Description
The present invention relates to a stayion tab type can-opening tab and a can lid that are fixed on a can lid body and are attached to the can lid body by pushing down a part of the can lid body to open a drinking spout. ..
For the purpose of so-called sales promotion (sales promotion activities) of cans such as beverage cans, campaigns are being conducted to present consumers with prizes according to the number of cans purchased. In addition, the can lid of the can can be opened with the drinking spout with the tab attached to the can lid body, and the tab and the can lid body can be partially fixed even after the can is opened. On-tab type can-opening tabs are widely used. Then, for sales promotion, a method is adopted in which a removable application sticker is attached to the can body of the can and the like, and the application sticker is collected.
By the way,
In the can-opening tab of
However, in the shape in which the notch is provided in the connecting portion as in
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides a can-opening tab and a can lid that can separate the separated piece at a specific position and can improve the finger contact of the separated piece after separation. The purpose is to do.
The can-opening tab of the present invention has a fixing portion fixed to a rivet of the can lid body provided near the center of the tab body forming the outer shape, and a can lid body provided at the tip of the tab body. A pulling portion for pushing down and opening the opening piece and a pull for pulling up the can lid main body to push down the pushing portion provided on the opposite side of the pressing portion with the fixed portion of the tab body sandwiched. A tab panel provided between the upper portion and the pulling upper portion and the fixing portion and having a concave upper surface side so as to be convex toward the lower surface side is provided, and a part of the connecting portion is provided in the tab panel. A cut piece separated by a cut line is formed, and the cut line is a first cut line formed along the peripheral edge of the tab panel except for a part of the peripheral edge, and the first cut line. It has a pair of second cut lines formed from both ends of the cut piece toward the center side of the cut piece, and the distance between the pair of second cut lines is connected to both ends of the first cut line. It is gradually formed smaller from the base end portion side to the tip end portion side on the center side of the cut-off piece, and the connecting portion is formed between the pair of second cut lines.
In the can-opening tab of the present invention, the cut pieces are connected to the tab body via a connecting portion formed between the pair of second cut lines, and the distance between the pair of second cut lines is the base end. The width of the tip side of the connecting portion is formed to be the smallest by gradually forming the shape from the portion side to the tip portion side. As a result, the shear strength of the tip side of the connecting portion, that is, the connecting portion with the cutting piece is minimized, so that the cutting piece of the can-opening tab is directed either upward or downward with the fingertips. When extruded, the separated piece can be easily separated from the tip of the connecting portion. Therefore, only the separated piece can be separated from the tab body without separating the connecting portion and leaving it on one side. Further, since the width of the tip portion (distance between the pair of second cut lines) is formed smaller than that of the base end portion of the connecting portion, the shear surface generated when the tip portion of the connecting portion and the cut-off piece are sheared. The burr can also be made smaller. Further, since the connecting portion between the tip end portion of the connecting portion and the separating piece is located at a position where it enters the central side (inside) of the separating piece, it is possible to prevent a finger from coming into contact with the sheared surface of the separating piece. As described above, in the can-opening tab of the present invention, the cut-off piece can be separated at the connection position with the tip of the connecting portion, so that the connecting portion remaining on the cut-off piece may cause the user to feel pain or discomfort. It can be reduced and the finger contact can be improved.
As a preferred embodiment of the can-opening tab of the present invention, the connecting portion may be arranged on the pull-up side of the tab panel.
By arranging the connecting part that connects the cut piece to the tab body on the pulling part side, the cut piece can be easily pushed out with the thumb while supporting the lower surface side of the can opening tab with the index finger or the middle finger. The cut piece can be separated from the can opening tab.
As a preferred embodiment of the can opening tab of the present invention, the distance between the tips of the pair of second cut lines is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 3.0 mm or less.
If the distance between the tips of the pair of second cut lines (the width of the tips of the connecting portions) is less than 0.3 mm, the cut-off piece may be separated from the can-opening tab even with a small extrusion amount. It becomes difficult to manage the separated pieces in the manufacturing process and the like. On the other hand, if the distance between the tips of the pair of second cut lines exceeds 3.0 mm, it becomes difficult to separate the cut pieces. Further, as the distance between the tips of the pair of second cut lines increases, the sheared surface of the cut piece that appears on the outer peripheral surface of the cut piece becomes large, so that the sheared surface easily hits the finger. Therefore, the distance between the tips of the pair of second cut lines is preferably 0.3 mm or more and 3.0 mm or less, and 0.3 mm or more from the viewpoint of making it easier to separate the cut piece from the can opening tab. It is more preferably 1.5 mm or less.
