Description
The present disclosure relates to an exhaust agitator.
Nitrogen oxides (NO X ), which are air pollutants, are contained in the exhaust gas emitted from internal combustion engines such as diesel engines. As an exhaust gas purification system for purifying such exhaust gas, an SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) type catalyst is provided in the exhaust flow path, and urea water, which is a reducing agent raw material, is injected into the exhaust gas on the upstream side thereof. Exhaust purification system is known. The urea water injected into the exhaust gas is hydrolyzed by the heat of the exhaust gas, and the ammonia (NH 3 ) generated by the hydrolysis of the urea water is supplied to the catalyst together with the exhaust gas. Nitrogen oxides in the exhaust gas react with ammonia in the catalyst and are reduced and purified.
In this type of exhaust gas purification system, an exhaust gas agitator for stirring the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust flow path is provided on the upstream side of the catalyst in order to prevent the distribution of the exhaust gas flowing into the catalyst from being biased.
As such an exhaust agitator, in
According to such a configuration, many blades can be efficiently arranged on the frame and the plurality of support parts, and the diffusivity of the exhaust gas flowing into the catalyst can be improved.
However, according to the study of the present inventor, the pressure loss tends to be large in the exhaust flow path provided with the exhaust agitator having the above configuration. It is presumed that this is because, in the above configuration, many blades are efficiently arranged on the frame and the plurality of supportes, and the blades tend to be a large resistance to the flow of exhaust gas.
One aspect of the present disclosure provides an exhaust gas agitator in which the pressure loss of exhaust gas is reduced.
One aspect of the present disclosure is an exhaust gas agitator that agitates exhaust gas flowing through an exhaust flow path, and includes a frame portion and a plurality of support portions. The frame portion is arranged on the inner surface of the flow path member forming the exhaust flow path. The support portion is arranged so as to bridge the frame portion in the radial direction. Each of the plurality of support portions has a pair of first skeleton portions extending radially outward from the central axis of the frame portion. The frame portion and the plurality of support portions are configured by assembling a plurality of assembling members. The assembly member has a first skeleton portion and a second skeleton portion. The second skeleton portion extends from one end of the first skeleton portion and forms a part of the frame portion. In the first skeleton portion of the assembly member, a first blade portion that protrudes from the first skeleton portion and changes the direction of the exhaust gas flow is extended. In the second skeleton portion of the assembly member, a second blade portion that protrudes from the second skeleton portion and changes the direction of the exhaust gas flow is extended. The edge on the upstream side of the exhaust flow path in at least one of the first blade portion and the second blade portion has a shape gradually extending from the frame portion side toward the central axis side toward the downstream side of the exhaust flow path. Is.
According to such a configuration, the exhaust gas easily flows through the portion provided with the blade portion in the exhaust flow path, so that the pressure loss of the exhaust gas is reduced.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, even if the first blade portion extends from the first skeleton portion via a bending line having a shape from the frame portion side toward the central axis side toward the downstream side of the exhaust flow path. good.
In one aspect of the present disclosure, the edge of the second blade portion may have a shape that continuously faces the downstream side of the exhaust flow path from the frame portion side toward the central axis side.
Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the drawings.
[1. Constitution]
The
The exhaust
The first
The second
The catalyst 4 is an SCR type catalyst having a function of reducing NO X. The catalyst 4 is housed in the
The injection device 5 functions as a supply device that injects a liquid reducing agent raw material and supplies the reducing agent to the upstream side of the
The
As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the
The
The
Further, the
The
In the
The fact that the
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2A and 3A, the
As shown in FIG. 2B, in the
The
As described above, the
As shown in FIG. 4A, the
The
The shape gradually toward the downstream side here means the upstream side of the exhaust flow path temporarily from the
As shown in FIG. 4A, the angle formed by the central axis X and the
As shown in FIG. 4B, the
As shown in FIG. 4B, the angle formed by the central axis X and the
Next, a method of manufacturing the
In manufacturing one assembling
The
Next, the
The
Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the

[2. effect]
According to the embodiment described in detail above, the following effects can be obtained.
(2a) The
According to such a configuration, there is a case where the end edges 16 and 17 extend in a direction perpendicular to the central axis X, as in the exhaust agitator disclosed by the applicant in Japanese Patent No. 6166468. In comparison, the pressure loss of the exhaust gas is reduced. It is considered that this is because the exhaust gas easily flows in the exhaust flow path provided with the
FIG. 8A is a graph showing the change in the average flow velocity of the exhaust gas flowing through the exhaust flow path when α is changed, and FIG. 8B is the pressure generated before and after the passage of the portion provided with the
As shown in FIG. 8A, the increase in the flow velocity of the exhaust gas from the vicinity of the
(2b) The
[3. Other embodiments]
Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been described above, it goes without saying that the present disclosure is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various forms can be adopted.
(3a) In the above embodiment, α1 and α2 have the same angle, but α1 and α2 may have different angles. For example, at least one of α1 and α2 may be 90 ° and the other may be less than 90 °. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 9A, 9B, 10A and 10B, α1 = 90 ° and α2 = 80 °. Further, for example, α1 and α2 may both be less than 90 °, and the angles of α1 and α2 may be different.
(3b) When α1 <90 °, the value of α1 is not particularly limited. However, from the viewpoint of enhancing the effect of reducing the pressure loss, it is preferable that α1 ≦ 85 °. Further, from the viewpoint of manufacturing, it is preferable that α1 ≧ 10 ° or more, particularly α1 ≧ 30 °. These things are the same in α2.
(3c) In the above embodiment, the
When the
The same applies to the
(3d) As described above, the angle formed by the central axis X and the
The same applies to the angle formed by the central axis X and the
(3e) In the above embodiment, the

(3g) The functions of one component in the above embodiment may be dispersed as a plurality of components, or the functions of the plurality of components may be integrated into one component. Further, a part of the configuration of the above embodiment may be omitted. Further, at least a part of the configuration of the above embodiment may be added or replaced with the configuration of the other embodiment. It should be noted that all aspects included in the technical idea specified from the wording described in the claims are embodiments of the present disclosure.
