Claims (14)
- 近位端と、
遠位端と、
前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延びるルーメンと
を備える、第1の構成要素、及び、
近位端と、
遠位端と、
前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延びるルーメンと
を備える、第2の構成要素、であって、
前記第1の構成要素の前記近位端が前記第2の構成要素の前記遠位端に着脱可能に取り付けられて一続きのルーメンを形成する、前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素と、
前記第1の構成要素及び前記第2の構成要素の前記一続きのルーメンを通って延びる超音波カテーテルと、
第1の直径部と第2の直径部とを有する可変直径ルーメンを含み、前記第2の直径部は前記第1の直径部の第1の直径よりも小さい第2の直径を有する外装チューブを備え、
前記可変直径ルーメンの第1の直径部は、前記第1の構成要素と、前記第2の構成要素と、前記超音波カテーテルとの周りに摺動可能に配置された、前記外装チューブの遠位部分に含まれ、
前記可変直径ルーメンの第2の直径部は、前記遠位部分の近位側における前記外装チューブの壁の厚さを厚くしているシステム。 - 前記超音波カテーテルは、前記第2の構成要素の前記ルーメンに締まり嵌めを形成するシース内に摺動可能に配置された超音波プローブを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成要素の前記遠位端に取り付けられた組織サンプリング要素をさらに備える、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成要素の前記近位端は、前記第2の構成要素の遠位端から延びるポストを受け入れるように構成された凹部を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第2の構成要素の前記ポストは、前記第1の構成要素の前記凹部に締まり嵌めを形成する、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の構成要素の前記ルーメンは、前記ポストが前記凹部内に配置された際に、前記第2の構成要素の前記ルーメンと整合して、一続きのルーメンを形成する、請求項4又は5に記載のシステム。
- 前記シースの一部分は、前記超音波プローブを越えて遠位方向に延びる、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記シースの一部分は、編組材料を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記編組材料は、前記超音波プローブの近位部分に沿って延びる、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波プローブを越えて遠位方向に延びる前記シースの前記一部分は、非編組材料を含む、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記シースは、近位端と、遠位端と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間に延びるルーメンとを含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波プローブの近位端は、モータ駆動ユニットに接続されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記外装チューブを摺動可能に受け入れるように構成された作業チャネルを備える送達装置をさらに備える、請求項1から12のいずれか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記組織サンプリング要素は、生検針を含む、請求項3に記載のシステム。