As a preferred embodiment of the can opening tab of the present invention, the length between the base end portion and the tip end portion of the second cut line orthogonal to the distance between the pair of second cut lines is 0.5 mm or more. It is preferably 5.5 mm or less.
If the length of the second cut line is less than 0.5 mm, it becomes difficult to form a pair of second cut lines with a large difference between the base end portion and the tip end portion. For this reason, it becomes difficult to make the width of the connecting portion smaller on the tip end side than the base end portion, and it becomes difficult to reliably separate the separated pieces at the tip end portion of the connecting portion. On the other hand, if the length of the second cut line exceeds 1.5 mm, the connecting portion having a size exceeding 1.5 mm remains on the can-opening tab after the cut-off piece is separated from the tip of the connecting portion. become. Therefore, when the finger is brought into contact with the can-opening tab after the cut-off piece is separated, the user may feel pain or discomfort. Therefore, the length of the second cut line is preferably 0.5 mm or more and 1.5 mm or less.
As a preferred embodiment of the can opening tab of the present invention, the opening angle between the pair of second cut lines is preferably 30 ° or more and 90 ° or less.
By controlling the opening angle between the pair of second cut lines to 30 ° or more and 90 ° or less, it is possible to provide an appropriate gap difference between the base end portion and the tip end portion of the pair of second cut lines and connect them. The tip of the part can be reliably separated and the pieces can be easily separated. If the opening angle between the pair of second cut lines is less than 30 °, it becomes difficult to make a large difference in the size of the distance between the base end portion and the tip end portion of the pair of second cut lines. Further, if the opening angle exceeds 90 °, cracks are likely to occur at the tip of the connecting portion (between the tips of the pair of second cut lines), and if cracks occur, a small extrusion amount is required. Even if there is, there is a risk that the separated piece will be separated from the opening tab. For this reason, the risk that the separated piece is separated from the can-opening tab at an unintended timing increases, and it becomes difficult to manage the separated piece in the manufacturing process or the like.
As a preferred embodiment of the can opening tab of the present invention, the base end portion of the second cut line may consist of an arc line on a tangent circle connected to the first cut line.
By forming the base end of the second cut line with an arc line on the tangent circle connected to the first cut line, it is possible to prevent bending stress from concentrating on the base end when separating the cut pieces, and to connect them. Stress can be concentrated on the tip of the part. Therefore, it is possible to reliably separate the separated pieces at the tip of the connecting portion.
Further, the can lid of the present invention includes a can lid main body and the can opening tab.
According to the present invention, the separated piece can be separated from the tip end portion of the connecting portion without leaving the connecting portion on one side, and the sheared surface can be arranged at the position where it enters the center side of the separated piece, so that the cut piece remains on the separated piece. The connecting portion can reduce the risk of causing the user to feel pain or discomfort, and can improve finger contact.
Hereinafter, embodiments of a can-opening tab and a can lid according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The
As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the can lid

The

Further, a
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the can-
Further, the can-
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
Further, the distance between the pair of second cut lines 52, 52 connected to both ends of the
Further, the
When the distance W2 (width of the tip of the connecting portion 42) between the tips of the pair of
Further, if the length H of the
Further, by controlling the opening angle α between the pair of second cut lines 52, 52 to 30 ° or more and 90 ° or less, the base end portion and the tip end portion of the pair of second cut lines 52, 52 are appropriate. An interval difference can be provided, and the cutting
In the can-
Hereinafter, the steps will be described in order.
<Drilling process (S11)>
In the drilling step (S11), as shown at the position of S11 in FIG. 4, a material relief hole for forming the tip of the
In FIG. 4, it is shown that a plurality of holes are formed in one station, but this drilling step (S11) has a plurality of stations, a
<Tab panel processing process (S12)>
In the tab panel processing step (S12), the
<Outer shape removing process (S13)>
In the outer shape removing step (S13), as shown at the position of S13 in FIG. 4, between two carry strip holes 74 provided at two locations on the left and right via the center line L (connecting
<Curl process (S14, S15)>
The curl step (S14, S15) further includes an end bending step (S14) and a folding step (S15).
(End bending process)
In the edge bending step (S14), as shown at the position of S14 in FIG. 4, the peripheral edge of the
(Folding process)
In the folding step (S15), as shown at the position of S15 in FIG. 4, the edge-bent peripheral portion of the
By going through this curling step (S14, S15), the peripheral edge portion of the
<Separation piece processing process (S16)>
In the cutting piece processing step (S16), as shown at the position of S16 in FIG. 4, a
Finally, by cutting the connecting
As described above, in the can-
Further, since the width of the tip portion (spacing W2) is formed smaller than the width of the base end portion (spacing W1) of the connecting
Further, in the can-
Further, since the base end portion of the
As described above, in the
