Abstract
Description
本発明の濃縮濾過管1は、前述したように、汲水上昇流型1Aと汲水下降流型1Bの2タイプであるが、共にポンプ等で水圧をかけて濾過槽2内に流体を強制的に押し込むのではなく、濾過槽2から排出される流体をU字型排水チューブ3又はL字型排水チューブ4を用いてエアーリフト方式に排水することで、その補水効果により濾過槽2内に流体が静かに層流状態を保ちながら吸水される現象を利用したものである。
本発明に係る濃縮濾過器1が懸濁態有機物を濃縮・貯留することはすでに述べたとおりであるが、濾過槽2に、2枚貝等を収容して放卵・放精が行われると、受精卵は、濾過槽2内に貯留される確率が高くなる。とくに、濃縮濾過器1を水槽やタンク内に設置して貯水状態で循環させることで、卵の貯留状態効率も上がり、加えて海水の循環効率も上がるため、溶存酸素濃度も維持され、洗卵効率等も上がることから、体外受精率や幼生の生残生息率を上げる可能性が高くなる。つまり、産卵、孵化装置や幼生育成装置・稚貝育成装置としても利用できる。

Claims (2)
- 微細気泡発生器が設けられた泡末分離管に取水した海洋水や河川水等の汚濁水に、オゾンガス発生器により発生させたオゾンガスをサクションホースと微細気泡発生器付きラインポンプを介してその下端に配されたボールバルブに通気させて上昇流及びオゾン微泡を発生させる複数本の殺菌泡末分離管を上下方向に立設してなり、これら殺菌泡末分離管の下端同士並びに上端同士を連通して連結部が略U字状となる波形状に配置すると共に、最後の1本の殺菌泡末分離管とその下端同士を一方向かつ一列に連通した最初の1本の濾過濃縮管を含み、その下端同士及び上端同士を連通した複数の濾過濃縮管を上下方向に立設してなる濾過濃縮槽とからなり、前記濾過濃縮管は、各々上面が開放された筒状で、その内部に各々異なる粒子状濾材を充填した少なくとも2種の乱流場層と、層流場となる空洞流路層を交互に積層し、濾過濃縮槽に汚濁水を上向きに通水することで、当該粒子状濾材が水の流れにより流動化及び懸濁粒子の濃縮を起こしつつ水の浄化を行うことを特徴とする水産生物育成用水の浄化システム。
- 乱流場層の粒子状濾材が、活性炭とアラゴナイト(貝化石)であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水産生物育成用水の浄化システム。
