are two types of wind power generation facilities, one is installed on land and the other is installed on water (mainly on the sea). In Japan, which has mountainous terrain behind the coastal area, there are few plains where stable wind can be expected in the coastal area. It is in. On the other hand, Japan is surrounded on all sides by the sea, and has the advantages of being able to easily obtain wind suitable for power generation on the sea and having few restrictions on installation. Therefore, in recent years, many offshore wind power generation facilities have been proposed.
The applicant also proposed a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility and a construction method thereof in Patent Document 1 below. Specifically, the floating body is a lower concrete floating body structure part in which concrete precast tubular bodies are stacked in multiple stages in the height direction, and each precast tubular body is tied together with a PC steel material to integrate them, and below this. A spar-type floating structure consisting of an upper steel floating structure connected to the upper side of the side concrete floating structure and having a bottomed hollow portion with an open upper end, and the tower is at least during construction. We have proposed an offshore wind power generation facility that can be lifted and lowered by the tower lifting facility provided above and can be accommodated inside the floating body. In addition, as the construction method, the first procedure of floating the tower sideways on the sea with the tower housed inside the floating body and towing it to the offshore installation location, and at the offshore installation location, the floating body is put upright by throwing a ballast. The second step of standing up, the third step of installing the nacelle and the wind turbine blade while the tower is pulled up to an arbitrary height position by the tower lifting equipment, and the tower to the regular height position. We proposed a construction method for offshore wind power generation facilities, which consists of the fourth procedure of pulling up and fixing.
In the offshore wind power generation facility according to Patent Document 1, nacelles and wind turbine blades can be attached in a state where the tower is lowered, so that work at heights can be reduced and safe construction can be performed. In addition, it will be possible to work safely by lowering the tower during maintenance after operation, and it is expected that lowering the tower will increase stability and reduce the risk of damage even in strong winds and waves. become able to.
However, in the invention described in Patent Document 1, since the PC steel material is directly attached to the lower end of the tower and the mechanism is jacked up to the upper part of the floating body, there is a problem that the pulling up of the tower tends to be unstable, and the tower is raised. Since the tower is fixed to the floating body by using fixing brackets while it is completely pulled up from the floating body, there is a problem that the work of fixing the tower on the floating body swaying by waves becomes a dangerous work. .. Further, when lowering the tower during large-scale repairs or strong winds or waves, there is a problem that the defixation and lowering work of the tower on the floating body swaying by the waves becomes a dangerous work.
Therefore, the main problem of the present invention is to lift and fix the tower in a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility in which the tower is housed inside the floating body and the tower is pulled up and fixed by the tower elevating facility at the time of construction at sea. It is an object of the present invention to provide a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility capable of easily and safely performing defixation and lowering work of the tower, and a construction method thereof.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention according to claim 1 comprises a floating body, a mooring line, a tower, a nacelle installed at the top of the tower, and a plurality of wind turbine blades. It has a spar-type floating structure having an open bottomed hollow portion, and the tower can be accommodated in all or most of the lower end side inside the floating body, and the tower can be raised and lowered by a tower elevating facility. In offshore wind power generation equipment
A shaft structure is integrally provided at the lower end of the tower, and the shaft structure is guided to move in the vertical direction by a guide member provided inside the floating body .
An offshore wind power generation facility is provided in which the lower end of the tower and the upper end of the floating body are joined by a ring-shaped member that can be divided in the circumferential direction.
In the invention according to claim 1, the shaft structure is integrally provided at the lower end of the tower, and the shaft structure is guided to move in the vertical direction by a guide member provided inside the floating body. It has a structure that is
Therefore, since the vertical movement of the shaft structure continuously provided from the lower end of the tower is firmly guided by the guide member, the tower can be stably pulled up when it is pulled up by the elevating equipment. Also, when connecting the lower end of the tower to the upper part of the floating body after pulling up, the vertical movement of the shaft structure extending from the lower end of the tower is stably guided inside the floating body, so that it sways in the waves. Even at sea, the behavior of the tower and the behavior of the floating body are integrated, so the tower fixing work can be performed easily and safely. Furthermore, even when the tower is lowered during large-scale repairs, strong winds, waves, etc., the vertical movement of the shaft structure extending from the lower end of the tower is stably guided inside the floating body, so that the tower is fixed. The release and descent work can be performed easily and safely.
In the present invention, since the tower can be housed in the floating body, the outer diameter of the lower end of the tower is smaller than the inner diameter of the upper end of the floating body. Therefore, a ring-shaped member is interposed between the lower end of the tower and the upper end of the floating body to join the two. By providing the ring-shaped member, the external force acting on the tower is not transmitted to the shaft structure, but is directly transmitted to the floating body.
As the ring-shaped member, a member that can be divided in the circumferential direction is used. Since the shaft structure is continuously provided from the lower end of the tower, by using a member capable of dividing the ring-shaped member in the circumferential direction, the ring-shaped member can be used as the tower without any problem even if there is a shaft structure. It can be installed between the floating body.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the offshore wind power generation facility according to claim 1, wherein the shaft structure is composed of a skeleton structure or a tubular structure.

As the present invention according to
In the invention according to
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the tower elevating equipment has a plurality of jacks evenly arranged in the circumferential direction on a deck provided on the upper part of the floating body, and one end thereof is connected to the lower end of the shaft structure. As described in detail above, according to the present invention, in a spar-type offshore wind power generation facility in which a tower is housed inside a floating body and the tower is pulled up and fixed by a tower elevating facility during construction at sea, the tower pulling work and It will be possible to easily and safely install the fixing work, the fixing release of the tower, and the lowering work.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the offshore wind power generation facility 1 includes a floating
Hereinafter, the details will be described in more detail.
The floating
The lower concrete floating
In addition to the reinforcing
As shown in FIG. 3A, the precast
Next, as shown in FIG. 3B, if the
Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the
As shown in FIG. 4, the upper steel floating
On the other hand, the
The fact that all of the
The
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 in detail, the
In connection with the
The
Then, the tip of the
In the example of this embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 7, the

Further, various
On the other hand, the joint portion between the lower end of the

Hereinafter, the construction procedure of the offshore wind power generation facility 1 will be described in detail based on FIGS. 9 to 15.
(First step)
On the ocean adjacent to the production yard, as shown in FIG. 9, the floating
Since the lower
Instead of the method of towing by the towing
As shown in FIG. 10, when arriving at the standing place, the ballast 41 (water or seawater, ballast material) is put into the floating
As the ballast material, a powder or granular material having a higher specific gravity than water is used. Specifically, minerals including sand, gravel and heavy crystal stone, metal powder such as iron and lead, and metal containing metal particles are used. It is preferable that it is composed of one or a combination of a plurality of types. In addition, mortar can be mixed as appropriate.
As shown in FIG. 11, the floating
The
The typical example of the first procedure has been shown above, but various changes can be made. Specifically,
(1) In the first procedure, when the floating
In this case, at the construction site, the
(2) In the first procedure, the
(3) In the first procedure described above, the floating
In any case, in the first procedure, the floating
(Second step)
Then, as shown in FIG. 12, at least the
Next, as shown in FIG. 13, after being pulled up to a predetermined height by the
(Third step)
As shown in FIG. 14, the
(4th step)
After the ballast water is drained from the floating body and the floating
After the floating
